internet slowness

I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE FOR PAST 5 MONTHS AND THEY ARE GIVING THE SAME REASON SOME INDOOR COVERAGE ISSUE BUT SIGNAL STRENGTH IS GOOD AND I AM NOT ABLE TO BROWSE OR EVEN WHATS PP MESSAGES WILL NOT BE SENT FOR YOUR DISGUSTING INTERNET SPEED YOU PEOPLE ARE FOOLING US WITH YOUR PLANS WASTING OUR MONEY BY NOT LETTING US USE OUR DATA.ON WHAT BASIS YOU CALL YOURSELF INDIA'S FASTEST NETWORK AND THIS IS THROUGHOUT BANGALORE-560004

airtel very worst in nertwork

AIRTEL BECAME VERY WORST NETWORK AFTER 4 G LAUNCH.. MY VIDEO IS UPLOADING FROM 1/2 HOUR STILL I DONT HAVE TOWER... very very worst since i am using airtel for more than 15 yrs.. bad....................

Poor customer services and network

Hi
My family in Shimla is using Airtel number from the last 10 years and always enforce me to use Airtel. Now, I am using Airtel services from the past 1 year. My experience of using the airtel number is very bad. When i try to connect to the internet its very slow. I have taken a plan 499 unlimited local+ STD+2Gb/ day+ 100 SMS/ day for 82 days but due to Airtel poor network the internet never works and the benefits you are providing to the customer are really shameful. Its not only me you is unsatisfied there are many employees in the Govt. department who are planning to switch to other network. I have wasted my money in your dissatisfied plans and poor network services. will tell to all my colleagues not to use this Airtel services and to switch to JIO instead. I think JIO who has just step in this industry is much much better than yours. If you think to regain your customer then improve the services otherwise Airtel will have a very bad experience.

Secondly, the SIM always show this sign," YOUR SIM PLAYED A TON". I changed the sim. twice, again the same message is displayed. I am sorry to say, the Airtel services have been very poor from the last few months. Airtel is such a reputed organization and such kind of services sometimes give a alarm to all customers whether to use this services or not.

No Network Issue

Hi,
I am Airtel customer form past 10 years and i was so satisfied with airtel services that i kept using my number on roaming and port it from Airtel Punjab to Airtel Delhi NCR. i didnt even opt for Reliance Jio when it was giving up a lot of discount. but now I think it is time to change the network.
I recently shifted to (La Residentia GH-06 A, Tech Zone - IV, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh 201306 ). There is literally No service when i took a turn from main road. I tried to complain it to Airtel executives on 12118, but they are simply running away from my issue. and closing my complaint as nothing can be done for that.
In whole locality No one uses Airtel, so u have never heard any network issue from there. either solve this issue or just reply me that this issue can not be resolved so that i can switch to other network.

Worst internet speed

i bought a 199 pack which includes 1.4 gb daily nd the net doesnt work at all nd if worked giving speed of not more than 100kbps,hats off to airtel thanks for giving the fastest 4g netwok speed.I need this to be fixed ASAP,otherwise i m gonna port by sim,nd i will post on social media also,POOR NETWORK.AIRTEL FASTEST 4G NETWORK SPEED MY FOOT.

Unauthorized deduction from talk balance twice.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you about the quality of services being rendered by Airtel Co ( Bharti Airtel Ltd) recently. They have deducted unauthorised way amount from my talk value balance twice. They have activated some VAS although I have never applied for the same. The details are furnished as follows.
1)1st Deduction : On 5th May 2018 at 11 : 50 PM Rs. 35.00 ( Rs. Thirty five only) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is : “ FAITH service has been activated @ Rs. 35.00 for seven days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: N2515771297.
2) 2nd Deduction : On 8th may 2018 at 03:19 AM Rs. 15.00 ( Rs. Fifteen only ) has been deducted from my talk value balance against my prepaid mobile connection. The message sent by Airtel Co is: “GAMESUITE service has been activated @Rs. 15.00 for three days. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.” TXN ID is: S1022528549.

MOB NO : 9038648746.
After 1st deduction I recharged my connection. But surprisingly Airtel Co made an unauthorised deduction again one day later. I am suffering a lot. I can not make calls. Also I feel afraid to recharge my connection again. They will make again unauthorised deduction from my talk value.
I would therefore request you to make the refund of talk value in my favour immediately as I never applied for such VAS. Total talk value deducted unauthorised way is Rs. 50.00 ( Rs. Fifty only). Please treat this U R G E N T.

Network

Hi

My number is 9970417093

Since i bought this connection from that time onwards i am facing network problem. I called up customer service but they said there is temporary network congesstion it will get resolved in 48 hrs.but it is not yet resolved. Airtel says fastest network. why their is call drop / network issue. i bought this connection long back but from last year onwards i was keep getting messages to update the SIM. i did that but after that also issue not resolved. after updating the SIM to 4G SIM i started facing network problem. since the airtel launch 4G from that time onwards i am always recharge with 349 or more to get the 4G network. but i think it worst than earlier i was using. I think you should stop saying fastest network because as compare to other network airtel is far behind.

Added 'international roaming pack' amount without intimation

My airtel no. is 8939126161.

There customer care service is pathetic. They will lie on your face. But when you catch them red handed, then they will twist their own said words.

They auto renew the 'international pack' without my knowledge. When I why without my knowledge, their customer care executive said we sent you a sms and but actually there was no sms sent by them.

If you have postpaid SIM, then ready to see all kind of value added services, roaming packs etc charges to see in your bill without your intimation.

Even their network is pathetic. I ported to my SIM to airtel 2 months back and now regretting it.

They will give you all kind of false information about your call details. Better keep all your call logs details handy before calling their customer care executive, otherwise they will lie on your face.

Pathetic service. Regretting leaving Vodafone. Will port again to Voda or JIO.

No wonder why they are loosing their market.

Recharge amount not reflected in my mobile

I have made 2 times payment of Rs 85x2= Rs 170 from the credit card xxx3062 recharge for mobile no 9853389877 on 24-4-2018. It is deducted from my credit also but it has still not been recharged. DEDUCTING VEMES CHARGES

MY AIRTEL PREPAID NO.9755901362. Time and again VEMES charges are deducting from my prepaid balance and sending SMS BY AIRTEL NETWORK. This is not fair. I didnt opt for such service. Pl stop tricks of cheating customers and look into the above immediately

Very very bad collection updating

We are facing very much problem due to payment through dropbox.So many times we dropped cheque into the box,the cheque will not come for clearing ,only non payment reminder will come in our phone.This is happening so many times.We need acknowledgement for giving cheque ,This is very much irritating .We are all thinking about BSNL.

Pathetic!! Harassment at the hand of the executives! Dumping Airtel!

Your customer care representatives are not given basic training on how to talk to customers?????!!!! (Regd mobile no. 9731231898).

Our Airtel connection is not working for the past 4 hours and your crappy executive is not ready to register the complaint. INSTEAD HE IS SAYING AND I QUOTE HIM- "I WILL TAKE THE DISCONNECTION REQUEST!!!

WOW!!!!!!!

First the issue with STAR- where they explicitly mentioned there was no price hike from their side, but Airtel tried to forcibly increase the charges, In spite of the fact that we had already paid for an annual plan last year!!

AND NOW THIS!!

There was a time when I used to get Airtel executive at my home within 24 hours of lodging the complaint and NOW THIS!!!

I AM GOING TO ESCALATE IT TO Mittals AS WELL!

TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA LIGHTLY- THAT WILL BE YOUR DOOM!!

About Billing

I have Airtel card, I have changed subscriber due to some reasons. My bill was paid up to date and confirmed by Airtel store. Now i am getting calls for unpaid bills. The customer care executive is using abusing language and threatening to disconnect my mobile number.

Poor service ever face

I am very disappointed by the network quality of such a big name AIRTEL . I had faced call drops all the time . Poor internet availability i have ever face infact the phone showes 3g or 4g network. It leaves me to only one conclusion ‘ to switch to other network ‘ . After so many years of use seriously this time its worst ever situation ever faced and even i had tried to call customer care and the final result is “ nothing” call failure 😶

Very poor internet connection

IAM a new user of Airtel sim a brought it last month...in that time it shows a speed of 2 or 3 MB per second..but now it is very slow and have a speed of less than 30 KB
I think BSNL 3g is better...in 3g we can have a speed about 1 MB.....IAM so sad about the Airtel service.... planning to change my sim and have a better connection...

In there advertisement they say that Airtel is the fastest network....but BSNL is better than Airtel.....I can't even send a simple message through what's up

un trained officials

When I want to port to Airtel phone from my present provider. Airtel was prompt to take details of all about me but after 8 days when enquied why still porting is pending they said that I have not cleared the bill of the previous provider whose name and amount they do not know but they make such statement that I have not paid. Their half knowledge made me furious and stopped the porting of my number to AIRTEL

Network problem

the world's poor service nowadays,
i am suffering from very poor network since last one month and so that i contact airtel customer care but there is also a issue that the IVR syatem is designed like a labyrinth, becoz i waited 10 -20 minuts for connecting my call to csa and also the problem is that when i press any number. of my choice after play the menu so that the IVR dosent proceed for the same and playing continues for further information....
now i m going to switch my number from airtel to any other best operator.

Poor Customer Service, Contradictory answers and No help

You people are just wasting time and holding for hours and then run away without doing anything. Different executives giving different answer.

BAD AIRTEL. IT IS MY LAST TRY TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER. YOUR MANAGEMENT IS SLEEPING AND DOING NOTHING. GIVING SUGAR COATED ANSWERS. THIS COMPLAINT WILL BRING ANOTHER SWEET CALL DOING NOTHING. LOOSING TRUST IN YOU.

I WANT IN MY PLAN GIVE ME OPTION TO SET THE LIMIT FOR DATA USAGE, ACTIVATE INTERNET. YOU CAN'T DO SMALL THINGS. THREE DAYS STRUGGLING WITH 121 AND GETTING NOTHING. EVERY TIME WE SPEAK TO YOUR EXECUTIVES, PROMISE IT WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER 24 HOURS. NOTHING IS HAPPENING. IT IS MORE THAN 3 DAYS.

PLEASE ASK YOU CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER OR TECHNICAL MANAGER WHO KNOWS YOUR COMPANY TO TALK TO ME. I WANT SERVICE NOT PROMISES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Network Problem

I have been using airtel for many years.I am using 2 airtel numbers .Nearly 2 months worst network in our area.I have already called ur customer care and complaint reference no 84662638 about dis.Till now solved.Iam thinking I have to change ur network.PLZ resolve the network issues in our area.I am not receiving any incoming calls till today for my 2 mobiles since 10days.
For this I made complaint againest ur network at National cosumer help line.So PLZ take this complaints seriously and make your airtel customers happy.

DTH and Wi-Fi not working

My DTH is not Woking since one weak and Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, call was raised to customer care and it was informed that engg.will visit our place but after 2 days, I have 5 connections error coming as No signals pls tell me why I should pay fir this connectivity which is not been rectified I am facing problem since long time l, and when I asked to speak to someone senior responde from Rajbeer (customer care ) came that senior is jot available not even she gave the name of senior. Hard to understand Airtel says no 1 network but can’t prove themselves, I need a revert on this from someone.
