Amount deducted but recharge not done

My mobile number is 9967771953. Yesterday i have recharged for rs 34 through airtel online recharge, proper airtel site through net banking. Unfortunetly amount has been deducted from my account but recharge not done.
Kindly do the needful.

Respected sir/madam,

I have airtel connection 07622-409949

which is not working from 15th april.

I have booked several complaints online but they just said that your no. will be restored within 48 hours.

But till today my no. is not working

Now they stopped responding me.

Please help.

Pathetic Customer service by Airtel Customer Service helpline number customer id 3010659644

This is the complaint to airtel digital TV

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Airtel digital Tv with customer id 3010659644.

On 13th April 2017 i had requested for upgrade of my connection to HD connection, I called your customer care number to give request for upgrade and to replace the Dish Antenna as it was damaged, while conversation with your executive i specifically asked that what are the offers in upgrade of Set top box he told me sir you will be given 120 days HD subscription free of cost plus in dish antenna cost of LMV is included.

He told me total cost will be 1224/- (599 for Upgrade of Box+ 475 for dish antenna + 150 for service engineer visit) i said ok you can send the engineer.

On 14th April 2017 your service engineer Mr Mahender visited my home for the installation, after all the he told me sir your total cost is ( 475 for box, 625 for Dish Antenna + 250 for Power adapter + 160 for LMV + 50 for Connector + 150 visit charges) he said total is Rs 1710/- and you will get 1 month subscription free.

I said this is not correct as customer care informed me different charges 1224 + 250 + 50 = 1524/-, i called customer care number and talked to some Mr Nitin and he told me all total different rates and said you will not get LMV free and subscription is for only 1 month not for 120 days.
He said it was the mistake of customer care executive that the quoted wrong cost to you, sorry i cant do any thing.

Why Airtel is keeping such ill informed executives at customer service and also they are making fool of customers by this way.

Now Today morning again i called customer number as my Free HD channels was not activated also the recording facility not activated ( all these free offers are shown at your website http://www.airtel.in/digital-tv/dth-hd-upgrade/ ) your executive said sir sorry for the trouble that was the wrong information given on our website.

Why you people are mocking the customers, making fool of them. at amazon website (http://www.amazon.in/AIRTEL-HD-RECORDING-FAMILY-PACK/dp/B00YELNC3S/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1492259488&sr=8-4&keywords=airtel) new HD connection is available at a price of Rs 1299.

My question is why should i pay more for a just an upgrade and because of your ill informed executives, also still my Free HD channels and 3 months recording facility not activated.

I am facing non connectivity issue on my mobile since last year. i have been raising complaints but it is falling on the deaf ear . i have been paying the charges for non -connectivity

I am facing zero network at my office and residence address

My Residence address is :- 12/39, navjivan society, 10th floor, lamington road, Mumbai - 8

I have submitted N numbers of letters at Airtel Store , opera house br. . They are not giving any acknowledgement .

no network coverage

Mere gain me network ka problem hai. Him internet pack to dal dete gain par kaam nahi bats.
To,aapse request hai ki aap yahaan much badlaaw pain.

Airtel Billing Issue

Dear Trai Team,

Kindly request your interference as per below trail mail Airtel team is just not solving the Billing issue which they have imposed on me Rs.12840 for Internet Usage, but every time after compliant they argue and close down the compliant.

Just to provide you details of my compliant given to Airtel I am facing this issue from last 2 month and after follow ups they revised my Airtel Bill for the month of May'16. But again in this month of June'16 billing I am regularly torched by them even after my so many complaints given to them. Kindly providing you details of compliant given to Airtel Dated 14/6/2016 -- Compliant Reference 69823101, compliant given to Airtel Dated 15/6/2016 -- Compliant Reference 632730480, compliant given to Airtel Dated 27/6/2016 -- Compliant Reference 637792595, compliant given to Airtel Dated 28/6/2016 -- Compliant Reference 70063016, compliant given to Airtel Dated 29/6/2016 -- Compliant Reference 70081564, compliant given to Airtel Dated 9/7/2016 -- Compliant Reference 70258512.

Also to inform you I have received message from Airtel on dated 21/6/2016 as mentioned in Red (Token Number G044 Dated 21/6/2016 Data use Apprx 869.39 of 1024.0 mb has been used on your mobile till 21/6/16 as per your plan post 1024.0 mb)

This message gives clear picture how Airtel has charged me unnecessary 3G charges which I have never requested to them.

Kindly request you to Log an complaint against Airtel for torturing me from 2 months and to inform you I have not used Internet network from 15/6/2016, 20/6/2016 till billing date due to this issue. Kindly need compensation for all the trouble that Airtel has given me for 2 months. Request you to solve the issue on urgent basis.

Dear sir I have recharge of 199 on my Airtel no.but its almost more den 2hrs gone there is no recharge done.and such things happening many times of transactions earlier
