Landline & Broadband Dead

Hi,

Now very frustating i am facing issue since 11-May-13 my connection is still on dead condition.

when ever i contact with you i get same answer but not resolution.

your people calling me in the gap of 5 days & asking that " sir now your connection is working fine naa"

whats the joke is this are you feel your customer is fool or idiot every time you close complaint without rectification & not even think to inform me any update.

i am following with your people from last 2 months & your representatives are not even serious about issue.

My issue is as it is but you are forcing me to pay you bill without usage & sending me reminder for payment.

why i give you money if i am able to use my broadband & landline due to your fault.

if this kind of service you provided to your customer u will lose your brand name & faith on you.

brodband connection

I have enrolled for an Airtel Broadband Connection on 21 June 2013. I was told by the local Airtel executive that the connection would be installed within 4 days from then. Whenever I was calling customer care asking for status, I was told that there is 2 more days delay expected. But all of a sudden after 2 weeks of wasting my time, I was told that there is not network feasibility in my area. I don't understand how they can keep the customer waiting for so long (longer than what their policy say) and how the local Airtel executive didn't warn me that there no network connectivity in the area that he manages.

Broadband not working properly

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my DSL connection of airtel the number for the same is (0755-4083742). From past 1 month I am not able to connect any of my mobiles with wi-fi (modem: DT845W). In-spite of several complaints I don't find effective action taken by the authorities. Not only that from last 15 days my internet has speed has also gone down. I am not able to connect to simple websites like facebook and google etc.

Kindly do the needful else i will have to log in my complaint at consumer forum

Landline & Broadband not working

Hi,

I am user of Airtel Broadband & landline (07554094443) for more than 4 years but iam facing issue in my broadband & landline every month.

since 11th May 2013 I have facing issue with my broadband & landline.Earlier i have faced issue related to disturbance but after few days it gone dead .

no body give me proper answer from customer care.

some said that its major fault & it will resolved within 2 days but these 2 days never came.

from last 7 days my connection is dead & no one visited my home yet.

Tell me one thing are you really care about customer or not?

mobile not recharged

I recharged my airtel mobile on 25 feb though online airtel webside by rs. 46/- my mobile number 7898830456, i did not get any of balance evenafter my amount debited by my credit card, i called two time to 198 complain number of air tel, two times they received a call but intently/deliberately they cuts my call. my transaction id is 936241 of 25 feb rs. 46-
