My number is 9870753788 and I am using in airtel postpaid since 9 months but unfortunately airtel has disconnected my number i have contact airtel they said I have to resubmit my document and I have resubmitted it but till now not activated my number what to do now I don't know pls help me

Wrong balance deduction

My net pack is validity is till 7-Jan-2016. i had received the alert msg from Airtel that 10 MB is remaining but then too my balance have been deducted for using the net.Pathetic service by Airtel. How can u deduct the balance for using net when i have 10 MB in my account. The amount which had been deducted must transfer into my account. Horrible experience from Airtel. Stop fooling customer Airtel

I have ported out from Vodafone to Airtel on 24th December and still my service for Airtel is not on for number - 8017576672. I am continuously calling the customer care numbers with no help. This is my only number and its connected to all my bank accounts.
I am calling up customer care agents who are unnecessarily putting the call on hold for long so that I disconnect from my end. This is the way such a big company like Airtel handles customers. Can you please let me know how to escalate this issue further. How can you so callously manhandle your customers. They are harassing me for more than 48 hours and still no sign of confirmation.
Please stop harassing your customers this way and give an urgent solution. Its my only number and I am unable to do anything without it. Kindly take this matter seriously and look into it immediately.

Debit card payment still not credited

Hello,
I have been using this number for more 8/9 yrs and a solitaire Coustmer

This is to inform you that I have made the payment through debit card from Airtel.in
The money is already been deducted from my card account but still it's not credited to my mobile no 9987766686.
I have recived this msg from your side.

Bill payment of Rs 7000.00 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 9987766686. Txn ID: ############. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.

And from the bank

Rs. 7000.00 was debited on your Saraswat Bank Debit Card 652150XXXXXX7969 on 15-Dec-2016 06:25:50 PM at CC Avenue_airtel.in Mumbai MHIN - 00000001

All this transaction was held at 6:25 pm 12 Dec 2016

Balance deduction and poor network

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail just to inform you about the problem that I am facing because of my Service Provider
I am using AIRTEL as my service provider from past 1 year but from few months I am facing lots of problem.

Since last 1 month I m facing network issue and when I call in customer care they tell every time that their work is going on in that area or maintenance work is going on because of that I am losing my balance and already lost Rs.296 and not refunding my money.


Sir I am not able to understand that why is it taking such a long to resolve my issue and because of this lot of money I have lost there is no one to listen so at last I have decided to draft you a mail.

poor customer services & fake advertisement ob thier app

Dear sir my no. 8452984905 has displayed Airtel offer on my Airtel app that if I recharge with 296 I shall get free data of 9 GB I.e. total 10 gb to check eligibility I had to sms NEW4GOFFER to 121. The message from Airtel got that I am eligible for the offer. now I don't got the balance data when I called customer care they are telling me that I am not eligible.
I am requested them to lodge a complaint and give me complaint no they are suggesting me to file online complaints.
Kindly resolve my problem. For your easy reference I am attaching photo of the message I received.

Porting of Airtel number to Vodafone not activated

We have requested to port below 2 Airtel numbers to Vodafone on Date: 04th Oct 2016.

Out of which one number has been ported successfully on Dated: 11th Oct 2016.
But another number has not been ported yet, although more than 7 days has been completed.
Request your help to do the needful.
Also let us know if any information is required from our end.

Hi I am rohit my number is 8828173591 i have posted my complain 10 days back till now it has not resolve my first month Bill came 11000 and till now it has cross 15,000 my credit limit was 3000 how can company can cross the credit limit and airtel staff committed me that isd charge will be 4 rs per min but it got 12 'rs per min charges and airtel recovery call came and using volgar language to pay money and now I will not going to pay a single money until the Airtel will solve this issue

data fraud

Airtel offered me 2GB of data plan. Today I got alert from airtel that 100% data is consumed. So I checked my inbuilt data usage in my android device, It was saying 1.12GB data is consumed. As data from android device can be unreliable I checked all previous alerts sent by airtel (Airtel sends me an alert after 10MB consumption of data). I came to know that I have received total 95 alerts that means I have consumed 950MB data, still airtel is saying you have used all of your data. Please help

Hi I am rohit I am using airtel postpaid connection and I taken new connection I have big issue now I have 3000 credit limit and I have got bill of 1st month 11000 and I have not paid till now and till today my bill crossed 14,000 how can company cross the credit limit of 3000 and I didn't call so much and I want the company should do settlement because it's company mistake to cross more than 4 times of credit limit which no other companies does to give credit more than 4 times please anybody suggest me what to do on this my number is 8828173591

Unable to Recharge

I applied to convert my postpaid no. 9686079795 to prepaid on 20 Sep 16 and the new SIM was activated on 21 Sep 16. But I was unable to recharge my no, i.e 9686079795. So, today I visited Airtel Store at Bandra West, Linking Rd and they are also unable to recharge my no.I want early solution.

Getting a call from +671

Got a call from +671 ...first call i cut it.
Again i got a call from the same number...I picked the call....someone was saying "walikum salam".
I cut the call....simultaneously i got a call from +3444 which was coming when i received the call from +671.
I am afraid...from where are these calls coming from.

THREATENING CALLS

Dear Mr Airtel ,

This is vijayshree Shetty , I am loyal customer to Vodafone for last 12 Years with a same number 9930581582 . I have other 12-13 numbers used by my company staff and Fly Members. I am happy customer with Vodafone with all the transperancy about the service.

Due to my unfortunate moment, few months back I had opted for a postpaid number 7045646123. I had bought this number for my brother who had travelled from Australia .

As I wasn’t avvaialble in mumbai when he needed a postpaid cocnnection he opted for Airtel . The number was active till Jan 2016 – All Monthly Payment paid on time .

However my brother left for australia on feb and he broke the sim card in australia – as he wasn’t using the number there . I was never given any calls for any payments for this number for 3 mths – Suddenly I have started getting a call from someone whom yourll have hired and she is busy entertaining me with her filthiest language . I clearly mentioned that I havent used the number for 3 months – The bill itself states that zero calls – zero sms – but a monthly rental of 1500rs .

Now she is demanding me to pay the 4 months rental for which I have mentioned when the sim card was already destroyed how can the service been intimated to the number . How can airtel do that . So here goes her language

I thank for such a great service. The only reason I have written this mail to you is to confirm have you guys started a THREATENING TEAM – from Number – 9987234865

From her language I am clearly sure she is not a Airtel employee . She sounds like a disturbed abonded housewife of some drunkard who has got the access to my mobile number and she openly claims AIRTEL HAS ASKED ME TO SCREW UR LIFE . I am really keen to know how can Airtel share my PERSONAL Number without my knowledge to a drunkard wife . Please explain .

Kindly confirm if this is you . I am forced to file a police complaint against this number as the Lady also threatens to kill me for this 4800RS

mnp didn't process

Hi
I m intrested to port my idea no to airtel. I submitted the document n rs 50 cash to malti telecom in marol andheri east on 11th of july but they didn't process my document after 10 days i didn't got any reply or msg from airtel or malti telecom. When i ask to malti telecom about my mnp process they reply me that they lost my documents n then ask me 2 submit new document n another 50 rs cash on 21st of july n they told me that u will get msg in evening about mnp process. But until 25 july i didn't get any msg n i call again malti telecom they ask me 2 send the kit no n upc code no. Then on 26th i get msg from airtel that my mnp is in process. But today (27) malti telecom call me again n ask me to submit a new document n another 50 rs because of upc code has been expire. Finally i told them 2 i dont want 2 do the mnp plz return my documents n money. But they dont want 2 return my documents.
I wish u will take action against this matter. Thank u
