I did recharge of Rs 448 from Paytm for Mobile Number 7387958651. It has been successfully completed on paytm. But I have not received any confirmation message or benefits.

Bad Service


To whosoever it may concerns,
I am very much disappointed with the service provided by airtel. I am not able to view tv since 2 months. I have called customer care 3 times. Aftet installation of dish, some of the channels were not running. After 1 week,all the tv channels stops. I have called customer care and they take 150 rs for visiting. They resolved the problem by setting the dish position. After 1 day again the problem started. I am not able to view the tv since 2 weeks now. I have again called the customer care, they said they will take visiting charge. How could they always take visiting charge if they have not properly worked. Hope someone is there to do instant resolution. It seems the technician are not very experience, they does not know where to place the dish so that it does not affect by mere wind.
We already know thay in rainy season this issue can happen, but this issue persist when there is no rain. What the hell..lets see today they come or not for resolving the issue..

network issue


I am airtel mobile service user.

Since last 3 months network at my residence Blue Ridge Hinjewadi is not working at all. Unable to talk to anyone using my mobile. But since 1 month, I am facing the same issue at office Infosys Ph2, Hinjewadi. there is nothing using which i can complain online. they have given a number 12118 but the same number is not reachable. I am not able to call to that number.

please help me out to get this issue resolved.

lack of good 4 G connectivity

the 4 G connectivity gets lots loss everything it directly shifts to 2 G network please improve the connectivity service of 4G

Never had even average network of airtel

The worst network I have ever used. I will take this to social media. Call drops all the time. For hours together no call connects. Very frustrating network.

Network issue in area

In our area the particular Airtel networks are too slow..... whenever at the time of calling the front person can't hear properly....same about network also.....I have recharged 4g pack but its too slow working......I use every network...but your network was worst that I have been used......

Postpaid to prepaid

My nuber is 9822285552 Why is not a postpaid prepaid? Is it a problem with your store? Is it going to go to May Store for 1 month and your store is called Interactive System Slave and there is no SIM card. Your service is so bad, too much service is bad

Billing dispute on technical issue internet charge

Connection 9503021196 is postpaid connection. As per policy this should get surplus data forwarded to next cycle. I have 100GB of surplus data. Still i have been wrongly charged 500 rs. On registering complain with airtel customer care. I have been asked to pay total payment, also i have informed this will get adjusted in next billing cycle. But after 2 billing cycle it has not yet adjusted. Below are transactions details: 05-Dec-2017 to 04-Jan-2018 899.38 rs (500 rs been charged extra) 05-Jan-2018 to 04-Feb-2018 1,613.09 rs (714.42 current + 899.38 previous [no adjustment made]) 05-Feb-2018 to 13-Feb-2018 1,001.78 rs (905 rs as partial payment done as per instruction) I have been entitled to pay only 311(FEB)+194(MAR) = 505 rs

Additional Note # As per customer care this is known technical issue. But this is going on for past several months. I request to take strong action against such fraudulent cases.

Network range

I would like to bring your notice that the Airtel number could not able to catch the network inside the house, Rajyog colony, walhekarwadi, chinchwad pune 411033 Maharashtra. We are facing the problem since one week of call dropping.
Kindly take the necessary action. immediate action will be appreciated.

Regarding incorrect bill

Hi Team,

My name is Gaurav Jain. Today I have dialed *121# for checking my post paid usage. I can see RS 500 as outstanding amount. In my complete life I didnt got this much usage. IT may be due to internet usage. When I see the internet Airtel app it shows still 70+ GB is free avaiable for you.My mobile number is 9665026626. Then how this much amount is being diplayed as outstanding amount. Second thing is i have applied for MNP. because i was frustrated with daily writing an email and this time i am sure that I will not continue with airtel because of network issue, 70 GB net which you are giving even I can't use 10 MB it is showing loading and loading. Other operator like JIO is much better then airtel. Third thing airtel payment bank app used more than a month to resolve the issue for debit not allowed. Based on this I with my family decided to leave airtel. I am not going to pay any bill which is of internet, as you have already given free. IF you want i have a screen shot for the same. Requesting you to adjust the correct amount and allow me to move from your network. I have paid all dues in addition near about RS 30 in advance for the same. IF you don't listen then i will write it to CPGRAM portal which is being taken care by central GOVT Officer. Please do the needful

Very low network

There is so many network issue in various places, call drop, call not connect, some places no network in city area, internet speed so slow, I was recharge 4G plan but getting only 2G speed, I was already complaint to airtel customer care but not getting any response, please do needful

Delay in Installation - airtel V Fibre

I called Airtel on the 10th of January 2018 for a new internet connection. Without any hesitation someone came to my place the next day in the morning.

Unfortunately, I was at work so the person cam again in the evening with a form to fill up also requesting for advance payment. I worked on the formalities and made a payment of Rs 3682. They mentioned I would get a call the next day itself for installation, which was a lie.

I waited till 13th January and called back on the same number. They then gave me the contact details of the person who would be doing the installation. I contacted the engineer, who mentioned he would come the very day for installation. Unfortunately he did not turn up too. In the end I called customer support, who told me I will be receiving a quick update within 24 hours.

Today is the 15th and I have still not heard from Airtel.

I need my money to be refunded !

pathetic network service

i am using your network for 12 years and still experiencing your pathetic and shitty service, its like money laundering service.
where we pay and return we get nothing.
i am changing my service and even ask my friends and people i know to change from Airtel Money laundering service to better network.

Recharge benefits not received

I have recharged to my AIRTEL Number 7028171197 same day with the amount of Rs.179/- As per message received from TD-610311 (I hope this is sent by you- Airtel Company) on 06/01/2017 as per this message I will get benefits like Unlimited calls + Daily 1GBfor 28D & RC147........
I have attached mobile screenshot with this mail for more details, kindly check.
Also attached one more screenshot of recharge got successes and in which benefits are not added to my No.

Hope you will add benefits to my mobile no and hence fore I need not to contact you for the same.
and now its been more than 12 hrs no reply nor acknowledgment from your side....
now a days you importance of internet in mobile even you shows that in your advertisement,
and you are not seriously taken the issue..

I called 198 no response from there they told me to visit Airtel galary,
after visiting airtel galary they told me to talk to Customer care,
Then I called to customer support they told me to mail on this mail ID

and no response from your side

Do the needful. and don't send wrong information related Internet plan.

Airtel is a big fraud company
Myself Kavita Waikar from Pune & doing online clothing business through whatsapp & using airtel postpaid since from last 7yrs. But from last 9 months I am facing network problem in my area. I lost my profit of total 63000 in past 9 months because of airtel. Incoming outgoing calls not connected due to network connectivity. My msg not delivered.  I change my sim card. Change my cell phone but still facing same. So it's total loss in my business. I ask all this to airtel. They everytime commit me that they will solve network issue. They ask me that they need space to build a new tower & I have to search space for them, am I agent? I complaint in jago grahak, PG portal & also on Aaple Sarkar  I want my  63000 which I loss till December 1st week. I want my money back.  I have all their mail conversations. But I think our government is not capable & they forgot to help public, forgot their motif. This is only income for me & which is most important for me.

Network Issue

Hello Sir,

I have porting in AIRTEL 2 months before and I have raised an network issue complaint in first week, Now its more than two months but still problem is not solved and every month they are sending me bill to pay. I have raised an concern why should I pay the bill if I am not getting services. No one talk about bill, I just get the answer we are working on your issue.

As per supreme court judgement If we are not getting services then no need to pay bill.

Internet is not working

I have recharged my airtel sim with 498₹ pack with 1 gb data pe day. Despite 1gb data balance is available in account internet isnot working. When checked the data balance shows as.... BCG-Night Bal: 1024 MB.
Customer care is unable to resolve the issue. They are not taking the responsibility.
My 498 rupees are on stake. Plz help me.
