Unwanted massage

Deactivate TAMIL PORTAL alert service
Sir,
For the past 40 days every day i am getting message like below,
" Your TAMIL PORTAL alert of the day: http://mobile18.in.com/airtel/tamil/index.?php?refid=TPORTAL & they have been renewed for TAMIL NEWS subscription service from Airtel, you have been charged Rs.30."
from AT-AIRINF. I didnt activate any service like this, i tried in many ways to deactivate this service, but in all tells 'no service activated for your number' . Please deactivate this service.

incomplete information on website

My mobile number is 9096158034 . I had recharged by Rs.39 on website they had mentioned that all local calls will be 10p/m & other mobile @ 30p/me. My customer care number is also blocked so I have to call by my friends number they are saying that it's there for particular region Now I want refund of that otherwise convert it into talktime of 40 this is quite ridiculous i am waiting for favourable reply

Unnecessary renewal of sms

My mobile no. is 9096158034. I don't want any sms pack I had recharged to talk & they had renewed it for sms.I called customer care & they are not helping me for the same & I had not activated manually then also they have renewed it. I want my money back of Rs.24. Please kindly look into the matter & do the needful & I had not send a single sms U can just deactivate & kindly refund my money.

Misuse Of my number

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mazin Khan and I am subscriber to Airtel No. 9960644069. Some MMS messages have been sent through my number on 5/11/2012 and I have been charged Rs.40/- by the service provider airtel for the same. As I had not used this MMS service i called up Airtel the following day to inquire about the deduction made from my balance. After my interaction with the customer care executives a number of times my deductions was refunded to me. But I persistently followed up with the executives who reluctantly gave me the numbers on whom the MMS was forwarded and these are the numbers I do not know. As this is the second time that my number has been misused, I am confident that my mobile is been misused by somebody and if this does not stop I may get into trouble in future. As the MMS sent through my number are in bulk and are forwarded to the persons I do not know, I feel this is a case fit for the cyber crime branch cell. As the service provider has frankly informed me that it is not the problem of their company and I m alone responsible for this, I need Your help to curb such types of misuse of mobile numbers.

So I request you to investigate on the matter and provide concrete solution to my problem.

Illegal Bill

I am Prathamesh Sukale. I have stop using Airtel postpaid mobile number 7738513907 services from last 2-3 months. I visited their gallery few months back regarding complaint. I also told them to deactivate my account as the same is not in use by me.
But still I am receiving soft copy regarding payment from Airtel with monthly and late payment charges.

No. portable from TATA Indicom to Airtel, But this is third time Airtel stop my phone working for silly reasons.

My father is class 1 goverment officer in Agriculture officer. I have converted his TATA Indicom Number to Airtel GSM due to change in handset. Airtel first time stop my card functioning even after all the documentation were proper. Again i had submitted the documents they have given me new card and again service started. Now again same thing happend again and again after every 1 month. This is the third time it happend. The TM of area are not entertaining for my calls. I have raised the complaints so many times but the issue is not resolved yet. they have asked again for document. This time i have not given any documents cause i dont want the service of airtel now. I am frsutrated customer

I got a massage from airtel thanking me for subscribing to games club _30 and a deduction from my Airtel postpaid account of rs 99.
I want to inform you that I didn't subscribe to any such game club.
while browsing the net your advertisement popped up and forwarded this message.
Please be kind enough to look into the matter and refund the money wrongly deducted.
I would also want to unsubscribe from the pack, which I am unable to do so through your site even after numerous try.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and give me another chance to retain my faith in Airtel.

Complaint against airtel

Respected sir,

My self Parag Pathari.i buyed a airtel no(9766526977) 4-5 years before with life time warranty.since last year i have facing lot of problem form airtel like automatic activating any services.i registered to many complaints to airtel via customer care.but issue wasn't solved so i buyed a other sim card of tata docomo...i am using my airtel no only for incoming calls & receiving messages..but due to mobile mal functioning my mobile my airtel card was switched off for 1 month.then i contact to airtel they told me submit documents again..i submitted all the documents but no. wasn't start.yesterday i again call airtel customer care & they told me this no. is registered to another user.

I want my old no. back but they denied.they said with the rules of TRAI if any no .is switched off for 1 month we recycled it & give it to another users.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.I already forward a complaint mail to TRAI but not yet any replay from them

My balance is deducted from rs 8 to rs. 2 without any reason. I tried to contact customer care but they have blocked that also They always do like this whenever I tried to contact after losing my balance it's not contactable. Now this is too much. I request them to kindly refund my amount.

i sent message to 1900 from airtel...2days before....as requseting for MNP...actually i wished to form airtel to docomo...becoz of heavy deductions and high call rates..
unfortunately one representative of airtel called me and asked y ur changing to other opertor...i replied him above the problms...thnhe said dnt wry sir...
from onwards u will be charge 1p/6sec to air/air and 1p/2sec to other...thn i agreed for his offer....and he said this offer will activated wthin 24 hrs........
bt till not yet.......
like this airtel did so many fake promises with me and my frnds.........they make agree customers by giving good offers...bt after cancelling my MNP Reqst...

False scheme assurance

I have recently ported my number 8082434343 from RELIANCE to AIRTEL as an airtel executive, Mr. RAJESH came to my house and offered me government scheme, i.e., 10p A2A and 30p A2O. Now that I have ported to airtel, there is no such scheme on my number. Also the customer care office deny of any such scheme. I cant even connect to the customer care on my mobile and have to go to the office for any requests/complaints. The guy who gave me this card keeps telling me to visit the customer care office and now eventually has stopped answering my calls.

After repeated visits to the customer care office, I have realized that neither can I get that scheme nor can I port out of airtel for at least 3 months. Do not entertain such airtel executives coming to your house. They JUST CHEAT YOU.

Unfair Balance Deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

45 INR has been deducted from my balance for a service which i didn't even activated.

My airtel phone no is 9967665116

I was listening to the options of the caller tunes available and dis-connected the call without exercising any of the options.
At that very instant i received a message notifying that caller tunes have been activated.
Does merely listening to choices activate it ???
What kind of a service are you people offering.
Harassing the customers would only result in migration.

This incident comes 2 days after I was charged 333 INR from an online prepaid site without any addition to my balance.

Deductions from Prepaid Account

Hi,
I am Jayesh, My Mobile number is 986727199 and is of Airtel Mumbai Circle.
Airtel is deducting Rs.5 (FIVE RUPEES) daily from my Account.
For past 21 days I am calling up Airtel Customer Care daily to stop the unnecessary services which they had started on my prepaid account and deducting money from my prepaid account.
Please let me know on how to resolve this. I am tired of calling up them daily. They just provide me service request number everytime I make a call on Airtel Customer care but my request is never taken into consideration.

Prepaid Mobile Connection

Dear Sir
I have recently purchased an airtel prepaid connection and I had duly submitted all the necessary documents. It worked for around 10 days and thereafter I have received message from airtel that my documents were incomplete.
Thereafter I have again submitted all the required documents to the airtel gallery but still it is not working. I am struggling with customer care representative arrogant attitude and still my connection has not been started.
