Non Working of Moblie

Terrible experience...
I am from Dimapur, Nagaland (Parmanan Singh)
when i received a call from my wife saying you had a call from Delhi court for not paying my bill,
To tell you in short...
I did surrender my simcard and ask the collector boy for the other formalities, but he said its okey he will do it.. at that hour i already distroyed my simcard. after 3 three months i received this mentally distrubing call from a lawyer... saying this and that...bla bla... the thing i come to know after i paid the 4000 somthing amount to stop the case and i investigated, that smart boy he over write my 8000 someting bill into 4000 in the carbon copy and the surprising thing is the bill no.was tallying with each other... i still have that copy with me u can check out in my facebook account (K'vin gunjiyal) the bill nos. but never mind i got my money back... but this kind of experience cannot be forgotten... till date i hate everything about airtel.

Hello Rakesh,

I am sorry to say but you have not been updated with the status of this issue. This is still unresolved and actually has turned into a bigger complication. The bill I have received in email does not make any sense to me for following reasons...

(1) The bill amount got change from Rs.410.18 to Rs.724.27? I have an email received from Airtel confirming the billing amount Rs.410.18 for the bill generated on Jun 3rd 2010, however there was no bill attached to that email.
(2) The billing period is showing May 3rd to Jun 1st where as I have discontinued Airtel from May 25th.
(3) The email from airtelpresence as a reply to my query is not clarifying that the adjustment of the deposit amount is made into outstanding bill amount. It says its been waived off. I am not convinced with this statement that the amount of Rs.250 is a WAIVER.

And the last, the bill is itemized. The breakup shows 600 SMSs. That is absolutely rubbish.

Also, please read the issue before sending any communication to the customer. You are mentioning to call you on 121? Please note, I am no more an Airtel customer. How would you expect me to call on your call center number?

I want someone senior to look into this issue. I insist for a proper itemized bill and a call (preferably my other number 9987258900 ) from someone senior (as I am fed up with the calling agents as they are not trained to understand customer issues) to resolve this.

I hope you understand the frustration and convey this to the senior authorities at your end to do the needful at the earliest.
