Activation of unwanted service

Dear Team,

Fun store services has been activated in my mobile and i have been charged Rs.35 for this. I never requested for this service. And more so this service does seem to like any other services like songs, ring tones, health tips, it is different and I don't want this service. I am a woman and i feel little insecure about this. Kindly refund the money 35 Rs.which has been charged on this service.
I have messaged 122553 to stop the service but I want my money back.

Please take necessary steps that I am not availed of any of the services anymore like this.

internet auto renewal

My airtel no.9444118074..one message received internet auto renewal. on 25.3,2016 auto renewal has been sucessfullyregistered. but my prepaid amount of rs.290 already reduced. so not renewed internet auto renewal. your services very bad. and customer services workers not properly responded.pl verify and solve my problems...

Number is blocked

I am using a particular mobile number for the past 9 years initially I have taken the number on Vodafone network and after tht I have made portability to airtel on Maharashtra premisses. At the mid of previous year I have changed tht Airtel Maharashtra number to Airtel tamilnadu now due to some personal issues I have been to work in abroad by this month 5th my number is blocked due to insufficient balance .Yes I agree it's my mistake but get tht number back I have contacted airtel customer care through phone and mail they are saying tht the number is with parent network provider tht means Vodafone and then I contacted Vodafone they are saying tht number is with airtel. I don't know how to process further both the network providers are pointing out opposite networks. Please and kindly provide some solutions to get my number back. My mail I'd [email protected]

Delay in process application for new sim & Activation of sim

Sir/ Madam,
I had bought a new Airtel prepaid sim on 16/01/16 at around 1100 hrs.
I was told that the sim will be activated by 1100 hrs on 18/01/16.
Nothing happened today so I went to your Airtel relationship office at
Nanganallur from where I bought the new sim at 1500 hrs.
To my surprise the application form is still lying in their office.
What callousness and arrogance on the part of Airtel in giving false promises.
I should have preferred some other service provider who is prompt and truthful.
New sim number is 9952039154.

Today at around 1500 hrs I had visited the ARC at Thillaiganga Nagar,
Nanganallur, Chennai from where I had bought the New Sim after filling up the
application with photo and Id & address proof + payment of Rs 108 on 16/01/16.
After learning that the application form is still in their office unprocessed
even till 1500 hrs today, I had preferred this complaint and what is more
shocking is you reply which again brings out that Airtel seems to have taken
customers for granted.

As per the Airtel sticker in the Airtel pack bought for a new sim card -

Could not reconnect my Vodafone no

Respected Sir!
I disconnected my airtel mob no 9884504303 (parent provider-vodafone)on April 2014 after settling the entire bill with the waiver of Rs:2160 . But when I tried to reconnect my Vodafone no the waiver amount remains in airtel as outstanding amount. I wondered why I need to pay my waiver amount . After a fair advice from vodafone I was instructed to pay my bill(waiver amount ) to get my connection back in Vodafone. I paid the waiver amount in airtel but still my no remains with airtel . The mnp team is not taking necessary action to push my no to Vodafone after the payment as I was promised before .Even the no status shows as number return in the system , the no still stays with airtel . I request to push my no from airtel to Vodafone to get the service connected as it was a matter of urgency.

Money deducted for internet without any confirmation dialog even when i had internet pack

I have 300 rs recharged in my account two days before.I had also internet pack .after using internet yesterday with 300 MB left in my account,suddenly a message shown 30MB is remaining.So i disconnected internet and checked the balance.It was .2 rs.

I need my money back.

I would also like to know a thing.If my balance is low,when i call to some person,voicemail is there to intimate me that "your balance is low .Please recharge to continue...."...Why there is no such intimation or atleast a message service to tell to customer that your internet pack service is over and you cannot continue over internet..

Its like Airtel is looing money from people....Its a major compliant most people are afected with.

Not connecting 3g

sir, iam K.Velmurugan, having data card no. 9677470062. Before 1 week i made payment for 3g internet connectivity with rs.265. But i have no connection till now. Im trying to call customer care
Unable to connect. Again i tried for another 1g recharge yesterday. Thatz also not connecting. Kindly file a complaint against this and take necessary actions. Iam very upset with this. In total I spent more than 500 rs. And I also tried for recharge of rs.66 for talk time. But it shows zero balance.
