MNP

Hi,
I received a call from a Lady from Airtel corporate office and she advised me to re-submit the document and the MNP will be done smoothly. Accordingly I resubmitted the MNP request to Vodafone with Porting code AK855282 on 21/06/2011 and I had been provided with a Vodafone MNP kit bearing sim no. 0470011246. I was advised by the shopkeeper that within a week my Airtel sim will be deactivated and then I need to use the aforesaid Vodafone sim.

Since then I am received at least 5 calls from Airtel asking the same question again and again why are you leaving Airtel. I had answered them again and again that I am not satisafied with Airtel due to signal and other issues.They offered me various offer on Airtel and each time I said I want to move to Vodafone. But they have kept calling me. Now it is almost 7 days and I have not received any information about MNP. Please let me know how soon it will be done.
