Deduction of amount for unavailed services

I have got my balance deducted (Rs. 99) for some "The avenger" downloading which I have not done.... this is not the first time happening, every time I keep my balance above Rs. 50, it happens with one or the other services. On talking to Ankur Bhatnagar CCE, he bluntly refused to refund the money.... this is a way to serve customers, its better to have postpaid connections and then not to pay back.

Not able to use internet from default brower of LG handset

Hi, sir I am not able to use internet through Default brower of my handset.I can use it from opera mini brower but i need to use default brower of my phone to download anything from internet. I have called customer care many times and registerd complaints. It has been 2 months but i am still facing the same problem. Please help me.

useless airtel

Airtel is a network of completely useless and poorest service providers. A common man wont be able to deal with their charges which they charge for the unselected services and undialed numbers . I m actually fed up of using the same whether it is landline or prepaid mobile. I have been trying to talk to talk their their customer executive but they are disconnecting the phone again and again without responding to my queries.

Unfair Charges, while services are not proper

I have port my no. to Airtel postpaid in February, 2012. For three months gprs service was very good and they were charging me according to my plan. since August 2012, GPRS speed has decreased very much, I am having the same problem with my another Airtel Pospaid no. My GPRS services were stopped while I was in my credit limit.

Many times they have given me incomplete information while I was calling Customer Care on 121.

Many times they have closed my complains without informing me and without solving it.
These are two Complain No.

unfair deduction in prepaid balance

I recharged my prepaid airtel connection #8527310213 with SMS balance last month(october). I used the Sms Balance and it ended on its date. This month (november) I was in no need for SMS balance neither I sent any request for the same but as soon as I recharged my phone (24/11/12) I got an sms regarding the deduction of Rs 34 . I deactivated it but didnt get my balance back. I then called the Customer care , after hearing my query they just hung up and when I called again they dint let me through for a call to customer care. Today (25/11/12) I called customer care again And they again hung up. Kindly see to it that i get my balance and my grievance alloted back.

Call Barring Service

I am unable to use the call barring feature. I was using this service since 2004 It was working fine before but since last week I am facing problem while using this service. I tried contacting Airtel customer care many times but as per them its a handset feature and suggested me to contact Nokia for the same. I explained them by sharing the manual of the Nokia model that it must be activated by the network service provider but they don't agree. I remember very well that this service was activated on my nujmber from AirTel in 2004. It is not a handset feature. It can be used from your handset only if it is activated from your network service provider (Idea, AirTel, Vodafone etc.) Not any customer care executive including senior supervisor too, knowing properly regarding this service. Everybody is saying same that this is a handset feature. Even theirs nodal officer also saying same. It is really the height of ignorance by Airtel.
Please get the Call barring service re-activate on my number.

Post Paid Connection Not Activated

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a new post paid mobile number from Bharti Airtel on 19th Oct, but unfortunately till date .i.e. 26th Oct 2012. The number has not been activated. Moreover the required documents have been collected from me along with the money 800/- as a registration n activation amt, from the NIT Airtel Branch, Faridabad. Besides this the branch manager Mr. Rajat Gupta have been fooling that the number will be surely activated within 1/2hr since 22nd Oct. I have put forward all the effort to reach him at 8800222703 but he is least bother to take my calls.
Being a 10yr old customer, I have not received any relevant answer to my number of complaints for activation of my number and moreover the reson that they are giving that they have tried to reach me but ironically I have not received any call front there end and getting a fake message from them that they tried to reach me , I cannot buy that because its irrelevant as my phone never rang. To justify, I also called up airtel but I felt like my words fell on deaf ears.
I am seeking and approaching you to receive a justice so that the number can be activated soon and some action to be taken against the people who are harassing me without any rhyme or reason.

Broadband Insallation

I contacted airtel for broadband with request no BR849112 first they said its not available in my area and I said that to the confirmation call(from something 044*******) and after one day the guy who I talked first calls me and said it is available in that area and he came to my house A-54 khanpur and fill up the form(CAF no. 3172436) and took 1000rs(500installation+500service charges) and said will install in 3 days and now this is 7th day and he is not even attending my call now please tell me what to do i cant even take another connection now cause my 1000rs is stuck with Airtel and I dont think they will refund it so have to go with Airtel, never expected something like that with the so called best customer care company, Please suggest me something what to do in this case the airtel guy was Rajesh(8800098829)

deduction of money

Hi,
I am Baishakhi Sen.I Have an Airtel account Mob.8826871097.I recharged my phone to rs 200.Money was deducted by nexGTv Rs75 unknowingly.Then,Second time I recharged my account on 18 Oct. to Rs 444 then the money was deducted by carrier counselling Rs15.
If this continues,I would disconnect my connection and would switch to other mobile connection

Wrong information given by customer care regarding internet plan charges

Dear sir,

This complaint is for Airtel regarding wrong information given to the customer by the customer care officer.

I am 4+ years postpaid customer of Airtel. Recently I activated blackberry 2g (Rs.599 pm) plan on my handset, then after few days I called customer care and instructed him to close the blackberry 2g plan and activate a 3g plan (Rs. 450 pm). The customer care officer confirmed me that the 2g is stopped and 3g is started. But the bill I got includes price of both 2g and 3g services. Then I send my query to customer care regarding it and they told me that both 2g and 3g service is started on your handset and they also told me that you can only access 3g services when you continue enabling both 2g (Rs. 599) and 3g (Rs. 450). However the previous customer care offier has provided a wrong information to me that you have to only pay for 3g. So I am in loss of Rs. 1198 because of the wrong information provided by Airtel.

The customer care is not providing me any resolution regarding bill. I have requested for closing my account at Airtel.
