Poor network

Mine airtel signal is very poor,and 4g internet is not available mobile number 6309612562 ,please dont give unnecessary advertising as fastest network it has become worst from other networks if this problem has not been fixed i may port to another sim

not getting any Network on My Airtel Prepaid SIM

I am not getting any Network on My Airtel Prepaid SIM since 17 Dec afternoon (I am outside India). It was working fine till yesterday Noon. Customer Support is pathetic. I have recharge with Rs. 399 pack on 15 Dec'18 and it was working fine for 2 days and now NOT GETTING ANY NETWORK

Network problem

Airtel 4g network is very very poor.The network connectivity is very very irritating. Jio 4g is much much better than airtel.. advertisement mein sirf bdi bdi baate krte ho tum log...worst network. Very disappointed with Airtel 4g network.

Network is not coming

Here in my phone, Airtel Network of mob number 7338917583 is very poor.. I am not able to make the call. When someone is calling,I am able to hear their voice but my voice is not going that side.

Can you please do the needful.

If I won't get any solution, then I think I need to switch to some other network.

Airtel Network issue

I'm living in Tamilnadu(st), Thanjavur(Dt),vallam.
Here nearly 200 family's living and many of us using airtel network and we don't get coverage of airtel network for the past 4months.I complained about this 2times and one time,their service team come and check the coverage they also confirmed low network coverage available here and they said,they will forward the complaint.it happens before 2months.But till now there is no response from their side.
Airtel giving worst response to their customers and their customer care people not even giving proper response.

Disconnect my Airtel broadband:01149872354 connection

Dear Sir,

I am Rajkishor Prajapati, Plot No.4, Ishwar Appartment, Flat No.- A203, Dwarka, Sector-12, New Delhi-110078. I subscribed Airtel broadband:01149872354 connection on dated April 2017, that time net speed was low but your field engineer has told it will improve very soon because our work in progress in this area. but till now we are suffering same problems, Regarding that issue i have complained so many time but still internet speed is very poor, same time we receive Wi-Fi speed only 5' to 7' fit rang of Router after visit of your field engineers.

Regarding above problem i have complained & discussed to concern person so many time and also i have not pay monthly bill due to above problem. After insure of Airtel concern persons & filed engineers, I deposited pending bills kindly check your history record wrt my broadband:01149872354 connection after this i did not received good/require speed of internet.
Now a days my broadband:01149872354 connection is temporary disconnected due to non monthly payment of bill that is why i have purposely kept monthly bill pending.

Because of this my professional work has suffered a lot already and now i dont want to continue this misery so please kindly Disconnect my Airtel broadband:01149872354 connection so I will be free from unnecessary liabilities.

very bad network in Airtel Boardband & Service

Respected Sir/mam,

I am Writing to Inform you, i have a Airtel Fixedline and Boardband service.My Network id is 01805016110_dsl. My airtel
internet service is very poor,i faced many problems for last 2 months. i complained many times to customer care,but he cannt take
action on my complain, so i requested you can take action immediatly. Otherwise i disconnect to my airtel connection.

poor service of dth airtel

3013397763 my connection is having every month problem..  Every time I ask to customer care why it is malfunction again and again..  And everytime I get same answer from them sending a service engineer. Whose charge is RS. 150/- now if I pay everytime 150 to service engineer then what the service Airtel is giving me.. Dear spite 700 every month recharge since last 5 year....totally unfair..  Still connection is having problem for B0001. And again I have been asked for service engineer.. Please tell me should I continue with Airtel or discontinued..  It depends on your verdict.  Thanks Ajit

Rude behaviour from airtel agent

Saying rude words for the payment. Are airtel are lossed the professional? I got a call for the payment i have informed airtel agent as i am facing issue of network and data i have escalated issue from past 3 month he has not patience of listening my words started taking rude word he has told me to throw the airtel sim and make payment i got surprised does airtel says . This is way you ppl treat ? I have all recordings of conversations i need serious action ! If not i will publish all proof of audio recordings in social media

Area network issue

In my village(sisiya, 3km towards paniyahwa, 274802) there are no such network providers by which people can use internet. Today's gobalized world, what is the use of keeping coslty phones if there is no internet. Moreover its basic need and right to everyone to have the proper internet access.

Internet issue

I am facing an issue in using internet from almost 2 months. I called customer care more than 5 times, every time i make a call i got the same response to check the settings in the phone. i don't understand one thing here. Internet was working fine before suddenly it stopped working, i don't know who the hell will change our phone settings in between to check and correct it to make internet work.
I really frustrated with airtel internet issue. every time they will tell it will work if we follow the instructions they given. but it didn't work not even single time for me.

Network issue

I am an airtel user since long time and from last one year i'm calling airtel customer care to register my complaints. I already have registered more than 5-6 complaints in a span of 2 months. And the funny part is the respinse which i get from the customer care i,e., "Network team is working on this and this will be fixed". I don't really understand where is this network team who can't fix this problem since last one year. I'm unable to use my internet as there is not even single G network that the SIM is deducting. And then airtel flashes an advertisement that okhla has reported airtel the fastest network. How they have checked the speed i don't know??

Internet issue

I am using airtel sim last 6 year without problum . But last 8 months I have lots of problam at my house area no network of 4g, 3g, 2g. No iternet network in my sim . Many times I have do complaint from airtel he talk tower is under progress wait for 1 week. But 3 months going no network problum solw in my area. He is taking our network is best at ukla but I check our network 0.5 kbps speed hahahahahaha so funny network of airtel over confidence hain airtel ko apne upper. I port the sim now in idea.
