not get amount from airtel though amount debited

My order number is 630398134 I did recharge for airtel for 197 using paytm at 10.00am on oct 23 and mailed lot to paytm who did not respose yet even though I did get my payment status is success I not received any recharge message from airtel please take action as soon as possible
