provide wrong information, poor services etc.

mujhe airtel ka no. use krte huye near 15 months hogue h. or main starting se apne airtel k no. se msg send nhi kr pa rha hu. is problem ko solve krne k liye m bht baat customer care no. pr call ki or kai baar inke customer care office me bhi gya pr kbhi koi solution nhi mila. customer care pe call krte hu to wo bolts h ki 4 ya 5 ghante me service start ho jayegi. pr nhi hoti. or office me jata hu to bolte h ki aapko haryana k office jana hoga kyonki sim haryana se activate hua h.

2. or abhi kuch 10 12 din se mere pass call aa rhi h ki mere no. pr ek offer h or uska fyda m 5999555 pr call kr k utha skta hu. pr jb bhi m call k liye try krta hu to wo no. nhi lgta. is k bare me mene coustmer care se baat ki to wo bolte h ki aapke no. pr koi offer nhi h. phle to bole ki jis no. se call aaya h wo hamara no. h hi nhi pr baad me bolte h ki aapko phle milgya h fyda to aap dobara nhi labh le skte. meri baat senior ecxicutive Mr. Shivam se hui thi.

Unnecessary deduction

I am new customer of Airtel and I must say they are worst of all. They have deducted fifty rupees from my account on account of iMessage and face time. Whenever I'm calling customer care they are unable to solve my issue and money is getting deducted even now. Kindly refund my money at the earliest. My number is 9936633143. And I must appeal to new customers not to fall prey of Airtel as they are worst of all. If you want to make money make it in proper way not by fooling your customers.

Call charges

Dear sir/madam,
I'm Rashmi Bhowsinghka, previously my call charges were 30p / call . Now , airtel is cutting Rs 1/ call. I would like to know the cause for the change, as I would like to undo it.

Balance cut

Dear
Sir, iam the old customer of your respective telecome company, facing a negligence from airtel telecom regarding my balance misuses.My Airtel no. is +919932351742.I recharged my number with Rs.120 on 02/03/2011 and after two or three calls my phone balance was gone below Rs.00.14/-or something below one Rupee.I called your customer care Dept the same time but due to low balance the phone line was failed to connect, again i recharged it with Rs-20.Then again i called up and talked with customer care representative he told me that, he is gonna check the details and update me within 2hrs but i din't recieve any calls from airtel since the misuses with mt account balance.But today I again i called them and i repeated the same story, that how my balance was gone below Re.1 and again they they excused saying that my Re.60/-has been cut for hellow tune services and Re.15/-for missed call alert service.Sir, nown what i want is my account details since last six month so that I can check it or take further steps regarding the negligence, misuses with account doing what ever they fell like doing.So i request you to kindly look into the matter, your kind attention towards this will be highly appreciated.

Balance cutting

Dear Sir, my name is Suman Ghosh and I'm a retailer of Airtel mobile and my Airtel number is 9933439426. Sir, I recharged this number with Rs.20 on 8th February and my balance become Rs.15.40. Next day morning all my Rs.15 was cut and I contacted customer care and they told me I used some pack and they also told me that I used internet on 9th February at 5.24am when my phone was switched off. How can it be possible? Sir, it is not the first time, a month ago they did this to me. Please tell them not to do like that. I want my money back. Thank you.

Balance cut

Sir, My Airtel no. is +919679604204. Sir, I recharged my number with Rs.50 on 29/12/2010 and after some calls my phone balance was about Rs.40/- . But next day I saw that my balance was only Re.1 and I contacted customer care and they excused saying that I activates some kind of service. But Sir I did not activated any services. Sir, I want to get back my phone balance.
