Respected Sir/Madam
My self-Mr. Amol Amol Amle from Mumbai, I submitted my Re issue passport application Dated 2/12/21at POPSK Bhiwandi. After one month I didn’t get passport and the Status Shown “Passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents.” This message seen from last month. Even trying to submit grievance through web but at the time of submitting application page shows technical error. (They do the something here to not submitting grievance) Passport office phone line is busy always, I tried so many times but result is same.
When I get my passport, where to go? Customer care will not help they only read status and nothing.
