I bought ampere magnus in March 2022,now I have used 5500 kms. The handle was shaking when reported to service centre Avadi ,they said the handle is broken and it is not covered under warranty. With in 6 months the iron handle is broken which states the quality of the material used. I request to change the handle without any cost but the service centre denied.
