Consignment delayed and halted unnecessarly at other hub waiting for more order so that then only they will send vehicle from that hub to my location
When i will get my consignment????GCCOH222301151( From : CHENNITHALA, ALAPPUZHA, KERALA To : MUDHOL, BAGALKOT, KARNATAKA)
It was loaded on November 7,2022. Today is November 21,2022.My consignment was halted unnecessarily for 5 days in Bangalore and presently in hubli for the last 4 days. Nobody is responding either by mail or through customer service and speeding up my delivery. When we call customer,they are giving what we can do type attitude. When we mail our concern to shifting assistant,they won't reply or respond as if they didn't saw the mail.This type of treatment is very much disappointing. I never found in my life such irrespective,unpunctual, unorganised response from a company which i thought is a reputed company. Very much Disappointed. Most frustrating fact is that Even after complaining , no one cares to respond and give a correct information. After paying the whole amount as per quotation,what all we customers should suffer i don't know. Finally, please provide my consignment delivery as soon as possible.its been 15 days ( while booking told me it will take 8-9 days). Customer care executive gave me a number, Rajesh Verma , who is in-charge of hubli hub .when asked about my delivery date he is telling he will send vehicle to my location only when he gets another booking to that location and telling me to wait until that time. What is this? I told him i will make a complaint regarding this.Then He is telling go and complaint.Getting really frustrated....iam hoping atleast 1 higher official of APML see this and take necessary action and avoid such experiences to their customers.
