Bus moved without any update

Hi,

I have to travel from chennai to tirupati on Friday dated 11.10.2019.I have started from sholinganallur at 6 pm due to Narendra Modi our Prime Minister visit all roads are blocked in omr road.I have reached at Madhavaram bustop at 11.48 pm, but bus already moved and they didn't call me atleast before moving..Even Narendra Modi Visit Government should know the update and they have to inform the Drivers. I have really felt very sad..I have contacted Helpline number of Apsrtc which is ############. But they told that they are unable to help..I don't know why Apsrtc is cheating the passengers. Worst experience in Apsrtc Amaravthi Bus service number 5425.

Please take action into this and provide best services to passengers.Hope Apsrtc will consider this complaint and revert back as soon as possible.

Very rude behavior and care less driving

Dear sir/mam
I am regular traveler from guntur to Vijayawada.
Today 09-10-2019 I faced some problems with driver.
Driver was very rude behavior and care less driving...
He took one hour and ten minutes from vijayawada busstand to guntur busstand.
I asked the driver why are you going slow... He replied in very rude behavior... This is not the way to treat the people...

Bus is full of drunken people who didn’t have reservation

23533 bus from amalapuram to Hyderabad is full of drunken people which was causing people discomfort. One guy fainted in bus due to over dosage of alcohol and bus stopped for him about 15 mins. Bus is stinking due to him. This was happened on 5 oct 2019

Neglegency of apsrtc

BUS service no:3530,hyderabad to vijaywada,journey date: 05/10/19.

Bad apsrtc,04/10/19 rojuna accident ina busni bus condition ela undho check chyakunda next day erly mrng 6.20 ki vinawada dutyki vesarante apsrtcki ntha neglegency. Didn't call before moving of bus

Bus no :6597,i reserved the seat, conductor hasn't called me, it was raining he didn't stop for 5min also, i drenched in rain i asked to stop just 5min he refused, later he stoped 10min in middle of road unnecessarily, he was not concerned about passengers, he was not kind

2hrs late arrival

Sir..sevice number 5687 from mpl to jeedimetla on 3/10/2019..we reached our destination 2hrs delay driver and conductor both are timepassing in between ..and they were picking up passengers n lauggage on top of the bus we have reached our destination 2 hrs delay and we have wasted out valuable time .

Mis leading customers driver problem

Tonight(03-oct-2019) my mother (56 years elder women) have to be travel from dacheypalli to bhel (bus service number 1575 guntur to bhel) , being an aged women we asked driver to pick at dacheypalli chekpost he said ok i will pickup be sharp at the pickup point and bus will be delay by 1 hour we agreed for that, after that he switched off his mobile around 6pm bus came at the point when my mother raised her hand without stopping bus was left the point.
First of all bus driver misleads us by agreeing to stop at checkpost point, after that he switched off his mobile to contact him it seems like gov drivers are cheating passengers and selling booked tickets . It's almost like making the customers fools and doing big fraud with public amount. If stop is the not there he has to tell to come us at the pickup point instead of that he misleads us and after raising our hands at point he didn't stop the bus.
It's look like preplanned to cheat the passenger and reselling the booked tickets.
Don't provide your false adds to public that gov service is the best service.
I know for sure no response for this complaint even though I'm raising this complaints atleast others won't get fools with these shit gov drivers.
Don't misleads the customer , thank god it's evening if suppose a late night being a lady how can she get help at that time. Bcz of ur fraud things our life's will get affect.
If u can't stop the bus at unpickup point just directly convey that but don't mislead the passengers and don't make fraud with our hard work(money every rupee counts in every life's).

Late starting

I complained due to late starting and get late to the journey when we get to the bus journey the bus drivers are wasting time so please make sure about it as soon as possible please follow the punctuality and responsible for each and every workers of APSRTC Employees

Worst behaviour by bus conductor and driver

Route : Giddalur to Cumbum ( via: Racherla) 7:30am, 30/09/2019.

Sir, Bus conductor refused to give fare change, at each passenger he skipped returning atleat 5 rupees each, me too a victim. I asked my change, but he refused and started scolding worstly with unparliamentary words. He said tell those who ever you can. Very worst behaviour sir.

Conductor rude behavior

Ap21bj0381, on 28/09/2019 a lady conductor who is behaving harshly with all men in bus and she is not will to give the change of rupees 80 out of 100, which she have but she is not will give, all she want is fight with men. She is not even will to tell her name too. I want apologies from.

Driver is not fit for driving

Dear sir/madam

Apsrtc 5824 service number driver is really worst in his duty..the reason for this is..I booked the ticket for my sister and asked him that I will travel in place of my sister,if not I will take the ticket again and travel to the same bus..he told that I won't stop and do what you can do..this is the way the government of AP is... please punish that person on priority..I will take this issue to my MLA as they are playing this type of dumb activities with the people. I hope that you will be taking action immediately..

irregular timings of buses

Respected member,
I am one of the citizens travelling in 99k, 400N root number buses from odacheepurupalli village to gajuwaka. From the last 3 days I am waiting for the buses around 7-30am to 8-30am but I dint get any bus in that time but RTC management says that we have buses availabled for every 15min. Not only me, most of the students and the people with emergency needs are suffering with these timings. Please kindly consider and provide a suitable solution for us.

Chewing pan in bus

Respected complaint receiver,
Chewing any type of tobacco product like Gutka, Pan Masala and spitting inside bus has created lots of discomfort to commuters. For very long there were no rules or legal actions against such nuisance creators and till date nothing legally could be done.The bus drivers only splitting in the bus beside his seat. It makes discomfort for the passengers. I faced this problem where I sit behind him as seat no 1. So kindly forward the rule to do not smoke or chew any kind of pan or gutka while in bus. Bus driver going in bypass even when there is stop and they have already given ticket. But they went in bypass

Yemmiganoor bus starting at 10 pm everyday in hyd .the drivers alwyz go in bypass route . They give tickets to pebbair but they ask to get down at bypass itself and they say bus will not go through the village.this happens everyday. Sir please take some action or we request to ask them to go from town pebbair.

on time

I traveled in apsrtc.. my pickup point is lb Nagar.. at 4.30 pm.. but bus came at 5.10pm. and again few distance he stopped for tickets for 10min..totally 1 hr wasted here. no t following the timings. I understand the traffic in hyderabad. but same pick up point same time and same starting point of bus.. tsrtc, Orange travels buses are coming on time pick up.. this is the way we can understand. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

Apsrtc sai meals shows arrogant behavior

We went to narsraopeta bus station while travelling to srisailam we went to sai meals on the bus stop we are four members and ordered for 2 full meals we shared ourselves and start eating one guy from that hotel came and said very rudely stop serving the food because of sharing we asked him why u should stop then he replied in a very nasty manner he doesn't know even how to behave with a customer and then we paid for another meal they took our money and they were providing a poor quality food this so disgusting please check these issues and the toilets was very dirty and they charged 5 RS they were displayed 3 rupees but they must be charged 5/- . it was a worst experience which have been faced.so kindly resolve the problems as a priority basis.
