In view of the above it is requested that PCDA pension Allahabad may please be approached to publish exact date of birth of my wife name Satya Rani and issue afresh PPO/ eppo and forward a copy of the same to PDA PNB Najafgarh-110043 and copy to me for record to avoid to avoid further/future inconvenience to get/claim family pension.
