I am also fed up. I am unable to log in to see my statement but I am not getting the page for log in either at axisbank.com or co.in. Also my various emails sent over a month ago get only stereotype rewplies that the bank will get back shortly which never happens..

Blank Cheque request to complete the Loan Disbursal Procedure

It is natural for the bank to ask for few cheques for their safety ( even though ECS is opted ). But it should not be a blank cheque. Rather it should be in the name of the bank and also, it can be written in the bottom ( in the open space near where you sign ), as "Not more the xxxxx amount " where xxxxx is the principal amount.

i fully agree, they just dont care.The contact no's given in axis bank website for jayanagar branch is out of service and the additional no's 080-############just keep on ringing and no body cares to pick up during office hrs.We can predict the future of the bank clearly if it doesnt care for its own a/c holders.

Double Deduction of interest

Hello Team,
I am Neelesh Mattam, Me and My wife ( Radhika Rajyam venkata) have taken a Land Loan from Axis Bank and the loan number is PHR############. I am shocked to see that the first installment for 15 days has been deducted twice, Once from my wife's account HDFC Bank and the same amount was withdrawn from my account using the check number 426829 from ICICI Bank for amount of Rs 20,102/-

>> Narration of the incidents

On 15th November, Priya from Cust service Axis bank called me and said we have to Pay 20102/- against the 15 days loan interest and I asked her to send an agent to collect the check at my residence. I have given them the ICICI Bank check 426829 amounting to 20,102/- and on 17th November they have utilized the check and to my surprise the same amount again has been deducted from wife's HDFC Bank account thru ECS.In this growing cost if bank does such things how do you expect a family to survive and meet his / her regular commitments.

Secondly I have been following up with bank. If I call the agent he says to speak to customer service, When I call the customer service they say to email at [email protected] and I have been emailing them continiously for the past 3 days and till date there has been no response on the same.

Please do help us and get us our hard earned money back

Blank Cheque request to complete the Loan Disbursal Procedure

This is in relation to one of the Axis Bank Power Home Loans that I have applied for a Site that I have picked up from the Builders (Galaxy Projects - Rajalakshmi Builders), Bangalore, Karnataka
Axis Bank is affiliated to provide loans for this property, all seemed well until the process of the loan (with as usual issues with documents requirement that the bank comes up every day) was carried out by the Bank. But once the loan was sanctioned and the processing fee debited out of my account (Cheque provided at the initial logging of the loan documents), the bank now is wanting 5 blank cheques to disburse the DD amount to the builders, Galaxy - Rajalakshmi builders are supporting the bank as well. The interesting part is not the Bank asking for blank cheques for security but they are denying to provide any written request to obtain so as well as not agreeing to provide an acknowledgment for the blank cheques. Something is really fishy here as usually the banks across promote not to provide any blank cheques to anyone in any form whatsoever. If I inisist to get a written request or acknowledgement the bank is threating that the loan will be rejected. Please help here as this is a malpractice as well as illegal requirement that the bank is trying to posses.

unnecessary debit of charges

I had opened my salary account with AXIS Bank. I shifted to another company who are not maintaining salary account with ICICI Bank. On verifying my AXIS BANK account I observe that they have deducted various charges to my account.
