Axis Bank — Cheque returned

Maine wave city ke name se cheque diya ek week ke baad wave city se call aati hai ki aapka cheque return ho gaya with reason signature mismatch...aur eske pahle two cheques already clear ho chuke hai wave city ke hi name se aur same signature...to ab kaise signature mismatch ho sakta hai...eske liye maine mail ([email protected]) kiya sabhi documents (clear cheque copy, current cheque copy and cheque return slip) ke sath 07/11/2016 ko...9 days ho gaye...lekin abhi tak samasya ka samadhan nahi hua...kitna samay lagta hai documents open karke dekhne aur yah batane me ki signature mismatch hai ya nahi...cheque kyun return kiya gaya...etc. Axisbank home branch ki mail id bhi nahi hai aur phone (011-47425100, 101--130, 011-47425150, 011-47425175) koi uthata hi nahi lagbhag 100 baar phone kiya hunga...wave city waale late payment charges lagaye ja rahe hai...yah kaun pay karega... Home loan rejected without giving any reason

I had applied for a home loan during they asked for all documents I provided I gave nominal fees cheque also person came for PD that also happend but after that nothing happend no one called or informed me about anything I waited for a week no reply I called the person who had collected all documents n he said file is in higher department u will get a news by Monday. Monday went nothing happend. I finally called the person from axis bank who was the first person who had called me and was dealing with my loan he didn't answer my call I called after 2 days no answer I finally sent him what's asking for my loa. Details he sent me what's app back that mam sorry ur loan is rejected. What's is this ? I asked him why what went wrong no reply this is just completed not acceptable banks are here to give loan if anything missing they shd have asked me but no query nothing and just simply stating that loan cancelled is completely rediculous

cashier way of talking is very bad

Sir me apke bank me cash deposit kerwane gaya tha but vaha per jo cashier thi unhone agresive tarike se baat ki. Unka way of talking very bad tha. Vo baat kerte kerte kafi aggresive ho gayi thi.

long waiting time for deposits

Today I wanted to deposit a sum of Rs.15000/- in my saving bank in Axis Bank - Mayur Colony Kothrud Branch.
But cash depositing machine was out of order and only one window was there for cash depositing and cash withdrawals.
Working was very slow, I stood up in queue on 12 noon and got my work done on 2.30 p.m.
Bad experience.

Personal Loan amount not received

Hi Team,
I have applied for Axis bank personal loan on 7th October and it is approved after long time which is on 24th approval after all hangama done. They have taken agreement sign on 25th act and still amount not received. Please help me to get my loan amount.

Is this the way your bank will work with all customers. Kindly understand customers urgency for which they apply for loan. All fake promises they give that "within 3 to 4 working days it will be processed and the amount will be received"

delay in account opening

i submitted my all the document before 15 days(13/10/2016) back for opening my current account but still my account not open yet. pls give me some intimation about my account status. actually i need this account on very urgent basis. i did not know that axis bank have worst services and this is useless bank now i think i did wrong to choose this bank for opening my account. And i had go to the branch so many times but they are saying that we already send your document in mumbai you have to wait so anybody tell me how much i have to wait 1 year or 2 year . i will never suggest to anyone to open any account in axis bank this bank make the people fool. i request all the people don't believe in advertisement this bank is fake and fraud. choose hdfc and icici or another bank. And when u register any complaint that time so many errors coming on your screen like page not found or wrong captcha or something like that. if any one can help me so pls contact me.

Not able to submit Compaint

Hi All,

i don't know what is this ? or it is new way to make people fool . i want to submit complain about the amount deducted from my Saving account by saying that it was the charges of Demat account which was opened without my permission.

Now the situation is worse if i am going to fill my complain on

payment dispute

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that I was holding a Credit Car of your bank with no 4514 XXXX XXXX 4982. The problem which I am facing is that I had made a payment to your bank amounted Rs.5051 /- through a central bank Cheque No - 022108 dated 05th April 2015. The same amount was debited from my account on 10th April 2015. As per your bank statement the amount was credited to my Credit Card account on 09th April but again it was debited. I have all the documents regarding this issue. I have also visited your branch at Theater Rd Ac Market. But due to internal problem I am receiving several letters stating non payment of Credit Card.
The last letter which i have received on 13th October states that the due amount has come to Rs19254.99 /-.
I can't understand why are you charging this type of amount. This is very confusion and I would request you to kindly sort out this matter. I am facing the trouble in a case where I have paid the amount and you are putting false charges on me.

Hope you will cooperate with me and do the needful at the earliest.

Fake Bounce

I am Ravindra from Bangalore,
I have taken housing loan about 3 years back in Jayanagar Branch, Bangalore. Service was good till disbursement of loan and start of EMI. Now I have the worst experience with the same Bank / branch.
For EMI payment I have opened a S/B account in the same branch and gave standing instruction.
Recently I have received a message from AXIS bank and stating "Dear customer , Lien of Rs. 205 marked in your SB account ending ........towards bounce charges due in Loan account ending with ........... Lien amt will debited from A/C after 2 days" and after one week they have debited an amount of Rs 205 from my S/B account and credited the same to my housing loan account..
Even though I have maintained sufficient balance in my S/B account, Axis Bank sent this message. When I tried to approach axis bank Jayanagar branch, I faced worst experience. No body is receiving phone call or responding to my concern.
I am seriously thinking to take over the loan to some other good bank.

Axis bank is not a bank it's a torture and a business to loot hard earned money of the customer. They will debit the charges from your account like anything even if you are doing some investment through their bank.looting Monet of innocent people .

Credit card issue

Hello,

This is Muthu and I had credit card and has an account too in axis bank. Recently my wallet is stolen in Manila, Philippines. I immediately called the customer care and blocked the card and i received confirmation from the person that it is blocked. When i made payment for the outstanding balance on the card to close that out it is unblocked with out my knowledge. Due to this the culprit who stolen my wallet used the card to its fullest limit (40,000) on 31-may.

I said it is not my fault and cannot take the responsibility to the bank people since i didn't give confirmation to unblock the card. I tried to work with credit card team regarding this issue. I didn't have the card number stored anywhere and i did had the registered mobile number with me also as i was out of country. Without these two details they are not ready to talk even. I tried calling again and again at one point it got connected to a guy who helped me asking my DOB and account details but still no dispute was raised as it happend internationally. It was really a big tension to me until they get back but they said it is card present transactions and cant dispute it.

Since i didn't believe that they will resolve the issue i have taken it to the next level which is nodal officers desk. I sent all the documents they asked though they didnt mention to submit all required documents for claiming insurance against the card and its been 2 months since i submitted the documents but still the insurance claim has not done.

Day by day it gets worsed during their insurance claim. Daily i receive 2,3 automated calls and 2 to 3 people threatening why didnt you pay the credit card bill and asking to pay. Such a torture. when i asked them to stop calling me At one point they have asked me to pay the outstanding amount and then they will reverse it once the insurance is claimed . I completely disagreed and fought back against it then they stopped automated calls and as i blasted one of the collection department guy who at most threatened for payment he gave a number of his superior who can help stop these calls.

From this i understood if one card holder is having issues the details are not logged anywhere and one from individual department will call you and ask for the reason and i need to tell complete story. If i didnt say and told to contact credit card department their answer is we are from separate department and we dont know the issue only if you say our department knows. The worst part is they call when you are in meeting and thy want all those details.


They did reported my account to affect CIBIL scores which symbolically means i am a thief of their money. This is what the name they get for their customer/users. Still i didnt care as i thought once insurance is claimed everything will turn back to normal. But NOW THEY HAVE WITH HELD AROUND 43000 from my account against the credit card payment. I dont know this until i sign in to do some payment . Without my knowledge thy have blocked the amount from the account and account doesnt show the balance also.

They say dont share the credentials but without our knowledge they act on our account. Such a worst processes. When i called the manager from collection department to ask about the issue he said i am at home i cannot check the details then i cut the call. The next day i tried to contact him and he blocked my number. See the way they care for their customer. When i contacted customer care they said until you make the payment towards the card your amount will not be released.

Then again i had to explain all this to connect to the department manager and my call was put on hold for 15 min and no one to address it then i had to drop off. See the way i/the customers are irritated and treated worst. I advice everyone not to hold any account or credit cards with axis bank. Since May month I am undergoing one after the other problems just i preferred to have this bank account. I had an another bank card which was stolen and i made the payment too but they handled the situation and helped me.


I have 10 of my friends holding account in this bank. I have advised them my situation and close the account out. I have informed all my collegues too they also will now stop banking with this bank. I advice people who read this comments to think if you want to encourage banks which has some stupid policies and put us in complete trouble. Though i was not responsible for this mistake i am the one who is suffering.. It is still in progress. :( god knows when will i be releaved.

Axis Bank Worst Customer Service

My debit card is blocked without intimation, when i called customer care also, they are not able to provide any proper reason. But they are asking to go to nearest bank and unblock it. I asked for the reason for blocking, they say it is not updated. Because of this irresponsible customer service, i got mental stress and need to waste my time reaching the axis bank.

When i apply for credit card under the name SHOWKAT AHMAD MIR.
AND i got a card in the mistake nameSHAUKANT AH MIR You are totally changed my name this can not except anyone.
Then i go to the nearest branch hillroad one and they send one of executive to collect new doc for name changing on 01-09-2016.
But still i am waiting for the new card and i had also call on your helpline number and they told me their is no request for credit card under your name .
You are not giving respect to the customers this is very pathetic seevice which you are providing on words.i had very bad experience from axis bank.

Bank statement says money paid to "CCAVENUE.COM", but still my Airtel Post Paid bill is not paid. when my deducted amount would be refunded to me? what is the procedure?. Salary account issue , unauthorized use

Pathetic customer service

I logged into my account using my id and password. Since I am logging in my from a new device, I am presented with three stupid questions which I choose 10 years back. I forgot one of the answer and they locked my account for 24 hours. Called up customer they tell me that I have to go to nearest atm and reset my questions. Remember this is after I Keyed in my user id and password. They do not have process to address this concern or to deactivate the account between 8:00 PM to 9:30 AM next day. I don't seem to understand this complex security feature when I remember my id and password. So, technically I have to remember 4 passwords if I have to login to my account from a new device.... WOW !! Time to close my account...and go back to SBI a lot easier than dealing with senseless stupids.

Pathetic Service

Axis Bank is very pathetic in the NRE service. They do not know how to read emails. They have and are taking my issue to different direction despite repeatedly mentioning about the issue details. They cannot maintain the screenshot of the issues and ask for it everytime they follow up on the issue. IT department does not have any skilled employees to work with issue. No courtesy to even acknowledge emails. The regular customer care people can call me but the people who are looking into my issue cannot call me (Strange). Even after following up on the issue nobody will reply to emails.

Its being 2 months now and still the issue persists. 8 people have worked on my issue but nobody could resolve it because nobody understood my issue and everytime they are directing to something which is irrelevant. No proper coordination between team/department members. Its just 3 months I opened an account with them and this is the situation.

I have also emailed the Nodal Officer and its 3 working days but no reply. No prioritization. No proper escalation (Escalation is just for the name sake to make you happy that they are actually working on your issue).

Now I am totally frustrated and very disappointed with this bank service for NRE accounts. I am thinking of getting out of this bank and open an account with some different bank who at least care for their customers.

Readers, please think 10 times before you proceed with this bank. There are other banks too which will provide you same service as this bank does. I would highly recommend you to go with different bank/s.
