TRANSACTION DONE IN AXIS BANK ATM,ATM MACHINE GOT SWITCH OFF BUT AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT AND NO SECURITY WAS AVAILABLE AT ATM.
Had done a transaction in Axis bank ATM, proceed went on and got message in mobile as transaction done, mean time ATM machine got switch off and didn't got amount as it got deducted from my account.then I l called customer care AXIS BANK repeatedly but no response from them
Rs 10000.00 was withdrawn using
SBI debit card ending no 0934 . On 2018-08 -11 at time, 13:58 at ATM
Please help me in this.

Had done a transaction in Axis bank ATM , proceed went on and got message in mobile as transcation done, mean time ATM machine got switch off and didn't got amount as it got deducted from my account. Called customer care of axis bank repeatedly but no response from them.
Rs.2500.00 was withdrawn using your HDFC Bank Card ending 7347 on 2018-11-04:09:34:16 at +SAHAKARANAGAR BANGALO.
Please help me in this

Credit Card Fraud Transaction

There were 3 fraud transactions done from my credit card ( No. ################ ) on 17/07/2018 but i had received the message only for Rs.2568.71 & same had been escalated to Axis Bank customer care team & also sent the dispute form on [email protected] The problem had been resolved on 27/07/2018 with temp credit to my credit card. But when i have know about other 2 fraud transactions amount of Rs. 3018.80 & Rs. 2622.74, i had given the complaint to customer care team with Request ID 44148467 & also sent the dispute form to same ID [email protected] But after so many followups & phone calls problem was not resolved & request id 44148467 was declined from your side. I was again complaint to customer care team & they gave the Request ID 44516948 & i was followup with same request ID & everytime customer care team told me for waiting sometime due to case already forward to investigation team, but still case not resolved. But today i have call to customer care team & they said the given request ID is wrong & its related to saving account. I am so disappointed that how is it possible that after 2 months customer care team asked me that it is wrong request ID. and also customer care team told me that they have not received dispute form which i have already sent to [email protected] & asked to raise the complaint on this portal. I am very disappointed from your service bcoz i am suffering from last 2 months for two transactions which was not done by me. So, please check the attachments of dispute form which i have already shared on [email protected] & help to resolve this issue on urgent basis bcoz its already too late & i am unable to cleared my creditcard bill. If it is not resolved then please block my creditcard with the reason ' Bad Service ' & i am cleared the all pending amount including fraud amount. I hope you have resolve this issue.

Dear sir/madam,
Utsab distributor , Alipurduar has a current account in alipurduar branch of Axis bank. (A/c No 914020027047950) .Suddenly we found that RS. 37,650/- + Rs. 6777/- has been debited from that A/C on 15th September 2018 and its is showing as Consolidated charges +GST. I immediately informed this issue to ALIPURDUAR branch service manager, but he was also clueless regarding this huge consolidated charge levied.
I, therefore , request you to do the needful so that I get that ammount immediately before I take any harsh action like informing to MEDIA OR Legal Action.

I am joining this bank customer from 2year still interested credit card and personal loan when I applied there are saying payment required minimum 15000 and abov but I tacking every month 14000 above but this bank not given offer but my staff also have this bank credit card and loan also and payment are below 10000 so how is it possible?

I have recently started my professional life and Axis bank was one of the banks that came to my office for salary account offerings.
They took more than 2 weeks to open the account whereas their contemporary ICICI which also came the same day opened the account in just 2 days. Even after 2 weeks, they came for biometrics and i was on leave that day. I asked their representative to return the next day or any other day any time whenever he is free so that my biometric could be done. He said NO, I would have to go their office to get it done. I told him I am working late and it would be difficult for me. He said he won't come and if I want I can open my account in ICICI, but he won't come!
AXIS IS WORSE THAN GPVT. BANKS. eHAT KIND OF A PRIVATE BANK DOES THIS??
