erroneous credit of salary

We maintain salary accounts with Axis bank and recently faced a transaction error from our end. Details given below :-

This is to bring to your notice that on 05/05/2018, salary of a particular employee amounting to Rs 18849/- has been erroneously credited into account number 918010014691091- Md Taheer.

On reaching out to the customer it was clear that he doesn’t use the account and also it is in NPA status and so we are unable to retrieve the amount back.

Have tried reaching the home branch and the nodal office but haven't received any solution.

Account frozen

I had a credit card which got expired in 11/2017. I had used the card in 02/2018 and paid the amount and kept an overdue to Rs18.75/- as overdue. To my surprise my account has been frozen since last week due to the overdue amount.To my acknowledge i had just received 1 sms that there is an overdue and other than that i did not receive any communication of freezing the account.

To resolve the issue, i had called the executive and they told me to visit the nearest branch and pay the amount . As i am working remotely in chennai went to the nearest bank and there they cashier initially received the amount Rs.20/- and then later told the bank needs exact Rs.18.75/- , then operation manager pitched in and raised a complaint, assured that either the central team will recover the money or his branch will be informed to recover(this was 06/21). On Saturday i.e. 23rd, i called the customer care to know the status, i was told like money was cleared and as weekend my account branch not working, account will get activated by MOnday (06/25). Today when i called, the executive conveyed that credit card department could not recover and i need to ask my main branch (JP nagar). Now i have got the mail id and mail to the operation manager and still trying to connect to the manager atleast to unfreeze my account first.
This is highly ridiculous that the bank executives dont know the proper process and for recovering Rs.18.75 they have frozen my account where i have more than 1 Lakh rupees.I believe again i will be made to wait for this entire week for getting my account activated.

funniest thing the bank executives are asking if i want an loan or requesting me to have an SIP investment in this bank after this ordeal .

AXIS Bank misguided, cheated and Harassed me.

AXIS bank misguided me, Cheated me , Harassed me and won't help at any point of time.
Writing this so that no one else get trapped by AXIS Bank.
I have all the proof in emails as hard copy (for all the misguidance by Sales manager and Regional manager) and I have shown from lower level to higher level but instead of helping me they misguided ,harassed and cheated me.
I have reached to Sales manager, Regional Manager, AVP, Nodal officer, Principal nodal officer through emails , call and lots of emails. They treat you very badly and won't reply to your calls and emails.
1.Sales Manager of Axis Bank, Goregoan Branch given the confirmation in Email that I will be eligible for PMAY yojnna with all the data that I have provided and so I transferred my home loan from XYZ Bank to Axis Bank.The interest rate was same near about in both the Bank.
2. After that the transfer process starts they took me lots of money in the name of PMAY yojna, Processing fees , 0.2 percent of loan amount, two many cheques.... Login was done in November 2017 and Disbursement was done in January 2018.
2. After 8 months when I checked with customer care then I was shocked and come to know that my home loan has not even linked to PMAY yojna.
3. When I talked with Sales Manager again then he said Axis Bank has stopped giving PMAY yojna benefit for balance transfer cases without any documents or proofs.
4. I then took my concerns to Regional manager (Goregoan Branch) and stated the whole story, she asked for 2-3 days .
After that she never picked my phone nor replied to any of the emails.
5. After few days I got a call from Sales Manager that NSB has rejected my case.
When I asked for reason then he said do whatever you want.
6. I then took my concern to AVP of Axis Bank Goregoan Branch and then I was more shocked when I come to know that all my documents are there in the AXIS Bank goregoan branch itself and there was a huge mistakes from there end as they has not completed even the basic formalities of PMAY yojna.
7. AVP has promised me that he will helped me as far as possible as there is a mistake from there end.
8. Now what he said they will reapply again and during that process now they are saying I am not eligible for PMAY yojna as one of the criteria has not met after 8 months.
9. I then dropped an email to Nodal office , Principal nodal officer but no reply.
10. Then I went to worli branch to meet the nodal officer , they are not allowing me to meet.After lots of request one of the nodal officer met and again she promised to helped me as far as possible as there is a mistake from there end.
11. After 15 days I got an email that we are sorry as you are not eligible we can not do anything.

*Axis bank Kanpur,UTIB0001807,Civil lines branch** and i had to face the misconduct of the bank employees and the women who sat at t
he Main desk, the manager was completely absent and there was a guard swinging his baton roaming around in the bank
intimidating customers.When i triedto give the feedback on the feedback machine the guard asked us to leave the
machine alone and did not give us a feedback form.They will behave so good when you open account but will treat you like
shit once you are in.**The staff is grumpy,rude and do not know how to treat a customer.**

axis bank baguihati kolkata branch is one of the worst badly managed branch, staffs are stylish madam and sirs always giving lots of attitude and style statements. for any solution or work they do all kinds of possible harassment they can. for one job done one have to run from one counter to another and you need to invest lot of time to as most of the time concerned person not available in the counter may be chatting somewhere else. its a place harassment is ensured.

Pathetic service

I called to Axis bank JP nagar branch,it has Idiotic staff who doesn't have basic etiquette in serving customers.I called them thrice continuously to know the status of new Debit card which i had applied 20 days back.They will collect details and without any intimation they'l transfer the cal to some other person,after explaining to him from scratch even that fellow did the same and one moron lady just put my call on hold without my permission and i waited for nearly 5 min and there was no response.Totally a useless branch.Someone from higher authority should take strict action against these pathetic morons.

THIS IS AN OPEN INVITATION BY AXIS BANK, WHICH CAN BE CHEATED AS EASILY AS PNB BANK IS CHEATED BY NIRAV MODI, AS AXIS BANK IRRESONSIBLY AND WITHOUT VERIFICATION ISSUES CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS TO ANYONE...


There was No welcome call, no explanation of terms and conditions and No PIN, delivered to me to activate the card, and i get thsi card suddenly without any intimation to me.



I HAVE STATED IN MY EMAIL TO AXIS BANK TO TERMINATE THIS CARD WHICH IS NOT ACTIVE AS YET AS I AM GOING OUT IN INDIA;

Sukcing fine money from customers & Pathetic customer service

Hi,

Axis bank is having pathetic and frustrating customer service. My Account shows different negative charges each time when I logged In. I transferred last shown negative amount to my Axis account After 2 days it is showing more negative charges remaining which was not there before 2 days. I'm talking to their customer service continuously from last 2 weeks. Each time I'm getting different information seems they also don't know what is happening, Some times putting my call on hold or sometimes they disconnect the call. I'm facing so much stress these days because of this sucking bank. I'd never like to continue with such type of bank, also would never suggest anyone to be a customer of this bank.

Axis Bank — axis bank -charging customers blindly

When I have not used my card from 2 years, how can I have an outstanding amount ten thousand, if, at all, I had an outstanding amount, how can axis bank keep quite for 2 years.Every time I call customer care for a clear explanation about the credit due, I get a different answer.

Home branch (Jayanagar) don't have proper information about my account and customer care can't take my complaint because card they blocked it.

All these days they were telling 10k was my outstanding amount and they waived off to 500 rs. It clearly shows that was there mistake.How can I get justice from axis bank.

My cibil score is getting affected just because of your bank mistake

Withdrawal money

Sir,

I am a customer of your bank, Anekal branch, Bangalore. I am facing difficulty regarding the withdrawal issue of money. On 30th January 2018, I tried withdrawing money from Axis bank Atm, Kithanganahalli(Near A2b restaurant). It was Rs. 10,300 and the money did not come from the ATM machine but it got debited from my account. I immediately reported it to the Anekal branch and registered a complaint. It has been 30 days and I regularly visit and ask for the updates but the staff there are not giving any updates and is asking me to wait repeatedly. This is to bring to your attention that I am a loyal customer of yours and your service is more than disappointment. Rs. 10,300 has got its own value and as a customer I am at least liable to know the status of the money. The staff in the branch is washing hands that they cant personally interfere in the matters and they informed me that it is handled centrally. I would like to know that what customer means to you and what customer service means to you. You advertise customer satisfaction is everything and my money is gone for more than 30 days. The staff in the branch never tell me what is the next step to be taken. I want you to take it as a serious grievance. I want  to know the updates asap. Otherwise further legal steps would be taken.

Issue With Credit Card

Hi Team,

I have taken personal loan from AXIS bank. The sent me AXIS bank credit card to my home(Permanent address). I have de-activated the card on the next day and it de-activated. But when i have to check CIBIL score it have some over due amount of credit card also the overdue letters came to my home address

I have to check with my bank they have directed to loan center. The Loan center directed to base branch bank also gave some customer care number.

AXIS Service is now pathetic

Worst customer service. I had made a VISA transfer on Dec 14, 2017 against my VISA credit card bill. Today is Dec 18, 2017 and yet the amount not reached my VISA credit card. On other banks, I could do the NEFT for VISA credit card payment, which usually get reflected next day. Axis bank do not allow NEFT for Visa credit card payment and charges a hefty Rs. 25 per transfer and still do not provide the service quickly enough (till now do not know whether it works). 4 days ON and still no transfer is reflected on the VISA credit card, which is not acceptable. The due date of the bill is now reached!

Now, I tried to contact customer care of AXIS bank to know the status of the transfer & I could not get to customer care. The number provided on website do not let me talk to customer care. The email form on the website provide does not work. The Remote Banking number provided to me keep on saying busy for last 45 minutes. The customer care service just do not exists!

Is the AXIS bank management looing into the service you are providing. Your service is now pathetic.

Credit card issue
