missing bus pass

Respected Sir/Madam,

Myself Aishwarya Studying in Degree first year kannada language course. I lost my bus pass while travelling. I don't remember the exact details of bus pass.

AXIS Service is now pathetic

Worst customer service. I had made a VISA transfer on Dec 14, 2017 against my VISA credit card bill. Today is Dec 18, 2017 and yet the amount not reached my VISA credit card. On other banks, I could do the NEFT for VISA credit card payment, which usually get reflected next day. Axis bank do not allow NEFT for Visa credit card payment and charges a hefty Rs. 25 per transfer and still do not provide the service quickly enough (till now do not know whether it works). 4 days ON and still no transfer is reflected on the VISA credit card, which is not acceptable. The due date of the bill is now reached!

Now, I tried to contact customer care of AXIS bank to know the status of the transfer & I could not get to customer care. The number provided on website do not let me talk to customer care. The email form on the website provide does not work. The Remote Banking number provided to me keep on saying busy for last 45 minutes. The customer care service just do not exists!

Is the AXIS bank management looing into the service you are providing. Your service is now pathetic.

Unprofessionalism

It's one of the pathetic bank to bank with
I really had a bad experience with this bank very unclear in their commitment and unprofessionalism seen through out my banking experience.

Would not bank with even if it's the last option to bank with in future.

Credit card issue

Hi Team,

I have taken personal loan from AXIS bank. The sent me AXIS bank credit card to my home(Permanent address). I have de-activated the card on the next day and it de-activated. But when i have to check CIBIL score it have some over due amount of credit card also the overdue letters came to my home address

I have to check with my bank they have directed to loan center. The Loan center directed to base branch bank also gave some customer care number.

There is no proper response in the bank, Loan center as well as costumer care services.

NOTE: Customer care numbers are not responding (which you have mentioned in the websites)

ECPP charges of 1649/- without my approval

Hi ,

I have a bank account in axis bank. I got a credit card for which joining fee 750/-, but i got charged extra 1649/- for some ECPP Assistance service. I didn't ask for this service. I want to cancel that charge or cancel my credit card. I tried contacting axis bank but they are not responding to my mail.

sukcing fine money from customers

Hi,

I have taken loan from Axis bank.
They told that every month 5th will be ECS.
But they dint register for ECS deposit .

Every month I am waiting for 5th , to check whether ECS got presented.I see that it's not presented.I am paying my self through net banking for that loan number PPR############ . The amount is 9222.

But bank it's reflecting two or three days delay from 5th.

For these days they are putting fine. (example if 7th its credited, they are taking fine for two days)

They are sucking money like any thing and also they are deducting the fine amount from my loan AC when I pay EMI of 9222.

And saying that I dint pay the EMI amount. This is fraud bank, already opened lot of fake accounts during demonetization, irrespective of all these things they are cheating the customers ,troubling the customers.
I want to move to court on this. Kindly help me.

Let this bank licence get cancelled.

transaction flailed

I went for withdrawal money from PNB ATM, but i can't receive money after few seconds i got message for debiting the amount.
then call on customer care number and write the complaint until we didn't receive my amount. complaint number 1709024448.

Pls take matter on priority.

Pathetic Customer Service

My name is Vignesh and I currently work in the United States. I had availed an education loan from HDFC Credila for pursuing my Masters in Computer Science in the United States and I have been repaying it since August 2016. My father (who is in Madurai and aged 63) was contacted by an employee from Axis bank claiming that we could refinance my education loan through Axis bank at a lesser interest rate. Someone from Axis bank even visited our place to explain the process and got our signatures in the required documents. Since this loan was being processed by a branch in Chennai, my father had to travel there to submit few other documents. They emailed me asking for few other documents and I emailed them the soft copy of those documents. In the end, they say they cannot process the loan any further as the course that I studied doesn't fall under the "Prime" list of courses that their bank has.

When their employees contact someone for a loan, can't you guys even check if you could process it or not? Why weren't we informed about this before we were asked to sign the documents? When I emailed their Sales Manager Mr.Siva Kumar, he didn't even care to reply. They have such a pathetic customer service.

Failed transaction due power cut

Yesterday - 12/10/2017,
I went for withdrawl money from axis bank atm, power gone same time & atm got shutdown & got message for debiting the amount.
After waiting half-hour call on customer care they replied compaint can be consider only after 24-48hrs.

Pls take matter on priority.

Bad service

Very bad service from axis bank.

Today there was a urgent situation where I need to transfer money to my brother.
When I opened a app to pay money I was surprised it was not listing my brother account in the list, infect I added his account last 4 months back.
I thought there might be some sync issue with payee list and started adding him as a payee again. this time the funny part is INVALID IFSC CODE when I checked all over the internet and friend who works for a bank(UCO) they said the IFSC code which I tried now I am deep s..t. I was not having any idea what's going on.
Later I realized Axis bank have option to search for IFSC Code. I logged in again and tried to search IFSC code for UCO bank, this time I shocked won't believe there is no option for Karnataka state .

One more thing I want to say there app performance is too bad among all netbanking services. It's time to say good bye axis bank.
I suggest other's not tot open account in axis bank for there better.

Personal Loan Application

Hi Team/Sir/Madam,

This is request from my side - I have applied loan for Rs. 2 Lakh, two time with your bank and below are the application id's also for the same. This is a big story, but its frustrating me, so please give me the exact reason why loan is not disbursed to my account.

App ID - 68888808 - I have given all the documents on 7 Aug-2017 and got message my loan has been approved, but once i have given cheque leaves. Then they informed rate interest rate will be change and i have apply for fresh application. But i have signed the agreement and other related documents

App ID - 7082669 - Again i have submitted fresh application on 27-Sep-2017 and next day i got message my load approved and i have give cheque leaves and signed agreement on 07-Oct-2017, But executive is saying my salary is 36000 (but as my last one year salary slips - my salary is more than 50,000)and rate interest will be change. My Question here is when you sending agreement to sign(in agreement it was mentioned 11.99%), you are not checking my salary before approving the loan. this is just wasting of time and false promise to wait the customer.

I just request you to please give me exact reason here - If my salary is less (I have already given my bank statement and last three month salary slip and its showing more than 50K) the how can you say that my salary is less. Please show me or tell me you guys are not interested to give the loan. Why are you guys are taking two month and wasting your and my time to give the clear reasons.

Its humble request to reply on this email.

credit card declined

HI, this is krishna i am one of your bank client recently i have applied for the credit card but it seems i received a message like its declined i dont know why if i enquired about the issue there is no response from the staff .aswell as this issue is not a first time .this is my second time and again same issue happening .the chennai branch the staff name is Ms.Pushpa and the TL name is Mr.hari .



thanks for the response team, atleast reponse for this review if you can from any one of your bank staff. or else so soon let me close my account from the lazy staff. without caring customer then what work you staff are doing in office.

Hi, it's Sandeep from jagraon and I am here to complaint against axis bank branch jagraon. Today I went there to submit my US visa fee and first I stay around 50 min in the line where fees was collecting. People those have direct approach to the cashier or manager, they didn't join the line. They came in the last and served first. Second, after submitting the fee they gave me a almost blank receipt and said our printer is not working properly. It was mandatory for me to scan that reciept and send to the visa office to appoint my interview but I could not scan it because all ref no was unvisiable. No body listen me and one madam in the first counter behaved me so rude. She said it's not our problem. Even she don't know how to talk to the client.
Our county is not developing up because of theses lazy people
A big shame !

Charges are being auto deducted many times

Hi team,

the axis bank people are deducting every month some charges from my account under the name of consolidated DP charges . but they are however not clear as to why this charges are being deducted. every time .

and what is the basis of the charges and also what is the calculation that has been made to come up to that figure .
this is a scam taht the bank people are doing to the customers.

TOO MUCH INTREST RATES FOR CREDIT CARD LATE PAYMENT FEE

Hi my name is jagadeesh holding an axis bank credit ( MY ZONE: ############-3943 ) since from 2016 feb . Now i am facing more problems with the card. Thing is i have forgot to pay my last month bill i..e 85.95 (eighty five rupees and ninety five paisa the last date to pay the bill was 07/09/2017 but i have done the payment on 14/09/2017 ( delayed 7 days only) for that reason axis bank charged 1350+244 ( debit interest + gst) more than 1600 ruppes as a debit interest. I really dont know which commercial financial company will take more than 1600 ruppess for 85.95 for 1 week. I really dont know the interest rates that the axis bank credit card department will fallow. My due was less than the GST that they have charged to me.
