Disappointing customer service

As Axis bank is well known for banking and also for Forex transactions I opened Axis bank NRE account in Aug'16.
On the day of opening account, Axis bank representative said that the account will get activated within 24hrs.
6 months passed by and still the account was not activated. When contacted customer care, they told to go to branch and when went to Axis bank's branch, they did not communicated well. Branch representative was very casual about this problem and said that such situation may occur.
Really? Is this how it works?!

Very poor service. This encourages to terminate account.

BTM Axis bank loan center - Manager behaving like lady rowdy she thinks we customer are idiots...In the name of personal loan and credit card there are sucking the blood of middle class and working people..registered complaint against here in consumer court. you get the notice soon...

First ask them to get atleast 1 single penny from the Good Times King - from Mr.Maliya.

Axis Bank - Worst Customer Service

Axis Bank is showing rosy picture to Salary account customers saying the DD fees will be waived during the time of withdrawing the DD and then they deduct the huge amount as "CONSOLIDATED CHARGES" When I ask in Sanjay Nagar Branch, they say" we will check and we cannot reimburse like that and you have given you the welcome kit and check it".

2nd Scenario - During the time of net banking, they deduct the money and the payment gets declined. You have to call up CC and ask them for the status and they say, you will get it back in 7 working days, but bank says 45 working days and I got it back after 3 months. When I ask them to take complaint, they say they will not take it sorry. I do not recommend net banking on this. They have some worst customer service and bad attitude.

I hope axis is best bank all over , but some customer numbers are not working properly, and I calling axis bank branch of begumpet with in one day more times, but they r not lifting the cal what happen in your services, its disgusting and if u want to gv credit cards to customers that time your services particularly working aa .

Hennur cross Axis bank is a worst branch

Myself Reshma Syed ,

Continuation to the complaint , I told miss Uma bharti that I have a small baby of 5 months please help me just looking for a letter with communication address inspite of that she made me to sit till 3:30 PM almost 3 hours in bank .

Even there were not much customers also , I was sitting in front of her and watching all the cheques she was entering in an excel continuously for 3 hours and that time the time was 3:30 then she says sorry we can't help you , you have to go for your branch only and more over its holiday on next day (Friday) ,really it disappoints such kind of attitudes from a bank professional (Uma Bharthi).

Even I asked for senior manager I have been told tat he is on leave for a week , and tried calling Axis bank and informed the executive to transfer my call to senior manager to complaint abt the same but unfortunately my call was put on hold and didn't get the response .

Please request to take action and train your team to behave in good manner and respect the customer needs,

Looking for the better service and solutions

Hennur cross Axis bank is a worst branch

My self Reshma Syed have a priority account sal aried since 2011 , when i visited branch of hennur cross today (23-02-2017 @ 12:30 )very worst service and very disappointing .

visited branch @12:30 PM on 23-02-2017 , just for the communication letter statin I have account since 2011 for the passport purpose , Miss Uma Bharthi made me to sit till 3:30 just to give the letter and she told me tat she has to do all the cheques clearance and was waiting until she finish those cheques .

This is the value of a customer Axis bank shows , they doesn't value the customer time they are worst than the government banks .

Please educate the bank staff and improve your services hope to except better response for other customer

Unalerted and Invalid Deductions

Hi,

Hope this board takes action on Axis Bank.

This is regarding a couple of invalid deductions that have happened on my account from the past 6 months.... I had performed a transaction of Rs.1950 in a petrol Bunk using my debit card on Aug 5th 2016.And today(Feb 13th 2017) I got a message saying Rs.1950 has been debited from my account.On checking further, I could see that AXIS STATEMENT says that the same amount was credited back to my account on Aug 20th, which is unacceptable coz I have not received any alert on the credited amount.On top of it the money was taken out directly from my account without my concern. On contacting axis bank customer care, they gave a very bad response saying that they cant do anything on this. This is not the first time this kind of invalid deduction has happened with Axis. Same issue happened with one more transaction of Rs.1900 whose actual transaction was successfully made on Nov 18 2016 and was agin debited on December 15 2016. It is ridiculous to believe that the transaction wasn't successful in the first place .

net banking

I opened a savings account at indiranagar double axis bank 5 months back from the day one I opened the account i could not able to login to my net banking whenever i enter my login id to register the axis net banking. the page is showing user invalid credentials.
even though i raised complaint at indirangar double road axis bank the issue is still not resolved.

As an IT employee how u did that type of architecture problem. If payee added in mobile app that payee not displayed in web app.

Money deducted but not received

I withdraw money from axis bank atm in my area. The machine struck and no money came outside. But my account was debited. Today bank leave. I cannot contact the bank directly. I got a message from axis bank that my money was reversed. But account was not credited. I did not get my moneyI contacted the customer care. But they are not responding properly.. When i will get my money?

Problem with Refund

Hi,
I tried to withdraw 5000 from icici bank atm on 18/01/2017 .The amount did not come but it was deducted from my account.
I raised a complaint with my parent bank i.e Axis bank.They registered my complaint and said you will get back your money within 7 working days .
According to their date I was supposed to get refund on 27/01/2017 but still I have not received that yet.
On contacting the Customer care again they say that they need another 20 days for issuing a refund ,when asked for a written confirmation regarding the same they have been keeping the phone on hold quoting that they need ton check with Senior Executive and then the line never connects.
I am really not getting a way out for this problem.Can you please help.
If you need more information regarding this,please let me know

bluffing while providing credit crad

Hi
I am the customer of your bank since 6 year my account no is 912010057275137 and my credit card number is ################.
past 10 months back, I had got a call from your center for credit card and I I had clearly asked for all charges of credit card, It has been told that there is no charges for credit card & no charges for the annual fee and also for withdrawal there is no extra charges apply for one year.
The lady who had called me for the credit card had called me continuously and offer me to take this card I don't know the name of her, but I am having a record that she had told me at that time, and now I am charging for withdrawal.the person who came to take my document I don't know the name but I am having a mobile number of that guy.. 8791176674 & I had also got a call from 02224464954 for relationship manager.
But now on that number the lady who receive a call she is taking me that" you call to customer care this is not a customer service ".
So is this your bank policy to bluff the customer,want the feedback from bank or else I will go to consumer or social media with audio record what she had provide me at that time.

Invalid Deductions

Hi,

Hope this board takes action on Axis Bank.

I am sick and tired of writing emails & speaking to various people in Axis regarding the invalid deductions that have happened on my account from the past 2 months. This goes like this, on the 30th of Oct, 2016 and 30th of Nov, 2016 there was a deduction of Rs.2,010/- respectively. But the bank never notified me since I get a confirmation text message with an OTP i.e, after I enter the OTP the money gets deducted. It did not happen this way, the money was taken out directly from my account without my concern. And for my surprise, the deduction is shown on the bank statement as well. Whom should I blame this on?

Right from the past 50 days, I have been writing emails-no one bothers to respond back except those sick auto-generated emails. I spoke to so many customer care advisers who listen to my query, put me on-hold for minutes together and suddenly disconnect. I am really fed-up with the attitude Axis Bank is carrying with its customer's. All I want is my money back. This has causes me a lot of inconvenience.

amount deducted from bank but not credited to merchant

Hello,

I have made an online net banking transaction on Saturday and the money has not been credited to merchant account. I am attaching the transaction success statement from axisbank ?

Can you please check the status from your side on what is the issue and can you please rectify the issue as soon as possible ?

Its been very delay from payu and I am really disappointed by the delay from payu.in and also there is a change in service tax from yesterday[I,e 22-01-2017] and since I made the payment on Saturday itself but due to mistake of payu.in money is not credited to merchant account. Also I have tried to reach the customer care and didn't find the satisfying response for me.

Also, due to unable to credit the money to merchant account by payu, I am facing problem of extra 2% ? Can you please let me know who is responsible for this ?

I am really disappointed and disgusted by the slow response from payu.in

Home Loan Interest rates are too high and Principal amount is taking very low

Hey,

I am writting this with utmost frustration. I took a home loan with Axis bank in 2010 for 13 laksh(Loan # PHR############). From the time the I took the loan, I see that from the interest cerificates sent by Axis bank, The Loan Prinicipal amount is max of 20K rupees for the whole year. But the interest rates are going upto 1 lac 40. I have been paying interest the emi for almost 7 years now and It looks like only about 1-1.5 lacs has been paid towards my principal and interest paid is almost around 7-9 lacs now.. It seems like Axis bank is cheating me. I will need a proper explanation on this. I see other banks are taking much higher amounts as principal amounts. I had been experiencing issues with Axis bank earlier too. They were trying to take EMI 2 twice on the same month for which I raised the issue to ombudsman and got it resolved.

Now, I will need a proper explanation for the interests and principal taken from my home loan account, Else, i will need to raise this concern again to ombudsman and seek assistance. Otherwise, i will simple stop paying the EMI and you can very well keep my flat.

For financial year 2016 - 2017

The interest amount taken was - Rs.1,32,069
Principal amount - Rs. 16,632

Total emil taken - Rs.1,48,692.

Axis Bank Service

toll free Support number in axis bank is totaly waste. no one will take the call..

Internet Banking is activated but the fund transaction could not be done. Until two days i have no response . i also send complaint mail

Non delivery of Check Book

Dear Sir,

I struggling to get check book leaf, which i requested on 16/12/2016. till date not received. my Account number is 91501005621294. when i calling to customer care they are telling check deliver to JP Nagar Branch Bangalore on 3/01/17 morning itself.
i m unsatisfied with your service, which you providing us. there is no responsibility for Bangalore Branch, Not picking the phone & not delivering Check book Leaf.
Your Banking branch People Doing Such thing to customer is not acceptable.

i have a cerdit card of my choice . when i pay fuel by credit card of rs 180 than deduct it 191rs in my account . why it happened please resolve this and also 5 % cash back not get.
