Oil leakave

I have taken delivery of 220 street on 5 th yesterday I didn't ride my bike and when today I took it oil was leaking from carborator after some time bike was not getting started
This is horrible

Carburetor, Idling & Self Start Issue

Hi, I bought the Bajaj Avenger 220 Street on Feb 2018 from Popular Bajaj Bangalore (KR Road KG9938), after my second free service i started to face the issues which are not been fixed till date. First the Gear shift nut got broke for which i had to wait for 1 week to get the replacement, later the carburetor oil started leaving which was fixed in Bajaj service center, after this fix the bike started to switch off in between the ride and it became very frequent. As per the Bajaj service person the bike has Carburetor issue and its been 2 weeks now its still not been fixed and my bike is still in service center.

Fuel gauge problem

My fuel gauge sometimes don't work even after riding for almost 10- 15 kms it shows empty but actual fuel will be more than half tank.. also the reserve fuel level shows incorrect information.. showroom people try to avoid customer they are really not at all professional...

Not fixing the engine oil leqkage

Hi Sir/Madam,

I bought Bajaj Avenger 220 Street bearing the registration number KA 05 JQ 5423 { Engine number : PD2cfg56919 Chasis number: MD2A22EZ3FCG66758} in Nov 2015 from Popular Bajaj, Bhannerghatta road, Bangalore.

After the first free service in Nov 2015 engine oil started leaking in the engine head. Till today I gave the bike for servicing more than 13 times including the second free service for rectifying and resolving this problem. But, unfortunately the problem is not yet resolved.

Last service they told it would be rectified. But the problem still persist even after replacing many parts of the engine. I requested for engine replacement but they are telling they can't replace the engine.

They are not addressing the real problem. They are denying the consumer right of right to be heard.

What would be the solution!?
Can I raise consumer complaint against them for delivering the faulty product?

WHEEL WOBBLING

Dear Team,

I Have Purchased Bajaj Avenger 220 Street in Khivraj Bajaj Show Rooom which it is locating in 8th Mile, Bangalore on 27.11.2015.
Very next day i had an problem of siviar FRONT WHEEL WOBBLING & i had been to the show room to rectify the same.but they did some service & service person said that the problem is solved, after the service also i had same problem & had been to same service centre for same problem, again service person did some alignment & said that problem is solved, after this adjustment also problem is not solved. Again i had been to Manager of the show room by explaining about the same problem. They said some beeding problem will be there & to rectify the same in Puncher shop, i have taken my bike to Puncher Shop & replace the beeding as per their instruction, after this also i had same problem. After doing all those adjustment also problem is not solved & i had been for almost 7th or 8th time for the same problem & Manager told that Wheel problem is there & they will replace the same in 3 days, but they tol almost 1 week time to replace the same, problem is not solved after replacing the wheel also. i have registered complaint against this wobbling in 1st service in the same show room which problem is not solved, after that we had been shifted to Uttarahalli due to my job change. i had been visited almost 4 showrooms regarding same problem but problem is not yet solved. i have been changed Front wheel Disc Plate also by paying 1500 as per instruction given by Uttarahalli Bajaj Showroom which purpose is not served. The only reason i have purchased this bike is its an INDIAN COMPANY. Why the HELL you have company If you are not able to provide the Service or If you are not able to solve the problem of ONE WHEEL WOBBLING !! if you are really concern about your business solve he issue earlier or REPLACE the BIKE or REPLACE the PARTS which it's really having the PROBLEM or GIVE ONE CERTIFICATE like YOUR SERVICE CENTRE's are NOT having CAPACITY to SOLVE the ISSUE & you are not CAPABLE to DESERVE the NAME as INDIAN MOTORCYCLE COMPANY. It's an RIDICULOUS experience which I HAD SEEN ever in Motorcycle Issue. DON'T PLAY with the LIFE of HUMANS which you can't get it BACK... My BIKE Number is KA-04, JB-2524. Bajaj Avenger 220 street Fuel Guage

I am facing the exact same problem. The fuel indicator does not work properly.

When I complained during the first servicing, the ASC guys said that it is like that only. It does not work for anyone.

Performance of the bike is as expected.

Bajaj Avenger 220 street Fuel Guage

28th Oct 2015 I brought a brand new Avenger new 220 street. Bike is really superb in look wise but the problem fuel gauge is not functioning properly, always it shows full tank.

Another important things is engine is already vibrating just for 1 day.
