Inappropriate facilities for debiting money

The staff here is so careless. They shout on customers.
There is only one active window for debiting and withdrawing money so customer have to wait for a long time.
Very bad staff.

BOB Jaipur (Jagatpura) Branch

I have 3 savings accounts in Bank of Baroda, Jagatpura, Jaipur branch. Having Net banking facility on one of my account. Want to share that user experience of BOB net banking website is not good. It BAD on sending the OTP, Log-in on account, Fund Transfer. All the very basic services are even not function in first time. Every time it forced to change the passwords, transaction passwords.. I'm fed up with the services.

Second, I also have a saving account of my minor child (9 Years). My wife is the second applicant in this account. When we demand the debit card, first the staff said that they will not issue the Debit card because the first applicant is minor. But when we told the staff member that we have filled the option as Either or Surviver in mode of operation then the staff gave me a form to be filled for Debit card. When we reach to the bank next day with the form filled. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER SAID WE NEED THE SIGNATURE OF FIRST APPLICANT, EVEN HE IS MINOR. HA... HA... HA... WHAT THE KNOWLEDGE STAFF MEMBER HAS..... one of the colleague was watching this and then he handled the situation. And told us that this is enough.....

On my father's saving account. each time they gave us the form to complete the KYC even we have submitted the KYC form two time and they did not entered the details in their system. Staff said that Sir we promised that this is the last time you have to fill this form"...SHIT......

Now we have decided to close all the accounts from this BOB branch (Jagatpura, Jaipur) in year 2019 and opened accounts in ICICI bank..

User experience, knowledge of employees

FD amount not deducted

I opened my fd on 23 oct 2018 of 2000 rs.On 23 nov 2018 my fd amount should be deducted but yet uts not deducted and i am vert disappointed with the service because i called many times to customer care and i didnt got any positive resonse regarding the issue.So i requesty9u to solve my issue as soon as possible.

Cash Rs 8000 Deposited in BNA Machine but account not credited

Dear Sir,

I have deposited cash Rs. 8000/- in BNA machine on 17-OCT-2018 but my
account is not created yet.
I have submitted four to five times complaint in Bank of Baroda yashwant
place new Delhi branch but i have not received any response through bank.
Only update the below message through bank and closed the complaint every time.
"My complaint ID no 638639/12.11.2018,
I m very fed up because online complaint management system sending the
mail like that : Dear customer we are unable to refund deposit amount
due to customer had access cash and took all notes_BAN-regards bank of
Baroda.
This type of reply given to the customer by management system.... "


Now i feel sadness because i have try many times but my account is not
created.
I have request you please resolve my problem.

No withdrawal from ATM of Hdfc

I, Alfiya shaikhbhaiwala Account number 05050100018938 with Baroda Bank seersagar Ujjain try to widraw from Hdfc atm Surat atm no SLAWSU11 two times Rs.10000 but i receved Rs.10000 only account debited two times on 13.07.2018 i have requested ujjain office they registered complaint ID 2018808200068 but till date my account not credited Rs.10000 plus delayed penalty . ATM failed Transaction

Banking services

I m siddharth kumar kushwaha i m bank of baroda pilikothi branch bank user my account number /0342 I m ur customer since 2003 in my home may be 15 serving account and 2 current account in this branch . This bank security gard and all staff behavior very poor. This bank have all mashin always not working.
In his branch passbook uptet mashin not working may be 6 or 7 months.
I am very shock same condition of all ur varanasi branch.
May be 5 branch I was go but every place all ur passbook uptet mashin not working.
I was tell in branch my all accounts for net banking then ur staff was told now this service not working.
Pilikothi branch bank cash deposit mashin not working since "NOTE BANDI".

He talk in very rude language with all customer and don't know how to talk with customers so please kindly take actions on him.

&############ Hai , jiska resolution 14 october ko bataya jata Hai ki aapka transaction successful Hai , jabki aisa nhi Hai aur mere Sath fraud Kiya ja rha hai,
Jisake bad Mai apne BOB k home branch m complaint k bare m jankari dete huye ATM department ko email karvaya aur iski detail janane ki koshish ki, jisake bad mujhe 24 October k bad se lagatar gumrah Kiya ja rha Hai .
Aur koi bhi jankari nhi do ja rahi Hai aur n hi us pr koi action liya ja rha hai.
Mai branch se ki gayi email ki photo copi ka photo bhejta hoo.
Mera aapse request Hai ki Meri probellem ko understood karte huye uska solution Kiya jay vo bhi jald se jald aur Mera Paisa mere a/c. me refund Kiya jay.

delay in transfer of saving account

I , Tripti Purwar ,submitted application to transfer saving account numbered ############ from Hazartganj,Luknow to Basantlok, Delhi branch on 19th Aug,2017 at Basantlok ,Delhi branch. My application was faxed to Lucknow branch on 20thSeptember,2017.

I submitted grievance on 12th October,2017 on bank of baroda website and sent mail to Hazaratganj email id.

I got reply on 13th October,2017 from [email protected] directing me to send scanned letter to hazara branch for doing the needful.

I sent scanned copy to [email protected] on 16th October,2017 . I got reply on 24th October,2017 to send application to Lucknow branch through base branch. I dont know what is base branch and what is email id of base branch . Please send me email id of base branch so that i can send the application, though i have already submitted applicaion at Lucknow and Delhi branch. Our esteemed Prime Minister intends to make digital India and digital economy but my bank teansfer application has been pending for aprox two and half months.

He is directly demanded percentage of amount. thausand of customers suffering of lake of knowledge Mr Amit Mishra Assistant Branch Manager and Mr Panday . 18 Oct My KCC account inter one lac by govt. Of Uttar Pradesh. I am also got certificate by govt. I am 26 oct 2017 reach bank Mr Panday again Demond of commission in KCC discount by Govt. When I am not agree give any commission so Mr Panday and Assist Branch Manager Mr Amit Mishra processing and personal attention he is hold My account Rs 1 Lac. When I am talk to Mr Amit Mishra He told your amount is wrong Inter I am trying to refund in my end . He is full effects of refund my amount .
Sir truly last five years agriculture is very damage and loss every year you know very well. But when Govt some relief of my account. If possible please survey in my area last five year not earn single rupee by agriculture land. I am very troubling in my life .
Plz this case read and justify because Naudia Branch customer very tired by Mr Panday .
