HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL

Dear sir,
My Name Is Avil Pinto and my consumer no. Is 589-160-039*0...I stay in a small chawl and I don't consume much of electricity.I am receiving a bill above 2000 from past few months which is very high then how much i use..My bill amount is 2690 bill dated 27/10/2015.. BEST Bus

Dear Sir,

At 10.34 PM on 02 Oct 2015 BEST Bus No 269 ( Borivall West to Madh Jetty No. MH 01 L 8554 was coming from Borivalli to Madh Jetty. At Bhati Gaon Stop 6 to 07 passengers which includes female, kids and Gents were waiting for the bus. Bus was suppose to stop on the designated Bus Stop. But it did not stop. Even passengers waiting for the bus waived their hand shouted for the bus to stop, but it did not. Later the BEST No of Conductor was noted by the fellow passanger Mr Raju Koli of Madh. It is 7407.
Its kindly requested to take corrective action for the defaulter pls.

This is with refrence to bus route fort ferry 2
PREVIOUSLY THE BUS USED TO PLY BETWEEN CST BUS DEPOT TO THE DESTINATION NARIMAN POINT IN A CIRCULAR ROUTE AND ENJOYED THE PATRONAGE OF MANY A PASSENGER
Few months ago the managing commitee changed this route between certain timmings to enable better svcs to passengers
However this has not only caused discomfort to passengers but also the B E S T HAS LOST PATRONAGE OF A LARGE SECTION OF COMMUTERS
1 Busses continue on their journey without taking a turn nxt to G P O to enter the C S T depot thus inconvencing passengers
2 Busses most of the time run one behind one another thus causing the bus running behind the other to run nearly empty
3 The above action causing passengers long waiting time this could be avoided if they were monitored at the starters cabin at cst depot if the busses started from C ST depot
4 Moreover the staff are human and need to take a restroom brake which they used to take at C S T since they cannot avail of that luxury many a time your staff have halted busses enroute outside HIND rest to use the public toilet situated on the opposite side
5The busses on the route are not of very good quality but a few drivers enroute are known to purposely stall busses enroute this allegation can be checked by reading reports that you hold are the same set of staff on tho route who stall busses which otherwise were running in perfect condition
6 If you check the same staff are happy and no brakedowns reported when they are on fort ferry route 1 because they can complete their chakars much faster
7 The officers stationed opposite maker chambers without any hesitation change the routes out of frustration but are still not able to attract passengers as the lines across the roads for taxis is longer and passengers are willing towait rather than suffer the delaying tactics metted out by the B EST staff enroute
8 The so called checking staff situated along the route are all hand in glove with the ones on the busses so no one cares and busses continue to go late
9 I am a regular and feel for the B EST please do not take it as a complaint rather use my suggestions and observations to run a successful operation

Subject: Complain against high Electric bill
I undersigned would like to complain against high electric bill around Rs 9000/- a month when our consumption is very less .we are family of 3, me my wife and my 3 years son. It has been observed by me that we are getting high electric bill since last several months and I feel that average reading is taken and bill is issued without taking into consideration we are consuming or not. This month is the highest so far till date. It’s a serious issue and I request you to take a note of it.
I have written you this letter regarding Excess Bill I am receiving from the past few months. I am receiving bills for the past few months in excess which seems to be extremely high for my level of usage. I hereby request that a representative from your electric house be dispatched to my place as soon as possible in order to read my meter and determine whether or not someone has been "stealing" my electricity, or perhaps that my meter is faulty. I appreciate if this matter of excess billing is resolved at the earliest. Waiting for your immediate action

Bad behaviour of the conductor

I travel everyday from irla to santacruz station from last ten years.All these years I have encountered the bad behaviour of the conductors.Today bus no 84 was standing in the irla signal so I climbed it the bus conductor was very rude when he was giving me the ticket.Just beacause I climbed the bus in irla signal he gave me the ticket from andheri station.it was very rude I told him he could give me the ticket one stop behind irla but he didn't listen on the whole he is telling me to complain against him that shows they r not worried about the law and order.This behaviour of the so called BEST conductor will only stop if there r strict rules for them. They should understand its because of us passengers they get their monthly salary.The conductor no is195879 time11:41.MH01

poor service of bus route no.108

Bus no. 108 from CST never leaves on time. Every day due to unavailability of staff pessangers are compelled to shift to another bus. Many old and female pessangers are suffering due to the rude behaviour of bus staff. Usually bus is available at the stand and pessangers also occupy the seats. But after some time (usually 15-20 minutes), it is told that this bus will not go. This happens almost every day. It is therefore humbly requested to provide the proper service on the route.

seat handle

We were travelling on route no 28 going to Parle, on Sunday April 12, 2015.the bus number was 3014.
Sad to note that most of the seats did not have handle on the back.
It is sad that a complaint has to be lodged and the authorities have paid no heed on their own inspite of the fares being repeatedly increased
can we have some actioninthis regard please?
your prompt action in this matter is appreciated and please let know when the needful is completed.

non co operation of BEST employee on power failure

I lodge power failure Complain on BEST Call center at 9.30 on 30.9.2014 complain no 17224255 I received a call from BEST at 12.18 at night that staff is there kindly help with bill and meter. Staff look at the meter and said that meter is functioning porperly and its not BEST fault there is DP problem in Switch so u need to get repair by your self i Requested that in the middle of night no one will help me pls do some needful.THEY LEFT AS INHUMAN NOTING DOING JUST A GOSSIPING (he will not pay bribe forget it ) In Morning wire man said that if just the wire would have connected temperarely you would have not suffered entire night out side the house hunting for electreicacian. I Got it done after the sleep less night with my 8 year old kid and family.This is what our BEST Employee is.
Suggesion: If employee are not suppose to look in to matter atleast employed an electrician who can work with fees of make the bribing legal

late coming of B.E.S.T bus no 459

Dear Sir,

I have a complaint against the In charge of Malvani Bus depot, On 8th Jul2014 I have been waiting for 459 bus almost for 2 hours(10.45am till 12.30pm) BUS didnt come, so I went in BUS Depot to check the status of the next bus. When I entered the place where the BUS halts, security was not allowing me to speak to the BUS operator some how I convinced them to talk to the concerned person whose duty is to send the BUS as per Schedule. But the In charge person was started telling me "Jo BUS gaya hai waha aya nahi hai hum kaise bhejega". In fact I told that at 11.00am one 459 BUS has gone inside the Depot, so he started telling me "Tumko woh sab bata ne ki zaroorat nahi hum hamare marzi se BUS bhejega tumko jo karna hai woh karlo". I told them this not the way you should tell a passenger, then he started pulling me out of the Depot when I refused to go he cold the COP. I explained the COP about the incident what has happened then In charge of BUS Depot and COP had some conversation between them then they said we will take you to the Police station. Then I was brought to Malvani Police station gate no.5. Police also in favor of BUS incharge.
I was totally trapped between these two Government Servants. I dont know what to do Police didnt even want to listen a single word from me they were telling "Tujhe Depot me kaun jane ko bola udhar pe kisiko allowed nahi hai abhi lock up me band rahana tabhi samjega". They lodge FIR on my name and they all started laughing at me.I was kept under lock up for almost 4 hours and one Hawaldar approached me and said "dekho tum kuch bhi nahi kar sakte ho BUS depot ke manager in charge ne tumhare upar complaint dala hua hai tum kuch bhi nahi karsakte ho 100% tumhe hi folt me dal denge ya to tum Rs.1200 bhar te ho to mai saheb se baat karta hu warna raho yahi pe tume Thane jail bhej denge". Then I paid Rs.1200 and they left me. I felt there was lot of injustice had been done with me. I am afraid, is there way where I could get help. I felt very much unsecured from these Government servants. Kindly take some action against them.

MISBEHAVIOR OF CONDUCTOR

I am living in Kandivali and working in Dahisar.I take my bus everyday from Thakur complex to reach office.but today because of raining i caught bus no 705 from Signal which is just before the bus stop from front door.after getting in Bus driver asked me to get in from behind than i said It raining heavily so i entered from front door whats the problem in that? he asked me to get down from bus and come from behind door than i said its signal which his going to start almost i ll not get down mean time conductor has come and start shouting on me and try to force me get down he said you have to get down otherwise this bus will not move i said ok .no problem let bus stop here but ui ll not get down as its raining heavily and i am girl so i ll not get down he said started shout on me very badly like you dont have manner to talk with elders cant you see the age of bus driver so i said first dont you shout ,what misbehavior i have done with him he asked me to get down and enter from behind after getting in so i simply denied as its highly raining...conductor told me because of you all passengers ll suffer because of therm i just get done from bus and try to entered from behind bus mean time that conductor has come on door and force fully stop me to enter in bus and said i leave you because you are girl other wise i ll drag u from bus and abuse me like Kamini and tapori and other abusive words.so in return i have abused him back

May i know whats is my mistake except that i have entered from front side or just denying to get down from bus as its high raining?
This is way government people ask to serve and protect their passenger specially girls ,women and child..

I request you to kindly take necessary action against the conductor for misbehaving with me in such a manner.to let get down from bus in high rain,abusing me.

BEST Meter

Dear Sir,

My name is Kiran Harakhchand Rathod i am tenant Building Address is 16, Carmichael Road, Vijay Apartment (Annex), 1st Floor, Room No. 3, Opp. Usha Kiran Building, Mumbai 400026. We want to change the BEST Meter. BEST they had given instruction to us that need a society letter no objection letter. Sine last 3 year i am following my BEST matter with Vijay Apartment Society also send notice through Court but they are not responding on that affidavit is now avoiding giving us letter. Also BEST person came down to our building that he told me that the meter we have to change. So please help me.

Bus No. 303 Never comes on time

Bus No. 303 never comes on time i.e. from BKC Opp. ICICI Bank bustop.

Once it is gone next bus comes almost after 30 - 45 mins late daily and this creates a big problem for all who is traveling by this bus.

Once the bus is gone at 7.15 P.m. next bus never comes before 8.00 Pm and even AS 302 is not coming from many days who prefer to go by AC bus

Frequency is too less of this bus which needs to be increased as lot of peoples are traveling by this bus.

There are many buses which comes from the same route i.e. Via bandra station. all buses comes on time except this bus.

No TC stands at busstop to keep the track record whether the buses are coming on time or not.

I hope you understand this issue and will do the needful at the earliest.

Bus Shelter

Sir,The newly erected BEST bus shelter at the last stop at NavyNagar,Mumbai prevents the people,especially senior citizens,women,children and physically handicapped persons from using the footpath.They are forced to walk on the road
risking their life.There is no need for a shelter at the last alighting point at NavyNagar,as no one will wait there for boarding a bus.
I request you to arrange for an on-the-spot inspection and take early steps to remove this shelter,which is more of a nuisance value than utility value.Kindly do the needful in the interest of the safety of pedestrians.

Harashing Travellers

Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice regarding the mismanagement of the BEST employees at Andheri West Bus Depot.

The travellers wait at the bus stop for such a long time, but they don't even bother to let us know which bus will be going.After a long stand in the heat when tired passengers sit in a bus which is standing near the bus stop the driver & conductor takes a different bus after this bus is full. Y can't they inform us which bus will be going next?? Many a times it happens that 252 & 266 buses they take together and for next 20-25 mins there are no buses. They are busy or anything we could undrstand, but just wasting time gossipping, chit chatting, laughing doesn't make sense. Inspite of the TC present there, the situation remains the same.Is it that the travellers don't have value for their time??or is it that whoever is travelling via BEST is a government employee who can waste time any how.???

As a suggestion would say that you can keep a display board like railway stations have, where we come to know the timings of the buses.

Please look into this matter on a humanity basis atleast and please do the needful.

BUS ROUTE 134

The route no 502 LTD and 508 Ltd services are so bad we have to wait at vashi for 30-45 mts for a bus and when come it is crowded and after that 2-3 bus comes in 5-10mts time. Please do the needful as passenger are facing proble. Same time in evening time from navi mumbai

Bus moves before people get in

the bus driver of bus no 256 does not stop on the bus stop, he slows down the bus before the stop & then picks up speed but refuses to stop. i will b waiting for feedback on this issue on '[email protected]' hope action is taken against this. cos many times i have complained about this in the malwani bus dept, but no action has been taken about thia.

stops are ommited by BEST driver

Same experience we r getting at Divine high school bus top at Andheri east. Every day between 6.10pm to 7.00pm buses are packed in back side.
one or two person can catch the bus & for ladies no one can catch. We around 8-9 ladies stand for around 45minutes. Many times bus driver never stop the bus at bus stop. Conductor stand onlyin back side & never ask passenger to move. Yesterday bus no 185, 533, 443 & some other not stopped at stop. For us not possible to take batch no of conductor. So at least best should appoint TC at this STOP. As we have least optionbest should take care of ladies and should start ladies bus from stop at peak time.

Hope senior will take care.

We assume that BEST is public transport & running for Public benefit.

IRREGULAR SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Ms. Dorothy Kinny residence of Manori Village, Malad (W), travel by bus no. 272, as we have only 1 option of traveling till marve, we face a lot of problem in getting this bus.

The bus drdivers for this bus are very rude, and don't remove bus on time from Malad station or from marve, sometimes they even remove bus from marve and turn from Orlem, so we don't get the from malad station.

They halt around 4 to 5 buses at marve but do not remove even 1 bus for long time, even if there is much of crowd, we residence of manori face a lot of problem because we have to face the eselworld crowd aswel. It becomes very difficult to get the bus.

We are looking forward to your help. We may even publish about the Bus no.272 in newspaper.

Non Stopping of Buses at Mangatram Bus Stop

This is to bring to the kind notice of the BEST authority that Bus No. 399 which reaches ghatkopar pantnagar around 10.30pm does not halt even though the bus is empty the conductor dosent even gets up from his seat and the driver completely ignores the standing passengers its really disgusting. Such a negligence in providing service to the public is really disgusting. I Shall appreciate, if the concerned authority could take action against the Drivers on duty on these buses and ask them to halt the buses on the stipulated stops.Dated 25.05.12
