Staff behavior

What the heell is this? . I am a member of easy day/card holder.At the time of making card they give surety if you purchase over & above 500 then our coupon will acceptable & we also provide home delivery facilities also. but after becoming a member the staff behavior totally changed.When I produced card on his counter then staff say I will not accept reason behind that i am not on duty when you make this card.if you purchase a card from me then i would accept. sala sab ke sab chutiya bnante h .

Mis behaviour


I met with a very hopeless behaviour from Easy day boys at Nehru colony Easyday store in Dehradun. I asked them to give me 1& 1/2 chicken (mean one complete chicken and half more as we are three people at the dinner). The person there told me that he can give one full chicken only. I was not coming to Easy day store first time, I have purchased from other EasyDay stores several times and their behaviour is nice, but this one at Nehru colony, Dehradun is not so. One another complaint I would like to share that several times I have seen that in their Non-veg section, their freezers were not working so much of bad smell is there in the store. The services of sales person there is not satisfactory, except one or two boys there work well, rest are hopeless, specially the Manager, I complained to him regarding the chicken piece, he said sir, we give complete chicken only, What is this? Please try to improve the situation, as its bad naming to the huge & reputed company.

Irresponsible employees at easyday store

I am a regular customer of easyday and also have a discount card for my purchases. Today when I went to the easyday store there was a truck unloading things. I parked my motor cycle and went inside. When i came out after the billing i saw that my bike was parked at a different place and the handle lock was broken and the bike was not starting. This was hardly 20 feet away from where the guard was standing. When i asked the guard he said he had noticed anything. Another easyday custoner said that while entering the store he saw that the easyday store hit my bike and it fell down. That is when the helmet lock broke. When i asked the guard another employee Sovran who had joined the guard told me that it is not the guard's duty. I want to know how the guard or driver or helper did not bring this to my notice ehen this happened. If my bike was obstructing the truck they should have come into the store and asked. The store is hardly 2000 sq ft and this could have been done. This is the heights of irresponsibility. Who will pay for the breakage now ??? And unfortunate that i, who has been a customer since 5 tears gets treated this way...action should be taken against the guard and the employee....

Fraud yo sell the eaay day card

I bought goods from Nirman nagar, Jaipur easy day and the guy at counter asked me to make the easy day card and you will get 10% discount on everything. Also he said we will give you additional 500 coupons which you can use in shopping. He said like that that the amount will keep deducting from 100rps and additional 10% discount. When on next purchase I asked him to use vouchers he said that they are not applicable on everything and can be used only on certain items. Said its already written. The thing is he took 2 coupons from me when i made the card and i bought nothing from that list that day also. Today he was talking so rudely to me.
This is a very misleading thing to customers. The worst store experience ever.

queue jumping in easyday store

HI. we have noticed several time that till operators are helping customers to jump queues while watched by store manager .and workers in the store are singing bad songs when they see young girls shopping there and manager knows about this and he is not doing anything about it. the store is losing customers because behavior of store manager and staff. the manager should be dismissed soon as possible if you want to run this store properly . regards your customer.thanks

Inconvenient Store

Visiting your store here in Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana for the last couple of months. I have two issues:

1) The service at the billing countrer is too slow.
2) The billing price of all the items are not listed. On the other hand the price listed by the store staff on many products is quiet higher than the billing price. It hampers the buying.

At Sector 22 Noida outlet of Easy Day, yesterday, May 25, 2017, I was subjected to verbal violence by the supervisor in charge of security. My entire baggage of monthly groceries for which I had duly paid was overhauled. Worse, he passed communal remarks. Pointing to my beard, he said, "Aap ke hulie ko dekh kar sab kuchh karna padta hai". I spoke to the store supervisor Mr Aman who promised to take remedial action and get back to me within 24 hours. He has not kept his word.

Poor non veg quality

Poor quality of chicken being sold .Broken leg pieces which shows that diseased dead chicken is being sold.I threw all chicken in Dustbin .The weight of full chicken is around 400-500 GMs showing that the broiler dead due to some disease is being supplied to outlet ,but it cannot be possible without involvement of staff.
Never buy chicken from any easy day outlet

Bad behaviour of employees

This is regarding bad behaviour of easy day staff at Sarita vihar, Delhi store. Specially my shailendra shows high unprofessional attitude and doesn't have ettquates to talk to male and female customers. He feels irritated if customer put queries regarding products and weight machine. His attitude is not acceptable.

Worst experience with newly opened easy day in chandausi

with so much curiosity on opening easyday in chandausi ruined expectation of people over there because of the poor services and rude behavior of the staff and always non availability of any senior staff store who could redress complaints and suggestion of people. I feel serious action should be taken against the store and staff also .the staff always in hurry to close store at 8 pm in the evening and also in noon there is no staff available to serve the customer and for billing also . i have often seen the staff talking very rudely to elderly customers, seems easyday should hire people with etiquette and manner .

I hope some action is taken against store and its staff members, please do the needful reply on my email id ([email protected]) or else serious action will be taken against the store.

Stock not available

I am regular customer of easyday but stock is not available from last 15 days here is not available head &shoulder shampoo, Tata tea good night all out salt nothing is available in store then why we pay 1000 for easyday card and what is benefit of easyday card if i am purchasing things from other shop.

Billing of double amount

Today I have purchased one pack of white eggs containing 10 eggs worth rs.55 only. But by the salesgirl namely Samriti ,billing of two packs worth rs.110 was done. It was for the third time that this thing happened with me. Strict action should be taken against that salesgirl.

Easy day shop needed in sec 52 Noida

Hello, i am a resident of sector 52. NOIDA. Block A. I am living in a rented 2BHK flat. The most and the only problem is that there is no departmental store nearby in sec 52, Noida. Except 1 and the problem is that there is rush in the shop doesnt matter at what time you are visiting.

It will be very nice of Easy day to plan to open one of their shops in Sec 52, noida. You can send your officers to check the area. Its a posh area and 1 thing for sure " THERE IS 0% LOSS IN THIS ". Please think about it.

With regard to shopping at Easy day counter, Jansath road, Muzaffarnagar
There are many issue with regard to billing.
Today I have bought many products together with 10th pic of britiniya littlr heart mrp rs 10 each with a offer price of rs. 9.50 each. But at the time of billing rs 100.00 has been charged for the same. Furthre a parle chesing 300 with mrp of rs. 90.00 and having offer price of rs. 87.50. But in the billing 90.00 has been charged. When I asked the officer for the same, he reply it is our policy to round off the billing amount, when I talk to your help line they ignore to lodge the complained for the same reply.
In the above case kindly clarify that if it is your policy than what is the logic of offer price of rs. 9.50 having mrp of rs. 10
00 and many more in this regards.
I think is a cheating with the customers. what is the logic of office price in paisa, while billing will be round off in nearest rupees.

My Amount Deducted 2 times but I didn't purchase any thing

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Bhawna Chauhan, I had purchased a cadbury chocolate box , it's Rs. 396 on 8 Dec. 2016.

Due to server down slip not comes from your machine but my amount was deducted 2 times one from my Food Card and other one from my ICICI debit card.

I complained to your bijnor staff and they said that my amount would come with in 2 days in our account and still I am waiting.

They gave me there number : 01324-263104 , which never worked.

I requested to you kindly back my total amount of Rs.792 in my account. I got 2 sms which mentioned below:

Dear Customer, You have made a Debit Card purchase
of INR396.00 on 08 Dec. Info.VPS*BHARTI RETA. Your Net Available Balance is INR 12,742.10.

Your store manager dealing not good

M from Kotkapura city (151204) Distt. Faridkot State Punjab. I have problem from your easy day store because their is store manager which have too much attitude and ego. he is not sealing product in retail consumer. Sir, on inquiring from the guard, I came to know that this is the regular practice of this store manager from the time he had been appointed in this store and some times biscuits, detergent powder and other items also sold on the heavy discount to the shopkeepers who purchase these items in bulk. He has settings with the shopkeepers.

Sir apke easy day se debit card se jo paise withdraw ho rahe hai wo aam public ko toh milte hi nahi.mai aaj ludhiana 32 sec mein jo easy day ka store hai wahan gya wahan cash counter pe ek girl hai jisko baat karne ki bilkul bhi tameej nahi.usne mujhe kaha aap 2 se 3 pm aayo.main 2.30pm gya tab bhi usne aise jawab diya jaise main us se bhik mangane aa raha hun.uski warding thi aaj cash aaya nhi kal aana.4000 rupees salary le rahi ladki aur tever ambani jaise.actully us store incharge ne pehle se hi apne rishte daaron ko new currency available krva di thi aur mujhse kaha ki aap kal mujhe call kr k aa jao main apki 2000 de dunga.aur mujhe slow bolne ko kaha.
Request hai sir/mam plz aap apne store mein aise logon ko job na de jo honest na ho aur na hi jinhe bolne ki tameez ho.

VERY Rude behaviour of the SHOP HEAD INCHARGE

i went today to easyday at 4 pm to buy chips and biscuits. my total bill was 70 rupees. i gave a 100 rupees note. so he had to give 30 rupees change. he gave me two 10 rupee coins and a 10 rupee note. as here in haridwar no auto drivers are taking the coin i said to him change the two coins to the currency ones. then he refused . i said you have a bundle of ten rupee currencies give only two from that. then he started yelling why dont you bring change , this is always your nautanki here in the store. to that i said this is how you behave with customer. i repeatedly said him i need two currency but still he dint give me but kept on arguing. at last i left the store and returned the things i purchased. i had good rapport with all the people out their but this one hate monger just spoilt the whole basket. he even said me leave the things and we arent concerned because its you who are coming to us not we who are going to you to plead

Irresponsible behavior and don't take Indian currency 500 .1000 notes

Hi my name is vinay dhyani I m Media person.14 Nov.ur easy store future retail Ltd.did not accept 500 1000 notes with out giving any reason.mr Rajan said this is our h o order I make a call to gBd office customer care executive Mr Avinash.he said we provide in writing that we don't accept 500n1000 notes.i make my payment through debt card. But store in charge don't give me any written doc.than Mr Avinash said he sent me mail on my E-mail id but he not sent me any mail yet. Easy day a store of flooding and livelihood required product and ministry of finance order says the livelihood product store accept 500 n 1000 notes.but Mr Avinash and Mr Rajan talk to me that this is our order..but they don't give me in writing or email (any written orders copy) so now I rush to consumer court..... poor quality grocery

when i want to purchase grocery i mostly go to easyday. today when i went up there, first of all i could see no staff except cashier until i asked for one. then vegetables were all dry and in poor state. could not buy them. and then i got stale eggs. on 5th of november they are giving me eggs dated 20.10.2016. when i asked for fresh eggs they did not respond well. i was so disappointed that i left my basket there only. if we are getting stale eggs and stale vegetabled from easyday and a rude staff then i think we should purchase our grocery from other shops. why come here?
