AC is not Working since Inception

Dear Team,

I have bought 1 Split AC in 2013 of Blue Star India Limited and since time cooling problem is exist and approached to the Dealer and Manufaturer with written communication but till date no solution has been provided and also refused to replace the AC.

Kindly help in this matter.

regarding the I base No. 984040.

Dear Team,

This is regarding the I base No. 984040.

It is regarding inconvinience faced by employees due to the repeated unattended complaints and inadequate air conditioning at our branch.

We have been raising complaint regarding Air conditioner situation in the branch but no one is attending to it . It is more than 15 days now.

We had first raised request on 23.03.2016 . Request id id B1603291347 which got closed on its own withount being attended.
Again request was raised on 29.03.2016 , request got closed without being attended
Then after we have raised complaint on 05.04.2016 , for which we were told a representative would visit the branch .but again no one came in .
I request you to kindly look into the problem immediately and take suitable action.

Poor Performance of Split AC

Dear sir, Purchase particulars: Bluestarsplit ac 1.5 ton 3 HW18VC1 Dt of purchase :-14.04.2014, From M/S Videozone, Balasore,Odisha Vide Tax invoice No. 62 Dt. 14 Apr 2014 Problem:- After installation the AC ran for 1 hour on 14 Apr and thereafter it stopped automatically. The service Technician pointed out for poor voltage. Accordingly, all possible measures e.g. changing of wiring,change in supply wire,and a v guard voltage stabilizer (VEW 400, 85 V to 300 V) was installed for the AC .The input voltage showing is 170 and the out put voltage is 230 V. Presently the AC is staying idle . The IDU is working but the ODU is maximum time not running. therefore I request you to grant me back with previous happiness for not investing money (50,000) and enjoying a hot summer than to having invested such big amount for the sake of a show piece only. However,presently I including my family members are suffering from both types of heat ie. 1. losing money and 2. the usual heat of summer. Poor Cooling

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have purchased Blue star Split AC wide Invoice no:RTL/RAD/336/09-10 from M/s Avdhoot corporation on 17.02.10 from Vadodara.Following are the details:

Immediately after installation we have been complaining about the poor cooling ,but all our efforts have failed in convincing the dealer.
The service technician reports, checks something and gives some reason for poor performance which is not related to machine and do not satisfy us.The room temp is not going below 26'C even after running the unit for about 4 hrs.Also compressor is not getting unloaded as it never reaches the set point of 22'C.Last service visit ( Service report no:129860, Dated 15.05.10)we have clearly mentioned our dissatisfaction,still no feedback,no communication.
The purpose of purchasing the AC in Feb'10 was to get some relief for the aged parents during the coming hot summer ,completely defeated and instead they are put under additional burden of following it up/chasing of unskilled service technician team.
As a last attempt we have approached customer service Toll Free service on 23.05.10 and were assured of 100% satisfaction in minimum possible time and as a ritual one Ticket no: 117821 was given.
Sorry to complain that even after 9 days and explaining the typical agony of aged parents during this hot summer so far no positive feedback/attempt to resolve issue was done.
Today again service desk representative was contacted with reference to Ticket no,but he has shown his helplessness by just reforwarding the ticket and could not apprise about the exact status of the complaint i.e it is at which stage?, who is working on it?How fast it will be resolved?
