Complaint against Endras BMW dealership

Dear Concern

This refers to my experience about Endras BMW in Ajax the most unprofessional and arrogant after sales service I have ever experienced from such a world renowned car dealership. I have a story to share with you in regards to my worst buying experience with this particular dealer.

Basically i had an interest to buy a Mini cooper and as usual with a reference for the first time I went to this Dealership so far I recall in 2016 September with my family. The service from the sales advisor was nice and very informative for a new buyer like me while taking decision for a luxury car manufacturer especially for the customers like us who tend to prefer for Japanese manufacturers at a first go.

However to cut it short we ended up with buying a Pre owned certified series BMW 528i 2012 due to outstanding convincing power by the sales advisor. We were very excited to have this wonderful piece of luxury vehicle in our family. Mostly the key factor behind the buying decision was passion for the brand along with individual pride and prestige. Soon after I received the delivery I noticed a small stone cheap spot at my front windshield and immediately I informed the concern sales advisor that why I was not told before it was sold. Then they took it to the manager's concern and after couple of days I was asked to leave the car to the dealership and confirmed that since I have the extended warranty the windshield will be replaced. Accordingly they did change the windshield and unfortunately I was not provided any papers about the quality of the windshield since I had full trust on them. So this issue was not further discussed for obvious reasons since i didnt have in my mind that the world class car dealership will not gonna cheat with their customers and to me it was beyond impossible i thought. As a matter of fact one day when I was washing my car I did notice the windshield was replaced with an after market product not an OEM product. So immediately I have notified the sales advisor and their reply was that the manager has only authority to approve after market products and the dealership doesn't have the facility to install OEM products to their own facilities. I was surprised and wanted to talk to the proper authority number of times but no one co-operated and started showing their attitude as if I bought something from a roadside non exclusive dealership. They undermined my capacity and passion for the brand and showed the audacity and totally miss treated me whenever I brought this issue that why they replaced my windshield with an after market product without prior knowledge or informing me and more over why didn't they informed me while selling the vehicle at first go and hide the information to a potential customer of world renowned brand BMW. Whereas globally they are continuously working on upholding best customers experience and ultimate customers satisfaction.

Interestingly a dealer like Endras BMW is so unprofessional that they don't have coordination between Sales and after sales customer service department. Recently when I failed to address my grave concern I discussed about the issue with one of the advisor from their customer service department and his reply was dealership will never allowed to replace anything for a pre owned certified series having extended warranty with an after market product. Then I was referred to Mr. James Collins, Asst Pre-Owned Manager and he listened me very carefully the whole story and later came back with an annoying proposal of buying back offer of 1/3 cost of the vehicle which I bought one and half year ago. While i was asking about the replacement of the windshield, his reply was that i was well briefed about the after market product and charged me with his arrogant attitude that why i am bringing up this issue again and again? Don't really understand why this so called managers are so arrogant and aggressive in nature while handling to their dissatisfied customers.

Therefore, it is my urge to your good office to advise me what could be the best I can do considerimg my current situation and get ride of this unhealthy situation would be much appreciated.

Complaint in BMW Egypt


I have a complaint in BMW Egypt because I wanted to buy a car 4 months ago and there was no reservation available. I discovered by chance that if I have any car i can replace it with a new BMW 3 series, however in agency they never mention to customers that there is a trade in option at all. I went to katamya branch and they accepted my car with price 167000 l.e as a trade in and they took my car to its store and during finishing papers the sales agent came to me and told me "I'm sorry we accept your car with only 162000" I told him why his reply was that it is the management decision so I told him it's OK he told me ok give me a few minutes after 10 minutes he told me again the final price is only 160000 l.e I don't know why ?!!!!! They give me 3 prices in 30 minutes. Is this possible I can't believe them. What I understood is they want to piss me off
So I called the call center and made a complaint with the above story and the answer was we can't do anything you can wait till reservation is open.
So what I had as a customer experience from BMW company is:
1. BMW don't respect their customers.
2. They refuse to reserve any new cars however they accept trade in and if the deal.is done I can receive my new BMW within one month.
3.The brand new BMW cars are available in the outside market in stores with over price 150000 l.e.
4. Salesmen in the direct agency are not qualified to deal with the type of customers in such agency as the person I mentioned before gave me three different prices for my car in one hour which is totally unprofessional.

I had to send this complain as I don't think this is the image that you as a company want to leave with your customers in Egypt. It is clear that your representatives in Egypt are trying to reduce your sales.
