Wrong Billing

I have BSNL Broad band connection with the telephone Number 040-27610372. I have signup with the BSNL games which has the one month trail period. Since i am not satisfied with that, i have requested for UnSubscription From BSNL Games. But BSNL is keep sending Rs.200/- additional amount for Games plan.I have called customer care number at 040- 27547800, customer cared executive is too rude and give reckless answers. She is scolding line any thing and asking me to disconnect the service.

I have receive the following e-mail message after UnSubscription From BSNL Games plan:-

Dear 27610372,
We have logged your request for unsubscription from GoD Service and your Games on Demand account has been closed.
Our Team will get in touch with you with in 48 hours of working days to know why you have unsubscribed from the service.
Please coordinate and this will help us to improve the service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My name is Naresh babu Chippada

Iam writing this complaint from hyderabad..I Use to have an Airtel mobile connection (9701182702)..I applied to change my Mobile network from Airtel to BSNL on the same num by using mobile num portability..when I applied for this portability at paradise cellone office on 27/01/2011 they advised that the network change will be done in 1 week and also advsd me that once my airtel sim gets deactivated then the number will get activated on BSNL sim within 1or2 hrs..however ...on 05/02/2011 my sim was deactivated from airtel and since that day every day iam calling to BSNl customer care and was checking when it will get activated ..every time i gave a call to the customer care ..they use to advise me that it will be activated in 24 hrs ..but it was never ..some how it was activated on 11/02/2011.. since that day on my sim it is showing up as bsnl mobile..however iam not abel to recieve incoming calls..when i call to that number it says number does not exist ..so every day iam calling teh customer care on 1503 from the sae num (9701182702) and speaking to the agents about it and they were advsising me that it will be done witin 24 hrs..but still it was never succesfull..On 12./05/2011 i spoke to a supervisor called usha in the customer care department and explained my whole situation to her ..she advsd tht she will raise a complaint for the technicall team and will resolve the isuue in 48 hrs...so i again waited for that time thinking that they will help me..however when i called on 14/02/2011 in the morning she advsd tht it is not yet 48 hrs and advsd tht i still need to wait for that time..so as i dont have an option i waited..again in the evening after completeing my 48 hrs time i called and she advsd tht she just spoke t the technicall tream and they advsd her that it will be done in another 6hrs...so i waited as usual and again on 15/02/2011 i called the customer care to speak with usha who promised that it will be done...however when i called for the first time the agent advsd that she is not availabel..so i advised that i will wait ..after some time he placed teh call on hold and disconnected teh call ..i again called in the after noon and they repeated the same thing..in the eveningf also i called and they are disconneceting the call stating that will place teh call on hold..so finally for the last time i called to teh customer care and spoke to Mr Devender and advsd him to xfr the call to supervisor..the i spoke to Mr Suresh Kumar (supervisor) who spoek to very rudely and advised me that it will be done in 24 hrs..and disconnectd the call..


I may not change there customer service behaviour but i want to know how can ,my issue be resolved and how can they learn how to deal with a customer...Please help me ..

bsnl outgoing call barried since 2months

i am using bsnl prepaid sine last 2yrs.i give my number to all my frnds and colligues ..suddenly oneday my outgoing calls are barried.i call to customer care .there i face poor and worst response.then i went to bsnl office there age bar and useless employees they not give any information ...then i resubmit my prrofs once again ...till then i went to office alot off times..wrost network worst employees..wrost bsnl...waste networkk.shame shame

recharge

Dear sir/Madam,

I have recharged Rs.1000 to my bsnl no.9440771125 from the site of "http://www.freecharge.in". My payment transaction was successful and amount was deducted from my account but i didn't get my balance to my mobile no. 9440771125.So,kindly refund the amount that i have recharged to my account.

Dedectm balance

Respected Sir/Madam

I am p. srinivas form East Godavari(A.P). I have BSNL num 9492386373. two days back i got a msg from customer care of Cricket Alert. but i did't request that alert. but BSNL customer care dedect my balance 30 rupees and everday they cut 1 rupee. so i am tryed complient to BSNL customer care but there are not respond. so please take an action on them.

not response from c.care

whenever i tried to call bsnl customer care about any problems of services by them they are busy from last 10 days and they kept calls on hold there not like any private telecom not response from customer care nor they are intrested to speak about problems of customers please take neccesary action on these people and give me better feedback

I Regret to inform you that I am OYT
subscriber of BSNL #04027052422. Since two months my phone is not working
inspite of daily complants at 198.I had also contacted senior officers but
of no avail.

I was informed that the exchange at
malkajgiri is faulty & the General Manager is also aware of it. No action
is being taken to rectifier the faulty exchange by the GM.

I request the GM to take action
immediately and to rectify the fault immediately or else my deposite may be
reimbursed so that i can go for some other branded telephone as I am
unnessarily paying heavy telephone bills to BSNL.

not activated my password

hi.. this is ramesh my bsnl broadband service is disconnected due to my house shifiting .(without my knwlodge ).I had given complaint to the authoritses.no respone
After serverals request my landline was connected , but not broadband. The severice technisin simply saying it is in process , i dont knw how my days it will take in these modern days. no proper respone.My humble request to the please my reactivate broad band vey soon .or otherwise i will disconnect my broadband

NO ONE RESPONSE FOR COMPLAINT

PHONE / INSTRUMENT ( NO: 0891-2519853) IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. INITIALLY WE MADE COMPLAIN FOR INSTRUMENT AND THEY COME & REPLACED WITH SOME OLD PHONE EVEN WITHOUT CHECKING FROM THEIR SIDE. FROM INSTALLED (OLD) PHONE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS. REGARDING THIS I MADE TELE. COMPLAINT ATLEAST 6 TIMES AND MEET JE / BSNL- ZILLAPARISAD-VIZAG & GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT TOO.
AFTER THAT ALSO, LAST 15DAYS NO ONE REVERT BACK. WE WENT TO CHECK JE OFFICE & GOT REPLY JE WENT ON SOME TRAINING PROGRAME.
POOR RESONSE & IRRESPONSIBLITY OF JE SHOWS THE BSNL UNDER POOR LIGHT.
NOTE: ALL MY TELE COMPLAINTS ARE CLSOED WITHOUT ACTION & WITHOUT COMMUNICATION TO ME.
I HOPE, BSNL DO GOOD AT OTHER PLACES.
REQUEST TAKE ACTION IN THIS CASE IMMEDIATELY , OTHER WISE INFORM ME , IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE SERVCE.

To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, bastard service of BSNL.

Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

wrong billing

Hi,
I live in hyderabad.one year ago i transferred my bsnl broadband connection(040-23514242) from moosapet to maheshnagar. After transferring the connection they told that broadband is not available in that area.But iam getting monthly bills for broadband connection and when i contact accounts officer he told that he can see my broadband is active in the acount and can't do any thing. Then i contacted the local bsnl office and submitted the application to stop the billing for my non existing BB connection. But i did not get response instead they sent a legal notice saying that they will take action if i don't pay my bill with in 15 days.

what a worst kind of strategy they follow.Can i file a case against them ?

De-activation of Radio mobile service

Please de-activate the Radio mobile service on my BSNL mobile no 9490610567 with immediate effect. This is an office CUG phone(APTRANSCO) and we have not opted for this service.Every month Rs.19/- is being billed for this service which is not being utilized by us.

Broadband not installed - bill generated

I have applied for a new telephone connection with broadband on 25-05-2010. Phone line is activated but broad band is not yet installed. A bill for the billing period is generated very promptly.

Why should i pay the bill with out providing the service itself ? Does it not attract denial of service and wrong billing? What best course of action can i take to rectify this ?

connection not working

My telephone number 23006141/42. The telephone is not working since months now. When complained the authorities tell to provide cable wire and electricians in order to lay new cables. The lines are dead but still i receive rental bills.

poor customer support

I am using bsnl internet for the past 2 years and use to get bill the range around Rs700/-. but last month i got a bill for Rs 2412/-.i have enquired about this, but they say the usage can be seen on the site selfcare.sdc bsnl.co.in, which never opened. The customer support of bsnl is really pathetic.
