Dear Sir ,
I am Sushil Kohli , a customer of your esteeemed organistion ie BSNL and used to get services through phone no 0265-2775249
I have given information to your deptt long back ( 2 times in writing ) that I have been moved to new residensial location in
I also requested to stop services at earlier location ie 5-A,Muktidham Society,New sama road,Abhilasha fatehgunj GJ , 390024
When I moved to new location , I also applied to shift the services to my new location but you are not having BSNL services at my new location ( chhani address )
Your service deptt told to continue customer ID till your services reach to Chhani ( 391740) .I also want to conitue services with BSNL provided you can give me landline services at my new residence ,which i am awaiting since last 3 years.
I am surprised to see that you continue sending bills to my old address dispite of all my earlier efforts which is totaly illogical.
IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO NULLIFY all undue bills and also ensure to supply services to my new address else return my deposit.
Kindly dont harass me by sending such undue bills at customer ID ( 1020871643) ( Invoice Example-10210988030013) without using any services of yours with pre-intimation.
