Refund not received yet

I had booked two bus tickets on 30th August under cancellation protect. I initiated a cancel before 6 hrs of journey. Since I couldn't do through app I requested the customer service to cancel and they initiated the cancellation.
But till date I recieved refund of only one ticket(1630/-)
Customer service is not responding properly when I enquire about the second. They are opening and closing queries on their own and each time I call asking to wait 24hrs it's been 18 days.
I called them 10 times and talked for hours. Still no response.

Very poor service rendered. They are not able to tell the reason for delay. Cancelling only one ticket was technical error made by Paytm team. And I am facing the consequences.
It's like I am begging to get back the money.
