CBSE BOARD EXAMINATIONS 2019

I want to say that I am appearing for the CBSE Board examinations 2019 and we had our English Exam yesterday (2 March 2019) .

The English Core Question paper had mandatory questions from both the novels, however the blue print has option in question from novels, that option should have questions from two novels, one from each novels.Students had prepared only one novel as per blue print.

To be specific : Question no. 11 was out of syllabus. It was of six (6) marks and was from another novel . Many of us were not able to attempt that question but it wasn't our mistake. The question was out of syllabus and we can't afford a loss of 6 marks that to uselessly. Kindly pay attention towards it and give us complete marks as grace. I would've otherwise got above 95 but this single question is depressing me up .... I would also like to say that the invigilators told us to skip the question and the examinations board will look after it and would give you the grace marking.

I hope you will hear my problems.

Out of syllabus question in cbse english core examination

It is to inform that in cbse class 12 english Core exam had a question from novel that was out of syllabus. According to the blue print students can attempt any one of the novels but the paper didn't gave choice instead gave 2 different questions from each. But in some states, the questions were according to syllabus. This caused utter shock and chaos among students. It is requested that grace marks for that question should be provided by the board to all the students whether they wrote anything in that or not. Some students have also attempted 2 parts from question 12 to compensate the fault by cbse. If not,it would lead to the loss of 6 marks which mean a lot in today's competitive phase. The board should consider it carefully and take proper action

English exam out of syllbus

English Core AISSCE Exam code 301 held on 02/03/2019 has question no. 11 and question no. 12 not as per the blueprint of the paper. Each question was supposed to have options from both the novels as per the blueprint but there was no option between them in the board question paper. The students were required for to prepare only one novel. Since there were no options we have not been able to attempt one question. So you are requested to give 6 grace marks for the blunder committed by cbse.

English board question paper problem (class 12)

Dear sir / mam,

The English paper of class 12 was not as per the sample paper provided by CBSE. There was no internal choice in Q11 and Q12 which should have been provided to the students. Both the questions were from separate novels. Therefore, students had to attempt irrespective of the novel chosen by them for preparation. However, the students were supposed to prepare for only one novel.

This kind of error is not expected from such a reputed and esteemed board of education and taxes the students unjustly. These marks play a very important role in deciding the career of the students and are refered to thoroughout their career.

Kindly do the needful by either eliminating one question or providing grace marks to all students.

Thanks & Regards

As per blueprint marking scheme there must be option from two novels but questions came from both novels which was to be done compulsorily

Discrepancy in question number 11 and question number 12 of English core (301) class 12 cbse board

This is to bring to your kind notice that today 2nd March 2019 class 12 had their first final examination that is English core in which there was the discrepancy in question number 11 and question 12. The question paper was set in an incorrect format. There should have been choices in question number 11 and question number 12. According to CBSE format question number 11 and question number 12 should have two questions from the novel silas marner and 2 from The invisible Man where as in the question paper question 11 has all four questions from silas marnar and question 12 has all four questions from The invisible Man therefore it is requested that 6 Grace marks should be granted to the students as every school opts for only one novel. Taking this request into consideration kindly look into the matter and do the needful for the best of the students.

Physics

It’s not possible to revise all the syllabus in one day
Indirect questions
Too difficult for average students to perform well
Moderation/grace marks are genuinely needed
