Meter got fired due to overloadding of neighbor

I Sankar lal Saraogi having office premises at 8.G.C.Ghosh Road, Kolkata-700048 and holding a meter consumer no.46016040001, customer ID NO.46000009691.I am facing work disturbance in my office premises due to Meter burn of M/s.FRANKLIN TEXTILES INDUSTRIES neighbor who is using heavy load machine with less capacity of power, result meter got fired on every day and work disturbed. there is no security of my worker if fire got volumatic and beyond control. you are requested to kindly look in to the matter seriously and sort out the day to day problem.

submitted to-chandan chakraborty, as we mention earlier in the complain no more than 30 to 40 meters ( commercial and domestic)

are in very harmful condition,no one person of your department look up to this mater.

sir,we are kindly requested to you plz check and proceed to this matter otherwise one day it may be cause of big fire due to short

ciruit in meter box ,it one sided gateout location of our building.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Lakshmi Narayan Mullick the owner of the house no 240B Gopal Lal Tagore Road kol- 36, want to inform you that i pay green bill. I paid Rs. 2390 for 111 unit for the month of May. But on this month i have been charged Rs. 2080 for 189 unit. How could this be possible after paying the bill of May? This is absolutely abnormal. My due date is 30.8.17. Will I make this payment or ignore the bill?

Please look into the matter immediately. I would be highly obliged if you solve my problem.

INFLATED BILL, UNAUTHORISED CONNECTION IN MY PREMISES AND THEFT OF ENERGY BY INELLIGIBLE OCCUPANTS IN COLLUSION WITH CECS STAFF

CESC IS GIVING ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS TO UNAUTHORISED PERSONS BY RECORDING THEM AS CONSUMERS IN MY PREMISES AND MY BILLS ARE GETTING INFLATED DUE TO THEFT OF ENERGY IN COLLUSION WITH CESC STAFF.
WRITTEN COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED BUT CESC PAY NO HEED.

HIGH BILLING

HIGH AMOUNT OF BILL
This is to inform you that my last two months bill is abnormally high.we have two rooms with normal consumotion of two lights at night,one refrigerator , one mixi (optional usage), two fans , and an induction cooker(optional usage). I think my meter reading should be around Rs. 700/- to Rs.800. But my last two months bill amounted around Rs.2000.So I would kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible for which I shall be ever grateful to you.

locked by landlord the common meter box

THE MCB METER BOX CONTAINS METER OF BOTH LANDLORD AND TENANT WITH DIFERRENT CUSTOMER ID. CAN IT BE LOCKED BY THE LANDLORD SINGLY WITH VINDICTIVE ATTITUDE. WHAT IS THE RELIEF. IN CASE OF FUSE OR FIRE WHAT IS IS THE REMEDY?

Meter Box infected with heavy termite

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my meter box/board is completely infected with termite, we are trying our best to clean the box with the medicine spray with advice of carpenter to resist and do the same last couple of months, but after sometime again grew-up and sprayed other part of the building and box is also not in good condition.

Therefore I request you to please arrange to do some favor for change the said box replaced with PVC box and oblige me.

Abnormally high electric bill after meter replacement

Since, the replacement of electric meter by CESC on April 04, 2017, we are receiving extremely high electric bills. The increase of the electric bill amount is about 290% - 330%. The bills are so high that the autopay scheduler set at bank are continuously sending overlimit alert every month. Our consumer no. is 11299114003. We hereby request CESC to replace this faulty electric meter immediately with a proper working meter and also arrange to refund the wrongly billed excess amount.

Please note that since February 2015 onward the undersigned and my son (two persons) are leaving in this flat and both of us leaving for office and used to stay from 8 pm to 9 Am. We have no TV/No Fridge/ No water lifting pump/ No other electrical utility. Normally.
.In this current bill I understand that without informing us you have changed the old meter no 2462051 and replaced one new metre no 5974697 and my meter reading goes up and up. This a serious problem to a middle class family who are not consuming the power. Please take proper care and arrange for an inspection with prior information to me

HIGH BILL AFTER OLD METER CHANGED WITH NEW ELECTRONIC METER

Hi,
CESC which provides electricity in Kolkata City is fooling people with the lure of New Electronic Meter.Our Old meter was replaced with new Electronic Meter , which is showing absurdly high Electricity Bill(as well as Unit consumed).

Two meters' were replaced in my house & both are having high electric bills ever since.

high electricity bill

Since last 3 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from CESC Kolkata.Actually we are using 2 fans & 2 Tube lights 1TV and a water pump but the Electic bills are coming above 1300/month which is very much high than what it should be.
I have a doubt in my mind that either Electric Metre is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our metre as we are unable to check what exactly happening because the metres are locked in a room.
So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it as soon as possible.

LOW VOLTAGE

In last one year I installed 1.5 Ton AC in my home with a kind permission granted from CESC Limited and accordingly meter has also been replaced by new one. It is regular feature in our area LP NO. 9/2/5 that voltage is becoming so low that all electrical equipment are not working from evening time starting from 18:00 hours everyday in this tremendous summer season only. Voltage is so fluctuating also, It causes equipment may become damage. Even the Fans are moving slow, lights are deemed, not working properly, sometime it has been observed that water pump is also not working. It seems to be that our earthling connection coming from CESC line connection (underground) is not also connected properly. Your early attention is solicited.

Dispute in Online Payment Process

I have made an online bill payment on 5th of June, 2017 worth Rs. 570, but I didn't get any payment receipt due to some error during generating payment receipt.

Now CESC authorities are saying that they have not get any such payment.

I have talked to senior official in this matter and they advised me to send mail giving such details.

I have got transaction details from my account, such as:

You have made an online payment of INR 570.0 with Transaction ID 1224701462 towards payee BILL DESK BPC from your Account XXXXXXXX3847 on Jun,05,2017 at 14:38 hours .

But now online transaction agency also saying that they have not received such amount.

Its not my mistake but I suffered.

High Electricity Bill

I have been charged an amount of Rs.2660 for unis cosued 338 fpor the month of May 2017 againt the consumer No:-Consumer No. 16048231000

I was out of station for 15 days in the month of May and my house was totaly locked. I do not use AC

I am simply clueless aboyut this. I believe the meter reading eas not done properly either or thre must be illegal tapping ging on.

Kindly resolve this.

Excess billing

I live alone in my apartment and was away in Europe away from Kolkata between 6th May till 2nd June 2017. My apartment was locked and lift & air conditioners switched off. Nevertheless I got an electricity bill for over Rs. 7000 for this period. This is totally unacceptable and has to be examined & revised.
