am Yashika student of BBA (2019-2022)of Institute of technology and science,Mohan nagar, Ghaziabad.
I had submitted an exam form of UG regular odd on 12/02/2021.I made a fees payment online by Union bank of India.After three attempt my form fee was submitted as the university site screen shows unpaid fee in first two attempt but the amount was deducted from my account thrice of Rs 2014 each .so i just want my money back of two earlier attempt of Rs 4028.I also contacted with the college they said only university can refund the amount .I also contacted on the phone number mentioned on university site so many times but there is no response.I slso mailed to the university but there is no response for it.I have all the proof that my money is deducted via Chaudhary charan singh university,merrut . please help me to get my money back
