reversal of late fee, overlimit fee and cheque return fee

Respected sir,
I am ashok kumar sah holder of credit card no. (############ 2220) of your bank (HDFC). I request you to please reverse my late fee,overlimit fee,cheque return fee etc as I have paid the amount on time and I am very old and regular customer of your bank. so please reverse it as soon as possible as I have have paid on time.

ONE ASSIST FALSE DEDUCTION FROM CARD 5520881000030950

Dear Sir,
I am using HDFC bank credit card since last 5 years.
My credit card no is ################. I was repeatedly getting call from a person name "Arnab" from HDFC Dallhousie, kolkata on NOV, 2015. He already got all my information regrading HDFC card. At least 14 times he called me for ONE ASSIST protections for hdfc credit card. He told me it wont take any charge for ONE ASSIST protection. Initially Rs 1799 would be charged and then amount would be returned back immediately. This guy was claiming, he was from HDFC bank. I believed as he was aware my card number as well as mobile number.

RS 1799/- Debited from my credit card on 16/11/2015(ONE ASSIST MFEE) and this amount has been deducting from my credit card on 3 EMI with interest. I was not informed for the EMIS even. So I have loosed almost 2000rs.
This is very pathetic to me.
I was not interested for any kind of protections like ONE ASSIST if charge was applicable. But this guys made a false promise the charge will be free. The amount would be credited immediately.
On Jan,2016 I came to know ONE ASSIST is different entity from HDFC bank.
I have not received any document for it.
I was realised that I was completely fooled by this ONE ASSIST person name called ARNAB (this may be fake name)

I was just wondering if this person is not from HDFC how he got all this my personal information regrading HDFC card and called me for ONE ASSIST.

HDFC may have tie up with ONE ASSIST. But it is your responsibility to protect your customers from any false promise.

I am very prospective customers to HDFC bank.
I am very disappointed for this incident. I am requesting you to take strong action against it. I wan to get back 2000 rs back and do not want any kind of false promise from any third party agent like ONE ASSIST.

Credit Card late payment fee charges

HI , Sir/Madam
My name is Lokesh Srinivasa , I have a credit card with your bank (############-9854) , I would kindly request you to waive off late fee , service charges , etc on my card as i was out of job due to medical ailment and financial constrain , I have also made a payment of 29,000 in the month of September 2015 and was not able to clear the balance on my card , My kind hearted request to you to advise me the outstanding amount to be paid to clear all my dues to the bank that has supported me through my bad days and i would like to inform i would be able to make a final paymnt of Rs 35,000 which i could arrange with great difficulty due to my medical ailment , I would kindly request you to help me with this issue and advise me at the earliest as my card is in payment blocked status as per the telephonic conversation that i had with your customer services representative shubha on the 15/02/2016 . EMI conversion

My personal banker Mr. Kiran came to me to do a policy of HDFC life. On his request I did a policy on a condition that the payment is in EMI. I got policy document in November 2015. The policy no. is 18058075 with ID 95174034. The sum assured is Rs.36000. My personal banker came to me when taking the details along with a HDFC employee. In December I asked about conversion of policy. Mr. Kirak told Okay and it will be done. But not done. Again in January i reminded about EMI. It will be done. But not not done. Even in February on 8th I called Kiran to convert into EMI with out fail. He told he will do. But today i got the bill with Rs.800 as a extra payment towards 36000/ not paid. Even after getting the bill I called My personal banker and informed the extra amount. He said that Rs.800 will be cancelled and Rs36000 will be converted to EMI. Again I called Customer services and they told me that the amount Rs.800 can not be cancelled. Now Irequest allHDFC officials who are concerned with this to cancel MY HDFC policy No.18058075 and cancel Rs.800.
My personal banker told me that he will collect policy tomorrow for cancellation. Please do not give wrong assurences to customers.

double payment to one assist.

I have made the payment of Rs.1599,21 to One assist on 15,12,2015 through the credit card No.4854xxxxxxxx6828. this payment is made to add my wife's name in my membership as per One assist advice. Now i found that you have again made a payment of Rs.1299 to this party without informing us on 10.01.2016 by EMI mode. Please arrange to refund the payment immediately. Hence forth do not pay any payment without my consent.
Hope you will do the needful.

finance charges

in my Jan bill there are reversals for late fee but inspite of that there are finance charges service tax etc.which should be reversed by you.Your ATM at thane west on service road Paanch pakhadi, I always put my payment cheque there but I don't know for what reason it reaches you very late.For that reason late payment charges are shown in my bill for last two three times,but reversed immeadiately after request.This time the change of year 2015 to 2016 confused me & mistake in date happened causing no payment but I immeadiately made payment online after calling your Executive and confirming of subtracting the finance charges.But in current bill due 11/02/2016
again the finance charges are there.So kindly wave off the the charges and check the cheque collection at thane west ATM

PAYMENT RETURN CHARGES

I am Mr. Umesh r s, holder of credit card no. ################.

I had dropped a cheque # 843571 for Rs. 17244.00 dated 17-12-2015 drawn on State Bank Of India on 17/12/2015 in Rajaji Nagar 3Rd Block,, Esi Hospital Main Road, Rajaji Nagar 3Rd Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010 branch against the payment of bill with statement date 06/12/15.

however the cheque was not en-cashed. I dont know where the cheque is... I was not informed by the bank anything about the misplaced cheque. It certainly is not my fault for non payment or delay..... I raised a complaint for not payment of cheque to HDFC customer care, they told to block the check and drop new one and they told charges for blocking of cheque will not apply .

Then i dropped another cheque 843572 on 31/12/2013. that cheque also not en-cashed.

From HDFC bank i got call to make immediate payment , then i made payment of 30634 on 7th Jan 2016 thru bill desk. still after payment made also, they charged 63+2.25+450 rupees two times for payment return charges on 21-01-2016. I request you to reverse the payment return charges .plz do needful.

reverse my credit card extra charges

dear sir,i am shahnawaz akhtar and my credit card no is ############ 3146.after the cancellation of medi claim policy HDFC ERGO ref noPN14072015000660,I received a sms of overdue of Rs 1550.16.For this overdue the the card is now blocked since october 2015.after that i also received three more sms with extra charges.when my card is not in used then how did come extra charges.My request is only that please reverse all the charges and make my card for use.thanks.

waive of charges for new card

Dear Sir,
I got a new credit card (due to earlier card validy completion) from HDFC and it was instructed to activity card thorugh ATM. I went to ATM and inserted the card and the card din't come out of the ATM. I talked to custeomet care and they told that I have to lodge a card lost complaint and told I will be charged for it. But I clarified the person (custermer care) that due to none of my mistake, I lost the card and there was no board or sign in front of the ATM that it was 'out of order' and hence it is not correct to chage me for the new card. He agreed and told the charges shall be waived. Now in the cridit card bill (for this month), I have to pay the fee for the new card. I request you to waive the fee for the card as there is no fault/carelessness on my part.

Fraud Call Received

I have received call from 7800203826 and 9648450259 asked my credentials(by mistake i have provided them with details) and they tried to attempt to misuse my card but fortunately they didn't succeed. I would request you to take some necessary action on this numbers.

For time being i have blocked my card for security reasons.

Reverse of late fees charges

I am Mr. Shantisaroop gupta, holder of credit card no. ################. I had dropped a cheque on 16/12/2015 in thakur complex (kandivali-e) branch against the payment of bill with statement date 03/12/15. however the cheque was not en-cashed. I dont know where the cheque is... I was not informed by the bank anything about the misplaced cheque. Whether the cheque had any errors, I was not informed.... It certainly is not my fault for non payment or delay.... Also the bank called me for payment after the due date(23/12/15) on 07/01/16 and I immediately cash deposited the bill amount on 08/01/2016. I request you to reverse the late fee charges as I am a loyal customer ...

HDFC credit card due date

I am using HDFC credit card on past 2 years, last 6 months i am very much struggling for payment due date change in my bill date and due date on payment, they changed suddenly my due date without my knowledge and information, already i have some payment is there same date so unable to pay my card payment so please considered and change my due date previously, my name is Mrs. Velmani.M,

charges levied on the credit card

I am classic customer with cust id 51051169 in your bank,I got a card ending no.6666 against the name of Harbhajan Singh,
while issuing the card,issuing charges was levied for the card,and after 5 months when I was getting it upgrade,again membership fee of apprx rs 650/- was levied.

what is the benefir of classic customer and in 5 months,after second time if i am paying charges for 1200/-,I don't think its a fair information for the customer.

if i would have got knowledge for the charges,I must not accept the offer for the card.

My sincerely request to you is to refund my charges which I had paid for the mis-communication from your end.

credit card disapproved
