HDFC bank cheating and deducting extra amount in name of AUTO PAY

My HDFC credit card ending with ****7838

I am holding HDFC CC from more than 2 years and registered for Auto Pay. I observed for few months and i found that the auto pay i set is working and the monthly CC amount is deducted from my account. This way they (HDFC bank) gained my believe. But today i observed that from last 3 months they stated deducting minimum amount instead of full amount and started charging Financial amount on my card.
I am lucky that i observed this cheating by HDFC bank with in 3 months. Otherwise, they keep on charging to card in the name of Auto pay by deducting only minimum amount.

I request HDFC to revert the amount they deducted/taken from my linked account in name of financial charges.
Also, i want to know why you changed Auto pay to Minimum amount pay ? Its not me i know.

Tried to reach out to Call center but they are rude providing each details and just say to drop mail to [email protected] We then have to follow-up with them.
Bad HDFC customer care services.

I am can't pay any charges

Dear Sir,
I am ratnesh kumar my account number=50100153197643 & my credite card number=################ have a credit card life time free but ,But I knew a few days ago that it is chargeable So I turned off the card,Because i am can't paying any charges

Request for EMI Option

Hi Team,

Card no : **** **** **** 3114
I have been paying this card for about 1 and half years and i am unable to pay it completely as i am paying only the minimum amount due just to avoid being a defaulter. I have paid more than the total amount due for this card. I got this card when i was working but after that i had to quit my job because i delivered a baby and currently i am a single mother with one yr old baby in hand and with no job at hand. I live in my parents house.I don't have the capacity to pay the total amount or little extra amount due to my situation. I kindly request the bank to provide me EMI option so i can clear the balance in the card.Please request to consider my situation and do the needful.

Unnasarry premium in my cradit card

My self j Mishra. I have HDFC Credit card ending with 2764 On dated 16 Jan 2018 from my account amount been Rs 6418/- automatically renewal to Hdfc Ergo without my confirmation .We have cancel this premium but this premium is also bill generated. We are regularly call to credit card department & HDFC ERGO but this premium is also bill generated.
Please resolve my issue on urgent basis.

Invalid call from 01166522245 (HDFC)

I want an answer from the bank as to why did I get a call for money submission. The last date is 20.03.18 and the people concerned have started calling me already. What authority does the bank have to give a call so soon, so frequently and for no valid reason? Kindly look into the matter and make sure that I don't get a call 17 days in advance. If I, as a customer is so much of a problem to the people concerned, you may block my card. I assume that I will not get any further calls without a reason.

Amount debited my credit card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My self P Manimaran. I have HDFC Credit card ending with 8862.
On dated 11 Jan 2018 from my account amount been Rs11999/- automatically debited. For this amount no transactions ID generated & OTP also not come.
I already generated complaint to your customers service. Reff no - 6635429
As of now my Card also block. & Bill also generated.
Please resolve my issue on urgent basis.

statement of Expenditure not received

sir,

I am working as Dean, in Sree Balaji Medical College, Chromepet. i have been using Regalia HDFC Credit card from the month of Sep 2017, sofar i have paid month of October 2017 Rs.10,000/- month of November Rs.5000/- by way of Cheque of SBI West Mambalam which has been dropped at your HDFC ATM outlet Besant Nagar,

one of your person by name Mr.Pandian has spoken to me that the amount for the month of November is not received, same thing sent my email also, and i replyed along with statment of account obtained from SBI, but i have not received any reply and i have not received till date the expenditure statement for the month of December to be paid during the month of January 2018,

my Credit Card no.is ############ 7448, regarding this i have tried two times through costomer care, sofar no reply

you can understand my official postings and also busy schedule of work. kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

I have an account of HDFC bank, few days ago in this month of January2018 I accept a Dinner club credit card, but this card is not acceptable any punch machine except HDFC punch machin.

Refund the fined charge

This to inform that I Satish Kumar Sharma have been holding credit card of your bank (485499xxxxxx2976) Due to system auto deduction and due to unavailability of sufficient balance only ₹75 was less.And only for ₹75 left you fine me for ₹400 which is not good . This time reguest you to kindly reverse my all charges like fine fee 400 as late fee . I hv been paying my bills otherwise on time in d past. u track my record. May I request reversal of said amount this time . I will b careful in paying future bill on time.

Waive off uninformed credit card annual membership fee

Dear Authority,
I sincerely request the waiving off of annual membership fee of Rs.500 on my credit card bearing the number: xxxxxxxxxxxx3319 effectively immediately. My credit card was forcefully issued in September 2017 saying it's life time free with no charges but charged the annual membership fees. And let me inform you that this bank person DID NOT EVEN EDUCATE ME about this fee information prior to the FORCIBLY issuance of this mess credit card INSPITE OF ASKING HER WHAT IF I DONT USE IT AT ALL. She said I won't be charged . And till date It has not been used at all so far. I REALLY CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THIS FEE BECAUSE OF MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL CRISIS GOING ON. Also I am not interested in this credit card anymore as I'm HIGHLY dissapointed with this.
Please please please understand my problem Sir and help me in waiving off with this fee as it's not my fault that I was not educated well by the bank person on this credit card that is making my life harder now . Kindly request you to look into this matter as quick as possible as I got to know about this heavy fee on 20th November 2017 and the deadline date is on 09th Dec 2017.
Please Sir I deserve to have my peace and it is not a small amount to me as I'm the only working woman of my family . I can't afford to let it go .

One assist cancellation of credit card

Dear Sir/Mam,

The above refrence No. Is related to one assist service cancellation. This service is not activated from my side, i never know how this service is started with my credit card, in application form i have never selected this service option & also due of 1299 Rs/ are generated on my credit card.The one assist department had told to me this charges are not refundable, so please do something needfull and cancelled this service as soon as possible, also full refund are provided to me.

Credit card loan

I Mr. Ramesh Angadi has taken Insta loan of 108000 on Mar 2017. When I asked to know the total amount which I need to pay at closure of loan, the HDFC representative has told me that Rs 115076 will be the final amount including all charges.

I am shocked when I was looking at statement and calculating the total which is not matching to which representative has told i.e Rs 115076, instead it shows 116349. I have called to customer care on Nov 7, 2017 and came to know that it was without GST which was never explained by previous HDFC representative.

So, by all of this, HDFC bank cheating people with hidden charges. I want here management has go back and pull the voice record and take necessary action to avoid me to pay extra amount of 1274. If not, I am not going to pay that amount (Rs 1274) and will be closing the HDFC credit card. Also, I will make sure you guys has to answer in social network.

I am not any activated my credit card. That is Netflix... Please inform me And clear explains. And kindly request you to accept my mail, give me my payment.
