HDFC bank credit card

It is shameful for your bank that you are have shortage of manpower. You have no one verify the payment cheque's due date then place them. Suppose i am using your credit card. But I to travel a lot for my job. My salary date is 3rd or 4th of every month but there is any holiday in between it takes time. My credit card due date is 8th of every if i drop my cheque on 1st becouse I have to leave city. My intention is clear and honest. I always pay on time this as i am leaving early i dropped​ my cheque early. I wrote clearly my due date on cheque. HDFC bank placed my cheque on 1st without verifying the date. My bank dishonoured that cheque as it was post dated. Where is my fault I want to know? Why should I pay late fees to HDFC bank? I take this to media people should know this.

One Assist Membership

Deactivation of one assist and refund of money
Without any consent from card holder, HDFC deducted money for plan activation
I didn't get any call to activate this one assist Membership. But they are automatically debited my HDFC credit card.

Please do needful to refund the charge.

Don't activate this type of subscription in future. Without my knowledge.

If not I will cancel My account in HDFC BANK account.

I have been holding credit card of your bank (545964xxxxxx2792) Due to some serious family issues I cant pay in timely. In this time i will reguest you to kindly reverse my all charges like overlimit fee 500 and 750 as late fee n gst charges. I hv been paying my bills otherwise in time in d past. u track my record. reverse the extra deduct charges

Maximum payment due

Sir , I am sending mail after and there is no response and I am waiting patiently, for your response. your are not, Interested responding
Please give me one good reason as to why? If am waiting a quick response,
1) I want you to reduce my Maximum payment of Rs 28,464 and make it at least 25,000 so I can arrange to make before my due date, to avoid for further Interest.
2) So I can go ahead and make payment of the of the E.M.I which is out standing, from next month on I can pay my E.M.I till the loan is completed.
3) To be honest not once I was told about this Maximum has to be closed. to avoid interest. hence forth in mere future, please ask customer service update the customer.
for a smooth going, Please hep and cooperate. ASAP. treat this as Urgent the person I spoke to who called me and took my O.T.P
and disconnected my call, tried calling He is not responding.If no action is taking place.

Refund of Money from ONE ASSIST

Back year 2016-2017 One assist call me and provide me services free of cost. I show my credit card bill But what the hell?? I was charged with the cost. As per telephonic discus with ONE ASSIST they denied discontinue of service and give me one Lollypop as a discount of cost and I pay amount as installment one year.

I informed you that ONE ASSIST continues own services for Second Year 2017-2018. I have no received any call of Customer Care from ONE ASSIST.

Again What The Hell?? I show my credit card bill For The Month of August 2017. I was charged with the cost. I call back Customer Care telephonic discus with ONE ASSIST they denied discontinue of service and Second Time give me one Lollypop as a discount of cost.

I am not interested in ONE ASSIST services. They are Two Time Fraud and Cheating with me.

I request to H.D.F.C. CUSTOMER SERVICES not to debit my Credit Card account by amount of ONE ASSIST.

Kindly arrange a refund my money from ONE ASSIST for the financial year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.

Sir,
It is submitted that, with due regard, I, Narender Kumar, is a customer of your esteemed HDFC Bank. As a customer of your bank, I was in receipt of Credit Card No..############-2164. Unfortunately, I lost my said credit card on 18-06-2017 and the same was reported immediately at the Customer Care Officer of your Bank. An amount of Rs.1110/- was credited in my Credit Card. The said amount was confirmed vide Mobile Message AM-HDFCBK dated 18-06-2017 at 2:11 pm.

Further the Executive of Customer Care of your Bank gave me an alternate Account No.################. In this connection, I have made visits four to five times to the HDFC Branch at Kurukshetra (Shop No.1-5, Kalawati Market, Railway Road, Kurukshetra) to deposit the said Amount well in time. But the branch has told that the alternate Account Number is not correct and the amount could not be deposited in time.
After that the Branch Manager gave me my Credit Card No..############-2164. While deposited the said amount, the Branch asked to deposit Rs.2221.42/-.(Rs.1110+ late fee Rs.400+ GST Rs.211+ Annual Charge Rs.500). It is to make mention that I am not liable to pay late fee, GST and annual charges as delay is caused by the Bank. The agent informed me at the time of taking Credit Card that Annual Charges has been waived off from your file.

Again it is my humble request to kindly resolved the matter at the earliest by making arrangement to deposit the said amount Rs.1110/- only and closing of Credit Card account permanently.

Consolidated deduction

unable to reach customer care

hi,

I got snap deal (500/year) credit card one year before.but I asked for free credit card.so i dint generate pin.
now I am getting fee(575) for that. regarding this issue I am unable to contact customer care. even i went to hdfc bank and asked them to connect they could not when entering my last 4 digits of credit card number followed by #.
and when i called to the representative from whom i got this,she is telling it is not her who distributed to me that card. but I am having messages as evidence.

1.I cant pay for which i haven't used and asked.
2.even i am unable to generate pin for this credit card to pay.
3.unable to reach customer care to solve this issue.

rejection of Credit card

Hi Hdfc,
I , GOURAV DE,an employee of HCL Technologies NOIDA is having my salary account with HDFC bank for the past 15 months . I have applied for credit card twice or thrice and Everytime it gets rejected for unknown reasons. If it's for local address verification I have no clue for the reason why it gets rejected as I am staying in the address mentioned in the application and I am a present employee of HCL Technologies Pvt LTD whose salary account is in your bank.
I have decided to close my account as I don't enjoy added perks with your bank, whereas other Banks ate offering me salary account openings with many privileges including credit card.
So kindly provide me with a valid reason behind rejecting my credit card Everytime or else I would look out to open up my salary account with other Banks who are offering me privileges including credit card against my salary account.

Hi Team,

this is to inform u that i lost my credit card 6months back and i already blocked the card through phone banker.There was some amount left to be paid in that card which i will pay by this month or the next .But i want to inform u that i no longer want to continue with hdfc and after paying the leftover amount i don't want any further credit card bills or any service bills regarding my credit card as it is already blocked and i dont want to reissue it. so, kindly do the needful from ur end and close my credit card account after i pay the due amount and don;t sent any more statements after the due amount is cleared.

Reversal of late fee and service charges

Hi team.
I have been paying my credit card (4893xxxxxxxx3044)bill thru HDFC bank ATM. Due to inadequate balance in my hdfc ac I preferred to pay d bill thru local SBI cheque . Amount was credited in credit card ac late due bank holiday. To my surprise I learnt in my current statement an additional charges of RS 700 and 1202 as late fee n service charges. I hv been paying my bills otherwise in time in d past. May I request reversal of said amount this time . I will b careful in paying future bill in time. Thanks.

Upgradation of Credit Card

Hi,


My CC no ############ 3111.


This is to inform you that i got a letter from HDFC stating that "we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your upgradation/Conversion request". Basis of combination of financial and related criteria and/ or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility and operating/credit processes which included a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verification.

From the above statement I would like to understand from the bank that what type of document verifications you did and why my CBIL report is not matching. As per me my CBIL score is 800 and above. And I maintain absolute financial decipline. There were no cheque bounces and late payments at all.

I personally feel it is an insult to me when it is mentioned basis of my CBIL as well.

And please make me understand why I shouldn't complain the same to Complaint Cell ? And how can you justify your statement ?

If I don't get the appropriate responce I am forced to move ahead to approach Complaint Cell.
