Card balance. (credit card)

Hi Team,

This is with regards to my credit card no: ################ which i purchased in the year 2014 and they told its life time free card which I did not used for 2 years at the end of the year i got some annual charges so i called the customer care and explained the scenario stating the same. so far that they told I have to pay the amount and i Negotiated again and told no amount is due from your side.
Now I have blocked the card and closed the card but still whenever I'm applying for loan and credit card newly in my cibil score it is showing negative amount should be paid and loan and credit cards are getting rejected.

Please contact me and solve this issue at the most.

BALANCE AMMOUT CANVART EMI

With due regards i ll like to ask for some help on my CREDIT CARD- ################

Currently due to some personal family medical problems, i have been paying my minimum amount from last 3-4 months..but as per various bank charges the card again goes to negative and as per the minimum pay is being washed out also the amount stands as usual...my credit outstanding is 74300 i want to convert the total amount in EMI

So please if the bank can help me anyhow in this would be surely very helpful, like conversion of amount in EMI`s or providing a loan or any other offer like wise with which i can get my account settled down ...

This is all due to some medical problem which cannot be planned or pre thought off. any help would be appreciable...

Abruptly reduced credit limit

Dear Banker
I need to know, why my credit limit got surprisingly and abruptly reduced by 66%. Now I am getting only 1/3rd value of my previous credit limit.
I never made any faults in repayments, and being a reputed MNC employee, I deserve atleast Rs 120000/- limit keeping my gross salary in view.
Earlier, I was using my HDFC credit card with caution to save my credit limit for my future plans as I am planning to buy a car next month for my sister's wedding but due to such abrupt and unjustified reduction, I find it almost impossible.
Please help me out in this regard resuming my credit limit to the previous.
You people can check my banking details for your reference. Usually I keep more than Rs 50000/- in my salary account which is more than Rs. 120000/- currently.
your cooperation is highly required this time.

Reversal-credit card

I Dadi Vasavi Swetha holding the credit card of your good Bank bearing no ############ 3161. I would like to appraise and humbly request to keep a note of the below and hope that my request is taken into consideration as may / or may not be attributed unto me.

1, My relevant previous history of payments - a prompt payer and never defaulted
2. huge payments have paid earlier and ready to pay the dues today also
3. I have migrated and reallocated my self abroad from NOV 19 2016
4. The last credit browsed was around 7500
Adding to the above as I was abroad I did not receive any alerts or sms leading to creeping up of the amount to be 10000.00 odd within this three months with penalties and late payments. I do not want to move into blaming each other for the occurrences.
Therefore as a good will gesture I would rather request to reverse / deduct the excess amount ( penalties and late payment amount). I leave it on to your good self to decide enabling me to pay and clear the discrepancy.
Request to knowledge the mail with your favorable decision for me to take necessary further action, Also request for a prompt / speedy reply as i will be leaving shortly

Regarding FIRST YEAR MEM FEE INCL ST & CESS

I was informed that your credit card no. 4163XXXXXXXX6755 is free for 1 year, after doing atleast 1 transaction in 3 months.But what the hell ?? I was charged with the cost of 575 within a month even after doing 2 transactions.This is cheating and fraud. This is very unexpected and unaccepted also. I want my money back which was showing as an annual fees , otherwise i will take some strict actions.
I don't want to use hdfc credit card anymore. so block my credit card also

cash back for procuring tv on hdfc card not given

I have procured Sony LED KLV-32R12D TV from Tirumala Music centre vide Invoice No.AS/1617/CR-413 dated 25.10.16, the cash back offer was 3.5% on billed amount Rs.24000/- It was informed HDFC phone banking the amount may be credited in the month of January 2017. It is already one month over please credit the amount immediately

Password issue

Credit card monthly statements along with jumbo loan statement were not opening neither with first four letters in capitals of card and last four numbers of card, similarly I used first four letters in capitals followed by date and month,
Due to this every month I am facing issue, pls do rest the monthly statement password by as early as possible

Amount not credited
