Regarding of Finance charges and late Feef for Credit card

My name is Suresh Arwal. A Customer of your bank.I am using your (HDFC )bank credit card.My card no is ################ my credit card bill/statement was 40097.82 for 06/11/2016 but unfortunately I am not deposit this payment due to Govt announce 08/11/2016 current currency not accepted then bank was fully crowded so I am not deposit due bill in under time limit.
but this bill regarding bank finance charges and late fee shows my next month bill.
Kindly requested to you sir/madam cancelled my bill/statement finance charges and late fee.

Reversal of finance charges

i have get a my new credit card today and a am successful change my pin but i m not able to any transaction on my credit card . am swap my card 2 -3 time but machine show transaction Declined .

Reversal of Finance charges in statment dt. 19-10-16
Dear Sir,
My reg. mobile no. 9890955844. I have made payment of Rs 17566/- cheque on 05-10-16 at HDFC Bank, Kotwal nagar branch ,ring road Nagpur. (In drop box) for statement dt. 19-09-16.i. e. 5 days before due date.
Still then for no fault of mine you have charge me fees. I am using this card from last many years but this think happened first time with me.
I request you, reversal of Finance charges Rs 575.52 as early as possible,so that I can pay my bill in time.

I have a credit card from HDFC monyback.I am totally disappointed with your service.You are cheating with me.Policy activate from your side without my knowledge.Amount-878,Loan no-0000000000023721146 act on 15th Sep 2016.Amount-9573,policy no-52236647,Loan no-0000000000024231194 act on 18th Oct 2016.I am not interested in any policy .And totally disappointed with your service.All your executive cheating with me.They are not properly behave with me.Today I called and the executive received call tasnim did not know how to talk with customer.Anathoer agent sarmista cheating with me.pls kindly refund my money and cancelled all my policy.

I,Ravinder Paul Singh is the captioned credit card holder and have never defaulted in
making payments as a result of which my credit limit grew from Rs.25000/= to Rs. three lakhs.
but to my great dismay, a bill for Rs.4770=71 (RS.2100 usage plus penal charges )
has been sent for payment.In this connection I have to submit that before going
abroad on 05.06.2016 for about four months even the latest usage of 20.05.2016
was paid on 31.05.2016. Details are as under from Jan.2016

CARDS-EMI CONVERSION
Dear HDFC bank Team,
With due regards i ll like to ask for some help on my CREDIT CARD- 5459********4276.
Currently due to some personal family medical problems, i have been paying my minimum amount from last 3-4 months..but as per various bank charges the card again goes to negative and as per the minimum pay is being washed out also the amount stands as usual...at the credit limit of 60 k per month paying 5 k approx without any further uses accounts to around 12 months to clear the balance but as per schedule whats going on it seems that for lifelong if i pay 5 k monthly the amount would stand as usual..
So please if the bank can help me anyhow in this would be surely very helpful, like conversion of amount in EMI`s or providing a loan or any other offer like wise with which i can get my account settled down ...
This is all due to some medical problem which cannot be planned or pre thought off. any help would be appreciable...

First I would like to introduce my self.My name is Mithilesh kahnani.A customer of your bank.
I and my whole family is a customer of hdfc bank for the past 14years.my dad has a fixed deposit of around 70 lakhs with your bank.we have been giving u the business whenever we need and whatever it is like personal loan,car loan or home loan,we choose only hdfc bank.We belive only in the customer services.I was having very good faith in Hdfc bank but I was disappointed.My sister has received a credit card of hdfc bank but till now I she has never received the statement.I would like to tell u that when u appoint the executive for doing the business,give them a proper training because while filling the form of credit card he has mentioned a wrong mail id created by his own.You people cant imagine how difficult is to make the payment without any knoledge.I had been calling to the customer care but you know how the executive response is.But any way Thank you.

I have a request to you please make my due payments EMI which i have to paying you bacause past 15 to 20 days back i was suffring from dengue & Viral fever in between have faced to much problem and i have loose my job. so i have a request ( Humble request ) to you please please make a EMI of my due payment .

Wrong payment for LIC premium.
Dear sir,my card no ################.I have register ed smart pay system to pay LIC premium(po.no.702160048)on26.7.16.premium date 18.8.16(Rs.7379)but i have received SMS from your c.card section on 23.8.16 as following,
This time cannot pay the premium amount and paid by your self because smart pay system activated from next month.
Then I paid the premium amount through netbanking on 23.8.16 &I got the recipet from Lic.
Today (10.9.16)I have received SMS from your c.card section Rs.7379 as debited for policy no.702160048 through smart pay system,which is already paid myself so immediately credit the amount Rs.7379 to my c.card.kindly do the needful.
