Regarding credit card

Dear sir/madam,
I M Anil Kr singh from jubilant life sciences Ltd Gajraula. I have
paid my bill on 2.9.16 by evening but still it's not updated.
I have been calling to call center since yesterday morning but he did
not respond, for that I have spent so much money but din't get any
benefit till now.
actually sir I need following,
1) I want to extend billing date instead of every 1 date of moth That
could be 5th of every month.
2) when card was got in jubilant premises during HDFC camp, its told
by HDFC, card limit will be 75 thousands but right now it is only 24
thousands. let me know why ?
3) calling way to customer care is very lengthy and expensive. can it
be easy to talk to customer care for resolving our problems.
pl help me and give me positive response as soon as possible.

Reason for the disapproval of credit card

Hi Team,

I, Ansi Punnoose K opened my salary account in HDFC on June,2016. I also applied for the credit card with the below application reference number.

Application Reference Number : 16071218300460S2

I handed over my documents to HDFC executive 2 times and also completed the verification call successfully. Again my status is disapproved.
Kindly provide the Reason for Disapproved Credit Card. Also mention what i want to do next for receiving credit card.

Clearence of Crdit Card amount - Reg - Req.

With regards of your kindsevles, this is to state that I have paid my complete dues stands for Rs.5,460/-., against my Credit Card No. ############ 3908. ID No.54017724 in the month of April, 2016 itself on the demand of your Bank Staff one Miss.Srawani.

However even before making due amount I had repeatedly asked the concerned authorities to make ity sure about the exact amount to be paid on my part. Whereas it was intimated to me that the outstanding amojunt was it paid by me as noted above towards outstanding amount was final payment. Accordingly I have paid the full amount in HDFC Bank, Hyderabad. Informed the same to your bank requesting to issue certificate of final settlement. Where as there has been no response from your end.

This is for your kind information and take immediate action to issue final settlement certificate against my credit card.

As such this is to state that, I have paid my complete due amount against my credit card based only ont he records of your Bank and there is no need to make further payment to be done on my part.

May I therefore request your kind-selves to look into the matter personally and settle this issue at the earliest to avoid mental inconvenience to me. Otherwise I will be compelled to knock the door of justice approaching to Hon'ble Consmer Forum.

So many times I have sent representation to the Credit Card Manager, Credit Card Dept., but there is no satisfy reply to settle this minor issue. So once again I am requesting to your kind to settle this matter imediately and send the Final settlement letter as I dont have any dues from my side. I am not interesting to use this credit card and ready to submit to u.

HDFC Credit card rejection

Hi Team,

My Name is kamalanathan, Holding my salary account in HDFC from Past one year.

By checking all the eligibility I have applied & provided the complete & necessary information. I have applied for second time but your executive didn't give correct response why should i will use this account my transactions for monthly more then Rs.50000-/-
this time also not give correct response plan to close my account.


Again two weeks back I had applied for credit card where my take home is 15,150.00 but status which I have received that my application is rejected.

fine for late clearance

I have made payment of rs.2071/- by chq no.12 drawn on BOB Chembur br., Mumbai, on 21.07.2016 at your Chembur branch, Mumbai, for the payment due on 23.07.2016. I have personally dropped the cheque in the drop box kept in the branch on 21.07.2016. You can verify the same from CCTV of your Chembur br., Mumbai.

I regret to note that an amount of rs. 400/- charged to my account as late fee along with service tax of rs.371.41 and cess etc.

The cheque deposited by me on 21.07.2016 was cleared on 28.07.2016. You can observe from my account that for the past more than THREE YEARS I am making payment of credit card bills on or before 23rd of every month.

You are requested to reverse the fine along with all charges debited to my account.

Decline medical insurance claim

I use your company policy from more than 3 years when I need this you decline the claim and the reason which you given I cannot understand and for this I go to consumer court and I boycott all your service whether it is credit card or something else in future and I didn't expect this from your company.

Credit Card Application Status Not Found

I have applied for a credit card and had received a reference number as 16062218362450E1 on my mobile number to check the status of my card application online.

However, it has been 4 weeks now and there is no status online for the application and it always says "No Records Found".

I have been calling the customer service number, 033-6160-6161 and all the representatives have been giving me the same information and have been telling me that they cannot give any further information to me.

Please check and let me know of what has happened to my card application.
