Wrong Recharge

Hi Shrikant H here the existing consumer of Videocon D2h service as i hold 2 account the details are:
1. Account No. 218697370 ( IN USE )
2. Account NO. 138476696. ( CLOSED ACCOUNT )
I had made a recharge of Rs. 954/- ( Nine hundred and Fifty Four Rupees ) on Dt. 20/09/19 at 5:31 PM with my debit card number ending with 7145 and account no. engine with 6161 and the Transaction Id : ############ & Order Id : 1384766961568980562 by mistake I have made the recharge on my old customer account which is not in use and deactivated.
i request you to kindly transfer the same amount of Rs. 954/- to my account no. 218697370 so that i can enjoy the service.

Able to view unselected channels

Hi team, even though I have spoken multiple times on 20th & 21st April to D2h customer care to deactivate below channels but still I am able to view these channels. These below channels are not part of my package which I selected.

My account no. 60290351

I don't know whether I am still paying for these below unwanted channels. Pls help me to sort out pending complaint.

No proper service

Dear,
As we are connecting D2H coustomer care either its busy, not reachable , or Dissconected for many times .
we have already paid the amount on our id 25505680 still lot of channel are not activated .
we also went on net for the location of the D2H Its showing its on Pulachi wadi Deccan but its not locatable .How to log a complaint to the Coustomer care we are feedup with them .

The registered no was 9960089962 But now a days my father is carring the cell & he cant hear proper .
We also want to change the registered no but very diffcult to contact the coustomer care for the same.

service is stopped before due date

Sir, i I have registered complaint no.547831620 dt .4.12.2017 due to closing service before expiry date.However again i made payment on dt.3.12.17 & 5.12.17. after that i have received sms from videocon d2h on dt.5.12.17 that your bal is 549/- & due date is 23.1.2018 but my service is stopped before around 7 days.The sms screen shot is attached. this co .is cheating customer. & they never reply to their complaint. Still they not resolved my complaint as mentioned above. kindly take proper action expected reply .

सर जी जब सेट बॉक्स वारंटी में था तब भी MAI रिस्टार्ट की बात कहा था .तब आप के श्रीमान इंजिनियर साहब ने कहा ठीक है (दो बार चेक करके गये) जब वारंटी खत्म हो गयी तो बोले 150RS लगेगा .मैंने कहा ठीक है लगा दिया जाय तो आप के इंजिनियर साहब आये ही नही .सर आज ५.१0.२०१५ को इंजिनियर साहब आये तो 45MINAT तक चेक किये बोले की बॉक्स चेंज करना पड़ेगा और 275RS लगेगा .सर जी आप के इंजिनियर जी.........??? जब वारंटी में था तब भी मै यही कहा की बॉक्स चेंज किया जाय ....दुबारा आप से मेरी बिनती है मेरा बॉक्स चेंज कएने की कृपा कीजियेगा .आप का ग्राहक अरुण कुमार

आदरणीय सर जी आप को बताना चाहुगा .जब मै दूसरी सेट बॉक्स लगवाया तब से वारंटी के अंतिम दिन तक और ५.१०.१५ के बीच मै कितनी बार कम्पलेन किया है आप जानकारी प्राप्त कास सकते है कस्टमर केयर से .......हर बार मुझे कुछ न कुछ कह कर टाल दिया गया है...
सर जी मेरी शिकायत यह है की मेरा सेट बॉक्स १ मिनट २ मिनट या ३ ४ ५ ..१०..कभी भी रिस्टार्ट हो जाता है.जब वारंटी में था तब कहा गया अगली बार .वारंटी ख़त्म तो 150rs कहा गया .आप के श्रीमान इंजिनियर साहब बोल गये आये ही नही ..अब जब सेकंड में रिस्टार्ट हो रहा है.तो मै ५.१०.२०१५ को कस्टमर केयर फोन किया तो 425rs मांगा जा रहा है..
सर जी मेरी कोई गलती नही है. मै चाहूगा आप ही कुछ निर्णय दे.
