Dear Sir,

our TV Connection No 69471644 are working from long time. due to best service as per our requirement we applied new another D2H connection from approximately before 7 days. Tomorrow your technician 6 PM come to my home for new d2 h setting new connection. After setting the fist proses demand Rs 2670/- for new connection and service charges. we are immediate pay the amount and require the payment receipt of above amount but your technician refuse to take any receipt to me. After our demand
receipt of this amount your technician use ruff language for me and our old and new connection disturbed.

We are request you please connect our ( new and old ) both connection disc service immediately and arrange our payment receipt and instruct to your technician for the good behave from customer.

we hope that you will take action on my complaint and conform to me.

Worst Service, website, customer care not responding

Dear Sirs,
I have been a customer of Videocon d2H HD since 2013. My customer ID is 93792110. After the TRAI guidelines I tried several times to choose only those channels which I would like to watch. But unfortunately only the firms given combo packs are being accepted.Right to choose is not being allowed. What use is the TRAI guideline?
I have called the customer care on 91156 91156 but the number cannot be connected in spite of several attempts. At last could connect, but the response and the tone of the personnel is so rude that there is no positive outcome. I have opted as per the TRAI guidelines on Jan 30/31, 2019. When contacted, they said I haven't chosen.My option was removed some how. Then again I opted the channel and saved. Even then when contacted, they said it is not done. At last when I have chosen Platinum South HD, it worked, which also telecasts the channels which I do not want and have to pay for that invariably. What is the point of TRAI being adopted by the d2h?
At last, after several attempts again I have recharged with Rs.667 towards the combo that was only being allowed to select. In spite of the recharge, several channels were not being telecast, especially all the telugu channels. E16-4 error is being displayed. Raised a complaint several times since yesterday. One of the customer care executive was so rude, that he did not even mute the call and was talking to his associate regarding the timing of their duties. Post which my call was put on hold for more than 15 min. I had to hang up the call.
Today in the morning, I was lucky to get the Customer care by the third try and at last, I was told that there could be a problem in the set top box and the executive would be coming to see whats wrong, for which I have to shell out another Rs.200/- towards service charge.
Before recharging and selecting the channels as per TRAI guidelines, all the channels used to be telecast, I don't understand why the same are not telecast after recharge as per the TRAI selected option.

Should this be the case with me, a Gazetted officer, what would be the state of those uneducated people, who do not know how to talk to customer care and resolve the issue.

I sincerely urge the concerned in Consumer Forum to take up the issue and do justice. All I ask for, is proper service delivery, beyond which is nothing asked for.
