Money deducted without any Reason

I have raised a request for relocation on last week of April.
They guy came 3 days after. The charge was 450 rupees. but that guy has taken 950 rupees from me.
After 1 month today i got a message that D2h has deducted 400 rupees as part of relocation charge from my account.
And My connection is disconnected now. I tried calling d2h ppl. Everytime they said they will connect to their supervisor and then the call gets disconnected.I need my account to be reactivated right now. i am not going to pay any more money.

I have videocon d2h it has 2 connection. First connection is not getting any channels. I have complaint to d2h customer care they are not responding. Please please help me sir.
