Videocon D2H Cheated with HD Omni offer many customers in Open

Videocon D2H Cheated with HD Omni offer many customers in Open

I am extremely unhappy with your pathetic Videocon d2h services. I am very much angry with vague customer care replies.

​​Videocon d2h has without my notice de-activated my 1 yr long term plan which I had activated on Jan 9, 2019. The package is OMNI HD. On calling the customer care, the executive advised the operator has moved me to individual channels subscription after the New TRAI guidelines came into effect. But on mentioning to them that TRAI has provided guidelines to D2H operators to oblige old long term plans of the customer, the CC executive are disconnecting the phone.

Under your OMNI HD plan! Is this a new way to cheat people? I want immediate resumption of services!

There are multiple issues here:
1) The D2H operator has without my consent moved me to the new TRAI package structure although I had opted for a long term 1 yr plan before the new guidelines became effective.

2) I had opted for OMIN HD 1yr package by paying Rs ​4999 upfront for 1 yr service. The expiry of which earlier was Jan 09, 2020. This has been reduced to now to 13th Sept, 2019 without my consent or knowledge or any written notification.

3) Multiple channels from the OMNI HD package channels bouquet have been blacked out by the D2H operator to force me to accept the new structure although I had opted for 1 yr pack and have paid in advance for 1 yr. Again without my consent.

Its my request you to please refund my money (Rs 4999/12 Months = Rs 417 Per month). You guys have resume my service in September. Rs 417*5 = Rs 2085 has to be refunded. From (Sept 19 to Jan 19).

Guys Need your Help Here Share As much as you can.
