Service issue

Dear daikan team,
Sorry to say your service team is very very bad impression and response
24th of may'18 purchase Daikin AC. after that 4 days before we found some issue in my AC and we was complaining in customer care but your Indore customer service team very bad response and rudely behaviour and no reply in last 4 days.

We facing this types response we never suggest buying new Daikin AC in my friend group

worst service provided

i gave a complaint with id 11597424 for leakage of water from ac,for which the mechanic from "AIR N FREEZ " SERVICE HAVE attended checked and reported as block in drain pipe n while repairing damaged the dain pipe n collected charges of 470 rupees and said they will come tomorrow for changing the drain pipe.on calling these AIR N FREEZ people they are not lifting the call n once they have cut the cal as soon as they lifed the call.....really bad experience....thought service persons from your company are genuine but i think local people are far better than diakin service.

FAULTY AC Unit

never buy Daikin AC, I have received FAULTY AC Unit but they are not agree to replace the unit. DAIKIN Installation guy already confirm that that the Fan of the out door unit is not working even after many attempts and need to be change but after a long follow up with DAIKIN customer care service they are forcing me for repair. which is totally unacceptable.

inverter AC not working since 3 months

My AC is under your senior manager since 3 months, and i have paid 50% of the repair charges also, still the AC is not repaired.

summer is on my head..

it is very shamful that daikin cannot repair a inverter ac in a span of 3 months..

i need to know whether they will be able to repair or not..

Mr Sunil and Mr Mk Rai is taking care of my case.

DAIKIN AC Remote Problem

Two years back we had purchased DAIKIN 1.5T Split AC. Today i.e. on 7th April, 2018 when we start AC through Remote, we found that Remote is not working. We gone to the Shopkeeper where we purchased the AC and he lodge complaint about Remote Control Problem to Daikin Customer Care. That day afternoon itself DAIKIN Service person came to check the Remote Control and without doing anything told us that they need to take Remote Control as it has some major problem and it will take 2 - 3 days to get it back. We asked them to show how to pull flap and where we need to install Battery. Even we told them that there is sign of Battery and in back side of Remote it is written instruction that whenever we are not using AC then we need to take out Battery from Remote Control for safety reason. But they refused that there is no battery system and remote works through some inner circuit system. We refused to give them Remote Control and they charged us Visiting Charge of Rs.531/- when we refused to pay they started odd behaviours. And ultimately we paid them Rs.250/- only. But, it is surprised to note that Service Personnel of DAIKIN are fooling us because when our regular AC Service Men came and we tell him that Remote Control is not working. He just pull the flap, change battery and AC start working through Remote.

See how the DAIKIN and their Service Personnel are fooling us. They make it business. Even they don't have literate person who knows about the AC / Remote Problem. They are just fooling us and charged us Visiting Charge every time they came.

AC Unit not delivered after 10 days of Purchase

Dear Team,

I have purchased a Daikin Inverter AC from one of your authorized dealer i.e Aermec Hvac Engineering Ltd., Hari Nagar on 29/03/2018. But I am surprised that Daikin authorized dealer is not able to deliver the UNIT after 10 days of Purchase. It is very deplorable and not accepted from such renowned company. I have also contacted many times to your customer support and your area sales manager Mr. Siddharta Jain (9711998717) & Mr. Amit (9599111584) but with no success.

It is requested to intervene into the matter and get deliver my unit ASAP.

I have purchased two Daikin Inverter AC in Oct 2015

The AC has break down a few times but repair cost was minor

Last week one AC stopped working. We tried calling Daikin customer care and gave them all mobile number we had and they refused to raise a call saying our mobile number is not registered

We called their local service center directly and they registered the call and came for inspection. On inspection they told that

1. compressor is damaged
2. Fan PCB is damaged
3. DC Fan Motor is damaged

So there is nothing left in the AC with 2 years of usage.

They said they will register a complaint to Daikin and get back. On further follow up they said we need to register with Daikin ourself. We tried calling again and this time Daikin guys found our number in their system but said we will need to pay visit and inspection charge again. I told them I already paid and your technician has already visited two times. Then they said we will raise and see what can be done. I am still waiting for them to take action. My exployees are suffering since many days and Daikin is not supporting even if compressor is in warranty. We purchased this high cost AC thinking it is good quality but it is the worst quality AC for very high price and not worth at all
