Dish-TV Badness service

I intern to draw your attention to the fact that very sorry I am a Dish TV customer, and Dish TVs distributer to customer care all over very uncivil towards .Problem that I have paid my monthly Dish TV Recharge/ subscription at 6th December’2014, at 9.30pm,in SBI online Banking throw and my payment Order no. 684487682 of Rs. 230.00. But my dish TV A/c Balance Show Zero Balance(NIL). It’s occurrence not a one month, every month that this problem fess me. And Dish TV customer care very blunder information to me and underestimate . we are phone call to customer care for known our problems, then unhappily furious time holed our call and ultimately disconnected or no consequence. Morally no help ……
So I very harmful request to Dish TV authority to take necessary steps so as to check the menace as soon as possible.

Channel Package offer not as per commitment

On 26th Oct' 2014 before selecting a channel package, I thoroughly browsed Dish TV website, to know about presently available channel packages & offers. I found "NEW SUPER FAMILY" package quite suitable for me. Also I found an added advantage for this package, that, "India Cricket pack" offer is available with this pack.

In portal 'http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Packs/HDPlans-Basepack.aspx' it is clearly mentioned in 'Terms & Condition' that -
"India Cricket pack is an offering of any particular channel showing Indian men’s cricket match, in a-la-carte mode. The channel provided at a given point of time will be the channel which is airing India playing cricket matches at that given point of time, i.e., under this offering, at any given point of time, only one channel will be provided in a-la-carte mode to the subscriber. When no India playing matches are available, the default channel will be TEN Sports. The above India cricket pack channel is a consumer friendly offering to protect subscribers from being forced to subscribe to multiple channels to view the India playing cricket matches uninterrupted. If any subscriber wishes to subscribe to any sport channel on a continuing subscription, additional option is also available to subscribe to the said channels on A–la–carte mode.

Accordingly I activated my package but it seems that 'India Cricket pack' is not activated. I called customer care number & there Mr. Utpal Shil told me to my utter surprise that, this 'India Cricket pack' is no more valid/applicable. When I repeatedly told him that seeing this avaialbility at Dish TV website only, I selected this package, he kept on saying that can't be the case because ICP was never available with "NEW SUPER FAMILY" package.

Let me know, how can it be possible that Dish TV has mentioned about an offer under Terms & condition when that is no longer available. As I have made my selection choice on basis of this wrong offer, I need a suitable & meaningful compensation.

Non compliance of offer

The company was offering upgradation from SD to HD and the system was to send SMS (GOHDR to57575) at no extra cost through registered mobile.I being a bonafi de customer availed the offer but uptil now the upgradation had not been done till date.Repeated requests to the customer-care incl. the nodal officer turned into vain.Rather the company is demanding necessary charges for the said service.

Dissatisfaction with the service of Dish HD Connection

Sub: Dissatisfaction with the service of Dish HD Connection

Dear Sir,
I have taken one Dish HD connection through exchange of my 8 years old Dish tv Connection with STB from Hira Telecom, Ichapur, North 24 Parganas vide money receipt no. 187 dated 13/05/2014 for Rs. 1390. Please note since installation we have been faced following problems.
1. Picture was not coming on HDMI mode only AV mode working.
2. Pendrive not supporting in connection with recording.

We have been lodged so many complain to the customer care but no solution comes to effect, one service engineer Named Mr. Rahul Gupta visited my house several times & made comment either regarding TV or regarding STB. Please note he made the following peculiar comment:
a) TV is oldest one
b) TV is not matching with the STB
c) Resolution to be minimized from 1080 x 720i
d) In India no progressive (p) STB available
All those above comments are proved false. Finally he compelled us to watch TV on AV mode. We have the doubt towards his comments on technical part so we took one HD connection of another company on which we are getting picture on HDMI mode, no others problems are occurring. So the comments against of our TV establishes wrong. It is surprised enormous complain lodged to the customer care, local distributor & said service engineer. We have suffered mental agony.

Now we want to return DISH TV HD connection & STB and want to get back the exchange price Rs. 1390/- with our old STB which was given on exchange at your earliest. So many harassment & mental disturbances faced by us. You are requested to give settlement against return which approached otherwise we shall nothing alternate to go before the Ld. Court of Consumer Forum. Awaiting for your favourable action.

Return amount

i recharge my dish tv through sbi oxigen 250/- on 04-03-14. my dish tv was not recharge but my a/c is debited that amount...ref-312257670IGR6464746. TRANSFER TO 32622893240 PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS..kindly verify and sent my recharge amount to my a/c.

After recharge not getting picture

Hi this is Debasish Ghosh a customer of Dishtv. My VC no is 01516891272

I have recharged Rs: 250 on date 08-06-2013 through Axis Bank yet I am not getting picture. My VC is now deactivated. My monthly subscription charge is Rs:220 and due date was 09-06-2013.

Please check and advice why I am not getting picture?

Poor Service of Dish Tv

I registered a complaint with Dish Tv for "301: Signal not found" problem. Everyday I call their customer care number for the service, they promise to provide the service within 24 hours. Their local service agent [9748191625] are not interested to pick up the phone. After five days also, I am getting the same promise from their customer care, but didn't get the service. I am a victim of their poor service. What I can do for this as I am very much harrased by their servce.

I have puchased Samsung 40 inch LCD from great eastern.With that a dish tv true hd connection is free.I was given a voucher and called dish tv cutomer care they told me that the their technician will come to my home and installed this within 72 hours.After 96 hours gone and i dont get any response from them.So i again called their customer care they told me they will call me within 2hours.again i dont get any call from them.So I called them again and their executive told me that they will install the service within 24 hours .yet i dont get any response from them so i have called them once again they told me that they will call me within 2hours.

I dont know what wrong with thiese guys.The experience is really pathetic.I dont know wat to do!!!
Can any body help me ragarding this???
