Annual package changed without my request

I am a dishtv customer. I opted for annual pack. As per TRAI rules, customer with annual pack didn't had to undergo any changes for channel package, but dishtv changed my package without my request and without informing me. I made a complaint, but since past 11 days they are not giving any solution. TRAI made this rules so that consumer can see what he wants and here I am not able to see for what I paid for. Dishtv is making false commitments but they are not providing any solution for my problem. I have paid for the whole year and as per dishtv executive there is no option for refund as well. So what should I do? Wait for 1 month? 1 year? How much time dishtv wants to resolve a querry? I was given deadline i.e 11th February till 2pm my problem will be solved. But still there is no solution, senior executive is asking for more time now. On what basis should I believe that this time you will solve my problem if you didn't since past 11 days? I am taking this complaint to consumer protection because this is fraud. Dishtv has taken money and they are not providing service.

Signal problem n demanding paid technician visit

Dish TV signals are not coming from last few mnths n customer care is not resolving the problem n always suggest for paid technician visit n it's a regular problem. This thing happens every time when we r not watching TV for few days or the rain starts.if the rain will continue for a month then we can't watch the channels or pay technician regularly..they are demanding service charge for their fault..if the signal is not coming then it's dishtv problem .so many times they switched off the connection from their end n after complaining don't try to resolve the problem n suggest for charge visit.Its a good idea for making money from service charge after selling dish box.
