Dear All

I would like to submit a complaint regarding negligence and inconvenience occurred due to security personnel at Saket metro station.

Sir this is the daily problem faced always in morning. There are 3 security machines in the station and for that enough security personnel also present there. But due to there negligence behavior or sometimes intentionally, they run only one security machine which results in very long queue to the entrance gate of station.
Other machine remain closed and even sometime someone jumped the queue in front of them, they just see and never do anything.

I request you to please enquire their activities in proper way and command them to use all machines atleast in heavy rush hours.
